Cockroach at the desk when we were checking out. Waited 10 minutes for someone to check us out. Left after I saw the roach. Toilet didn't flush properly. Looked like it would overflow. Curtains off the hooks and pictures on the walls crooked. Won't be going back.

In town to assist a hospitalized family memeber. Booked for 2 days as we needed space to set up laptops and work. The bed had mold under the plastic cover. Shower had mold. Curtain was filthy. Toilet didnt flush thoroughly. Sheets were clean but pullows stunk of smoke. Only srayed 1 night (actally 5 hours) and had to leave to help family. Explained to the front desk about the family issue and needing to check out early and to please refund the unuaed 2nd day. 2 counter people were nice but said they had to speak to the manager. Well no refund was issued. I know it wasnt because they would lose a new booking as the place was empty so they just Wanted our money. This is the 2nd wyndam property we stayed at in out travels. I always thought wyndam meant quality, boy was i wrong. Wont use wyndam again.

Inside door was filthy dripping rust.Toilet paper holder came out of wall,just a hole,burns in bed covers.Room next door had smashed out window covered by cardboard.Dirty floor.Sounded like they were movin furniture ALL night.

I have low standards but I was not prepared for how filthy this place was. The chair in the room looked like someone’s toddler whipped his hands, feet and face on it for 3 months straight. It was moldy and caked with gunk. Like what the hell??

Driving cross-country, there were few options available in western Ohio along I-70. This was priced like a hotel and was a motel. In the midst of a heat wave and with a prepaid room, the AC was off. The room was dirty with mysterious fluid stains on the walls. Furniture had torn covers, and half of the bulbs were not working in the lamps. The painter’s tape was also a treat, with hair stuck to it. For $250+ for the night, it was appalling. It was the “best” we could find for a same day booking. Just finding the office to check in was a challenge. If this is all there is, consider sleeping in your car at a rest area.

Good location, but construction all around. Elevator was broken, but repaired the next day AFTER I got all of my stuff into the top floor room. Fridge did not work. Alarm did not work. Bad water pressure, but did get hot.

For the price, this motel is one of the cleanest, most efficient places we stayed. Staff service is good, amenities are available and good quality, the room itself felt like a more expensive motel than it is.

My stay at this hotel was OK. The service was very good and the room was clean when I took itl. On the negative side, the outside of the hotel is in need of maintenance and sadly the building is situated next to the highway which made for noise during the entire night.

Our room and other areas were clean and comfortable. This is an older property and has some wear and tear. Repairs had been attempted to be made but were poorly done. The manger checked me in and he was very polite and friendly. As with everywhere these days staffing must have been an issue. One person was trying to check out guests and also keep breakfast service running. More than one person could handle! There are many hotels in this area, next time I will probably try a different one.

This place needs very serious attention on renovating. Stains in the sheets and pillows, cracks in the walls and ceiling, the door wouldn’t open unless body slammed/yanked. We only stayed because we were passing through but way too expensive for the condition of the place.

Very dirty and smelly. Desk attendant did not tell me where to go the get to my room or park or what door to use. Curtains falling off the wall. I had to push on the door to open it and pull to close it. Pubic hair in the shower!

I arrived too early to check in, but the front desk allowed me to check in at 1 pm instead of 3. This was great because I had been traveling all night and had to be somewhere at 6 pm. This allowed me to take a short nap and freshen up before my commitment. Made all of the difference!

the front desk employees were fantastic. The room was surface clean but needed a deep clean and many areas of ceiling repair, molding and trim repair and fresh paint. Many ants in sink area and bathtub area. concerns for the bugs were addressed immediately. Tub and sink drain both backed up. The staff of this hotel were very professional and polite.

Stay away! Room smelled strongly of marijuana. Bathrooms were not clean at all. We had to request that housekeeping clean them again. Bathroom sink with large cracks and tub chipped with dirt and hair in it. Very noisy from highway noise made sleep difficult. Breakfast had very little to offer. Desk staff minimally responsive to these concerns. One good thing— beds were comfortable.

This was advertised as a Hotel but is actually a "restored/remodeled Motel with outside entrances. There were almost no cars in the parking lot and several "street type" people hanging around the Motel. It did NOT look safe for a single female traveler. I was afraid to stay at this location so I went to. Holiday Inn Express a short distance away. I paid for my room in advance so I am unable to get a refund which is unfortunate. I am not sure I will book through Hotel.com in the future as the picture and description of the Hotel are not at all as advertised. Very disappointing.

This hotel is filthy. The hallways aren’t vacuumed and weren’t vacuumed for the two days we were there. The garbage next to the elevator was overflowing when we checking in and still overflowing- but worse- when we left. The carpet in the room was in poor condition as was the bathroom tub.

Do not stay here! Room 145 smoke alarms ripped out of walls! Dirty, stains on sheets and door busted. Switched to room 133 and not any better. Ceilings caving in and people smoking crack running through the outside halls all night! I want a refund!

Lucy was great. The room was not. You had to kick the door in to open it and kick it in to close it. There was hair stuck to the wall in the bathroom. An ashtray full of cigarette butts and ashes in one of the drawers

Place was very shabby overall, room didn’t seem to have been thoroughly cleaned prior to our stay, but it wasn’t the worst place I’ve been. Furnishings looked newer, nice TV, bed decently comfortable, it just needs a little bit more attention to detail. More cleaning.

Terrible service, 6 day stay and they never cleaned the room. Needed to go to the desk to get clean towels and on the 5th day the desk clerk said they were out of towels. The breakfast was out of syrup and later out of waffle mix for multiple days.

Very disgusting room was not clean at all, makeup on wash cloth and a used washcloth in shower. Bugs on floor around furniture and mold in fridge. Broken pieces of furniture, needle caps in trashcan from previous visitor. This was a very horrible experience on my business trip.

The room was dirty. We only had 2 channels on the tv. Tbe toliet did not flush properly. There was a big brown spot in the tub. The refrigerator was dirty. The breakfast area was nasty. Ask for batteries for remote still waiting.
