Hotel was in good shape and very clean- staff friendly - However truck running for hours next to our room. Would not chance this happening again. Little to no sleep. Front desk offered to change room. It was too late to pack up

Motel was fine. It is two stories.All outside entrance with just stairs. Very difficult for seniors. Asked for first floor but none available. Had difficulty with my luggage getting it up the stairs. Thankfully there was a nice gentleman to help me. Learned my lesson to request ground floor when booking.

Our sheets had not been changed prior to our arrival- there was hair under the pillow. AC was very loud which helped drown out the traffic noise. The one ice machine on property was out of ice.

It was a tough night at the Best Western. The 1st room they put us in the air conditioning was loud and wasn’t really working. We requested a room change and they did…the air in the new room worked great, but at 11:55pm the smoke detector started beeping loudly. Called front desk didn’t have anyone to help us. Gave no suggestions. Luckily We happen to have batteries on us and changed it ourselves, which was difficult bc there was nothing to stand on, we got it changed finally but it still kept beeping. So called front desk again requested a new room change…. They were going to put us back in our original room, the one with the broken air conditioner. Finally put in another room, and the frig didn’t really work. So we finally crawled back into bed at 2:15 am. They never even offered a discount or any sort of compensation. Never again will we stay at a Best Western. ☹️

Everything was technically fine. The room WAS clean but there was a musty smell that permeated the entire room and it never went away. But I always wipe surfaces and clean a little before settling in and I will say that the place was clean. It just didn’t smell great. If we had stayed for more than one night, I would have asked to change rooms. It probably wasn’t all the rooms and we had no complaints regarding the rest.

I have stayed here many times. The rooms are large and equipped with frif and microwave. The parking lot is well light. Grab bars beside the tub/shower have been installed. Thank you very much.

Staff was great, especially the young lady that worked the overnight. My power was out in my room though, while i was coming in from a HOT Day. I was told it was because of something at the Wal-Mart. Luckily they had a pool that i was able to relax in while the power was being worked on. It was a fair size, and it was outside. But It was ok. I can see myself staying here again.

I like the large rooms. There is a king bed, desk, small sofa and coffee table. The luxury vinyl floors make it pet friendly. The management has installed a grab bar at the shower which I greatly appreciate. The ample breakfast is great as well. They always accommodate my special request of a king room on the ground floor on the pool side too.

The hotel was not as pictured on the web. No elevator and outside entrances were bad surprised. No one would answer the phone for two hours the night I tried to check in. The room was better dated but clean.

There was a kitchenette in the room, but there were no household items such as dish detergent, silverware, etc. to use during the stay. The selection of items on the breakfast bar were slim; the bananas were brown After checkout, I found an additional charge for $114.77 on my credit card statement from Best Western. The room was booked on Hotels.com, so I received a charge from them also. The charge from Best Western resulted in a call to them; it was explained as an incidental pre-charge when my credit card was swiped during check-in. The charge was not removed at check-out. Because of this inconvenience, I’m not sure if another booking or referral to stay there would happen.

I usually don't care, or expect much, from a hotel with the door on the outside. This hotel was updated inside with everything functional. The towels were scratchy and the bottom sheet wasn't fitted so it wasn't nice and tight like I prefer. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly enough. Not sure I'd stay again but the price was right for our last minute needs
