Rooms are very clean and modern. Air conditioning works brilliantly, perfect for a budget place to stay for a few nights if you’re out and about. Would recommend going on the 1st floor as ground floor rooms just look out onto the alleyways so people can see in.

Great place to stay. Find behind the Ibis. Good value, well connected and good price. No room service but that wasn’t critical.

Location is quite mixed depressing area.
Hard to find it.
Some sort of similar to Spanish Harlem.
Staff were all cool.
The first checked room was gas leaking smell , air conditioner or room fan was broken so kept coming out the gas leaking smell from some where, and bad rotten water smell from bathroom and moved to another room but that room was also dirty and seemed no one cleaned up, turns of Miskito and dirty prints
on the wall, shower bath room corner area were discussed also neiborhood noisy bother.
Building painting colors were bright so would clean but when you looked at closer it wasn’t
I don’t think it s reasonable price.
But the room setting was quite clever.

You Expedia Made a Mistake in Communications regarding the Reservation which also made the accommodation confused
We have spent 3 hrs driving around to find out the proper place which was way further from the place we booked
We tried to get in touch with Expedia but the connection failed when calling
For me it’s the last time Expedia unless some form of compensation is offered

Close to Malaga Centro, friendly staff, room clean with comfy bed, everything fine

Fantastic location. Easy access, parking available.

Excellent location for city centre and public transport. Room service not fantastic. Had to ask for clean towels when room hadn't been cleaned. Typical student accommodation. There was very little room around the bed so one person needs to be very agile to get in and out of bed.

It was a good short stay - the room was actually bigger than what I expected. The only downside is the outside of the area has a ton of trash everywhere - and you definitely can hear the students outside from your room - luckily they stopped being loud around midnight - but not sure how it would be like on the weekends. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Very clean room and the bed is comfy! Also very close to the center still - so a plus on that part!

Overall v good but notice there was water coming through the ceiling into the shower.

Great location in central Malaga! Friendly staff and they will help you if you got questions. Not everyone was talking English in the reception. I could change room towards the yard, because it was very load outside and the noise from the traffic was heavy in the morning. The only complaint is that the cleaning of the florors could be done better.

Great no frills accommodation. I stayed in May 2023, it was brand new. Nice aircon, has a small fridge.
Only complaint is that the pillows were the worst I have ever used.
Would book again!

Excellent location in the middle of Malaga. Easy to get to with walking distance from train station. Clean and modern room. Close to the main centre but in a quiet area.

A good residential with reasonable price. Central location. Though the room is small (normal for uni residential), you got everything you want. Really like the fridge.
The bathroom is clean with big mirrors. The only problem is the shower, easy to leak water to the ground.

The place is brand new, the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and there's a climate control system whose temperature you can set yourself so I slept well. When I stayed (New Year), the place seemed almost empty, so it was very quiet. The location is great - very walkable to all the sights and close enough to the train station. The WiFi was fast and reliable. The staff didn't speak English, but were helpful and we managed to communicate just fine. Although I got just a room and nothing else, that was I all I expected and I was very happy in my comfy little room and sad to leave.

Tha place was good and the shower was amazing, but right in front of the place there was some construction work being done meaning you’ll hear about it from Monday to Friday, also the walls were almost paper thin and you could hear everything coming from you right or left, I was licky that 5/6 nights they were empty but on one day I had a guy snoring pretty loudly at 2 am and woke me up, I had to sleep on the floor next to the door to give some distance from the constant snoring, on the same night a girl staying to my left was taking a shower and talking to someone on the phone (on speakers) so not a good experience at all for that 1 night, the rest was good but just be aware that what happened to me could also happen to you…

Extremely nice place & close to a lot of places downtown. Very helpful & friendly staff, I would stay there again.

The room for two adults was so small it was unbearable, double bed seemed more like a queen size squashed against the wall, only way to exit was to climb over the other person, the space was not even big enough for two people to pass each other when moving around the room, this was more like a single person room, in the end we cut our stay short and moved hotels, no refund nothing so in short don't go here if you like some space in your room we are well out of pocket for this mistake.

The property is very clean and renewed, staff very friendly. You can walk until the city centro. Vending machine and coffee machine available but no restaurant. Its recommended for short stays without kids. The rooms are small but confortable

The location of this place is excellent with an easy walk to the centre of the city and attractions like the castle. It is essentially a university residence. As such the room was good and the bathroom fittings etc all seemed pretty new. There is a shared large TV in a games area downstairs (so none in the room) and possibly other facilities I didn't find. HOWEVER, it's important not to expect this to be like a standard hotel. I arrived tired from the airport at 9.30ish in the evening and there was nowhere to eat. Even the chocolate vending machine required coins and I was too tired to search in town. Next morning I was directed over the river to where there are lots of cafes, however, most of them do not open until 10am or later. Mostly this wouldn't be a problem but if you're just passing through for one night as I was it's important to know. It might be different at other times of year as there is apparently a cafeteria but not that was open when I was there.
