Very helpful staff. Had a child in temple street hospital and staff were very accommodating of our needs. Thanks
4.3
Convinent and good value stuck between airport and city. Taxi fare less than 25euro. 10 mins drive from airport . Functional room
4.3
Fun, comfortable stay! Good service and accessible
4.3
good stay bar a very soft mattress leading to some back pain

We were disappointed with the room, which we informed the manager of, but he had no acceptable alternative to offer. Our room was very small and we had no space to put our clothes, no wardrobe, and only one luggage pallet. The other bags we had to have on the floor. No bedside table whatsoever. Poor pressure in the shower. Saturday evening the hotel had rented out the space for outdoor seating to a very noisy private party, where very loud music was played until midnight, which made sleep impossible. The breakfast was quite good, the staff eager to please and the buses to the city centre frequent.
4.3
Very nice property

Our flight got in very early so we thought we'd have to just drop off our bags & come back later. But they were able to let us check in early which was great. The restaurant was delicious & had a decent selection. The staff was super accommodating as we had water bottles that they would fill with ice & water practically every day. But who we liked best was the front desk clerk, Bruno. He was so helpful & had a very warm personality. We loved Bruno!

Very clean hotel, very friendly service. I had booked a triple room for myself and my two teenage daughters who never want to share a bed with anyone! Room was small but very clean, comfortable and adequate.
Breakfast was brilliant with a sit down service, never really liked going up and down to get food.
Very convenient to Croke Park, under 10 mins walk, under 20 mins walk from Connolly train station and 15mins from O'Connell Street.
Definitely would stay again

Great
4.3
Close to the city, but far enough way to get away from the crowds. Will stay there again.
4.3
The staff was amazing hotel was very clean make it pleasant stay
4.3
The property is awesome the area is a little rough but the hotel staff and restaurant was awesome I would stay here again
4.3
This hotel is clean, quiet and conveniently located for public transport but has no parking for private cars. A nearby car park was available but inflexible in that every entry/exit was charged- expensive if you come and go during your stay. On-street parking is limited to 3 hours at two euros per hour.
Room and en-suite were modern, clean and everything worked well. Accommodation is adequate but minimal e.g. no wardrobe, drawers, chair or bedside table in the room.
Staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient.
Prices are competitive and value for money.
The Brunch menu was very good but didn’t seem to have a fruit option. The Irish breakfast was great.
4.3
A really nice place to stay, you wont be disappointed.
4.3
Very convenient location, clean rooms and good service. We were only disappointed that after arriving at 12:30 after an overnight transatlantic flight we were told we would have to pay extra to access our rooms early but they would hold our luggage until 3 for free. Every day we had to ask for coffee and milk so we could make it in our room… but the staff always brought us what we asked for when we needed it.
4.3
Unique decor with gorilla/jungle theme. Clean but VERY small space. Difficult to navigate even with 2 people. Staff very friendly and helpful but wouldn't stay again due to cramped space.
4.3
Staff very friendly and professional.
4.3
Hotel was great, but the room was a bit smaller than we’d expected.
4.3
Cute rooms and nice staff!

Great hotel
4.3
Trendy, warm and comfy decor
4.3
Great hotel and staff. No parking though.
4.3
Dublin One was pretty good. It is about a 20 minute walk to the city center Dublin, but me and my friend did not mind. There is no fridge in the room, and we had an issue with our shower but other than that the room was what we expected.
4.3
Really enjoyed my stay
4.3
Rooms are very small
4.3
Didn’t like bed pushed to wall and having to climb out, this was not advertised when I booked. No option to purchase tea or coffee when bar shut.
Cleaners cleaning too early. come away for a rest not to be woken at 8 cleaning next door.
Service so slow at breakfast. Staff did apologise.
4.3
Great new hotel, easy reachable from the airport and 20 min walk to the city centre. À la carte breakfast is very good.
4.3
Very clean and convenient.
4.3
We recently spent 2 enjoyable nights at Dublin One. The hotel is nice and the restaurant has some really good food. It is in a good area just steps from the bus stop. I didn't like the pillows as they were not firm at all. The room was pretty small which is no big deal. Hard to justify $350 Canadian per night.
4.3
expected more. Was given a handicapped room which made things very inconvenient. Also very thin walls/noisy.
4.3
Very nice hotel stay.
4.3
Easy to access transportation!
Staff helpful
4.3
A little way out from the city but with a bus stop around the corner easily reached. Bus also from the airport virtually to the door
4.3
the staff was very helpful with everything
4.3
All simple and in good taste
4.3
This place went above and bwyond for us, even allowing us to do a way way earlier check in after a overnignt flight ! Quiet, amazing food and ease of access to Dublin City Center.
4.3
Absolutely loved this hotel. Very modern vibe. Great restaurant downstairs and many walkable food options otherwise. Close to transportation options and shopping. Loved having a smart tv in the room for relax time and WiFi worked great. Contactless check in/out should be at every hotel!
4.3
It was a fun place to see Dublin. Really enjoyed the breakfast.
4.3
Modern property that was far enough out of the centre to be quiet but walkable. Helpful staff for leaving bags. Shower tray a little dirty but apart from that a good stay
4.3
Lovely hotel, compact room but very clean and all facilities you'd need.
Staff were friendly and professional.
Rated 4 stars rather than 5 due to breakfast service being very slow on botb days we were there, presumably due to under staffing. Absolutely nothing wrong with the food (excellent choice and quality), and customer service, just seemed very slow.
