Clean, beautiful property. Kids friendly. Fun amenities, including a great pool and Saturday morning cereal bar. 5-minute walk to beach. Will definitely return!

Staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was as expected. My teen boys felt welcome and were given info on activities they would enjoy (pool, ping pong, fire w/ smores). Wonderful experience!

Loved the area and property felt like home away from home. We were on the first floor and the family upstairs with kids were continually running around from early in the morning and it was really loud. That’s just people not being considerate of others. Other than that we had a amazing time. Will definitely be back in the future. Thank you

Cottage 14 was perfect for our girls getaway. It was clean, comfortable, cozy and adorable. The beds were comfortable. The only minor negative was the rock path from parking to the cottage. Note: the upstairs bedroom is very toasty warm when the heat is on, but we just cracked the window and it was fine. We would definitely stay here again. Very pleasant stay.

The place itself was really nice. Loved the design, the location of the building and the outside environment. It is a busy location and the sound proofing between units was poor. Also, the couch in the living room area was small and not very comfortable. But other than that it was great. Clean and well taken care of. It was also close to the downtown area.

Lovely room with lots of little extras....s'more fixings, nice soaps and lotion, book about the area, etc. Very clean and nicely decorated. The grounds are beautiful.

The hotel itself was lovely! We rented what was described as a 2 bedroom TWO bath and it was only one bathroom! We would have rented 2 one bedrooms for privacy.

Such a great getaway to be in nature. Steps from the lakefront. Clean and comfortable rooms with their own kitchen. Great coffee too!

Very nice property and stay. We had some issues with the YouTube TV and had difficulty finding anyone to help. Otherwise the property and stay were perfect.

A wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate! Our suite (10) was the perfect size for us and our stay. The field guide held a wealth of information regarding the local area, restaurants, and shopping. The mature trees, warm decor left me feeling whimsical.

The hotel is very unique from check in to check out. It is immaculate our only issue was there was no hot water..When I texted the person on call they were very responsive and offered us to shower in another room. That was very nice however we did take him up on it. Our only other issue was there were not lights anywhere on the outside of the property. Needless to say that was quite dangerous considering the place was DARK.

This place is a hidden gem for those who wish to spoil themselves. It is secluded yet close to many things; beaches, restaurants, downtown New Buffalo. There are several on-site activities for a family. The hospitality was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood hotel is this hidden gem near Lake Michigan. We stayed for 3 nights with our young family and had an amazing time. There are so many extra special touches that you really do feel at home. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun getaway. We will definitely be back!

It was been great 😊. We were so glad to find this place. We appreciated quick responses to all our questions. Heated pool was perfect, especially when the weather cooled off, enjoyed using the fire pit. Room was beautiful, design and layout were great! The common area with games and the hanging chairs were very cool. Little touches like the popcorn machine and s’mores supplies were great! The beach they mentioned at the time of our stay, Royal Beach, is closed but one street over is another public access beach. Axe throwing was also unavailable at the time as they were making accommodations for neighbors behind this area so maybe check if you're expecting to use it. Overall we all felt this was a really cool place and want to come back and have already recommended to family and friends!

My only hesitation to review my stay is that I want to keep this place a secret. It was wonderful. Everything was clean. There is so much to do right on the property or within a short drive. The neighborhood is quiet and a great place to walk. The beaches are fantastic.

We were one of the first guests to stay here. We loved it! They did an amazing job with the renovation and decor is spot on. We had a few hiccups getting in the building but our contact, Jonathan, was able to fix the issues right away. We look forward to coming back to The Neighborhood!
