Downstairs media room includes a wet bar, overhead projector, and projector screen.
Large backyard with a brand new 6-8 person Nordic hot tub, 6 person dining table with umbrella, Weber gas grill, large firepit area, hammock, plenty of open grassy area, and bordered by two wooded lots (south and west) that are perfect for deer and other wildlife sightings.
Walk to the private association beach. The house is 0.7 miles from the beach (approximately a 20 minute walk). *Though the beach has been perfect all summer, the size of the beach is subject to Lake Michigan water levels. Both New Buffalo and Michigan City Public Beaches are also a short (under 10 minute) drive from the house.
8 minute drive to downtown New Buffalo for dining, shopping and ice cream. Four Winds and Blue Chip casinos are a short drive away. Shop at the Lighthouse outlet mall in Michigan City. 70 miles to Chicago (easy access to Chicago by South Shore or Amtrak trains), 40 miles to South Bend to enjoy Notre Dame football, Or use this as a base to explore all that Michigan has to offer all year round-- kayak, bikes, many golf courses, skydiving, apple picking, wine tasting, breweries, distilleries, hiking, enjoying the fall colors, cross country skiing or downhill skiing.

My family (2 adults, 3 teenagers) spent a week in this property and had an absolute blast. Check-in was seamless and the house was super clean on arrival. It has been recently renovated with lots of smart TVs, a huge projector, game room that my boys loved, and hot tub. Easy walk to the beach and very convenient to both New Buffalo and Michigan City. The owner checked in to make sure everything was as expected, which we really appreciated. Would absolutely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Really enjoyed the house! Cleanest house we’ve rented! Nice layout, great for just hanging out, lots of amenities, games for all ages, and plenty of TV’s. Fast WiFi to do a little unplanned work. We most enjoyed the gaming room (converted garage), hot tub and fire pit. Host was responsive to questions. Highly recommended!!

Everything was great! And all the added toddler items made our traveling much easier. Thank you for the convenience of not having to take the pac n play, high chair, sand toys, chairs, wagon, etc

My husband and I took our 5 kids for a quick little getaway and this home was perfect! The listing was just as described and the host was incredible, answered so quickly and was so sweet! The attention to detail in the home was noticed and appreciated and really made our stay so enjoyable! There weren't many pantry items but the kitchen was so well stocked with mini appliances, glasses, cutlery, pots, smoothie maker, crock pot etc.
The game room and hot tub were an added bonus! We truly had a wonderful weekend.

We all stayed at this house that was perfect for our group it has enough room for all of us and we were all very comfortable and felt at home. The house has so many great including the hot tub that was very comfortable. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Property was very clean and had amenities that our whole family of 7 could enjoy! The kids had a lot of fun and never complained of being bored! This house would be great for a group of adults as well. Very short drive to get to the beaches/town.

We celebrated my daughters 7th birthday here. The home was the perfect place to host for her celebration. The kids loved the game room and theatre room. The hot tub was also a great hit. Enough space for adults and children. Very clean/comfy and plenty of appliances and dish ware for cooking. Would definitely book again.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I appreciate how great of a place to stay this was. Super clean, with a huge kitchen island for everyone to hang out, nice game room, and a comfortable entertainment room with a huge projector screen to watch movies/games. Everyone else in our group had great things to say about this place as well.

This house was absolutely stunning and perfect for our girls getaway weekend! I am the maid of honor for my sister’s wedding, and she didn’t really want to go out for her bachelorette party. She told me she loved New Buffalo, so I wanted a home that I knew we could have so much fun just staying in if we wanted to, and this house couldn’t have been more perfect! The private beach entrance was less than a mile walk. The girls absolutely LOVED watching the sunset on the beach. The drive into town was less than 10 minutes. We really enjoyed the hot tub! That was also honestly one of the cleanest hot tubs I’ve ever seen. In the welcome binder it is mentioned the hot tub is maintained weekly. We also enjoyed watching movies on the projector! We didn’t get a chance to explore the game room much, but the game room is AWESOME. Pool table, darts, a new golf game, basketball game, corn hole, barstools to sit at, and endless board games. We had intentions of having a fire in the fire pit and making s’mores, but we just didn’t get that far! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. The house was gorgeous, and very clean. The host responded to every one of my messages extremely QUICKLY. The host had organized all instructions about the home in a very user friendly binder. It made for a very easy and no -stressful stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer! We will be coming back for sure!

We very much enjoyed our girls weekend at this home! It was a short walk away from the water and in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub and just relaxing in the home! Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful visit! We had 3 couples staying in the house. House was beautiful and looked as advertised. We loved the big kitchen island to sit around and eat, visit and play cards. Kitchen had everything we needed for supplies. The game room was a huge hit. The guys loved the Golden Tee video game. We were able to watch the football game on the huge projector screen downstairs. The backyard was lovely with the hot tub, fire pit and party lights. Beds were very comfortable and neighborhood was quiet for a restful night. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The house was exactly how it’s described. Fully stocked with movies and board games for the kids to enjoy. We enjoyed the back yard by grilling having a bonfire and relaxing in the hot tub. The owner was very responsive as when we reached out for a question. We all enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the House.

Great house for a getaway. Everyone had a blast in the game room. Hot tub and fire pit in backyard made for very relaxing nights. Theater style projector in lower level allowed for a fun movie night. Comfortable bedrooms, large kitchen and living room area with well appointed bathrooms. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful (saw deer every morning). We also enjoyed the private beach access and less than 10 minute drive to downtown New Buffalo.

A very pleasant stay! We enjoyed this beautiful home near Lake Michigan. It’s also close to Warren Dunes and New Buffalo Beach. Loved the Hot tub and the nearby Sunset Beach within walking distance!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house and neighborhood were as described. The house had everything we needed. It’s a 15 min walk to the private access for beach so we were able to go daily. The host checked in on us once we arrived to make sure we didn’t need anything which I thought was nice.

We loved the open concept of the home, and the games room provided opportunities for hours of entertainment. We enjoyed the basketball game, the giant jenga and especially the corn hole. The hot tub was amazing, and the lights in the back yard overtop the fire pit created a great ambiance. Beautiful property and excellent communication with owners ensured we had a perfect getaway! The host was very responsive and helpful before arriving, during, and after! This 3 BR home sleeps 8 so if you don't mind sharing a room/bed this is the place for you. We had a girl's weekend with 7 women so we all had to share beds which worked for us! The hot tub and backyard were great and the game room indoors would have been perfect if the weather isn't on your side when you visited.

This property was perfect for our family of 6 during a recent wedding held in MI. The home was clean, had everything we needed and check-in/out was a simple process. The documentation/welcome packet had useful information which made our stay more enjoyable. It feels like a family home and not a rental property. A quiet family neighborhood, close to town for shops and restaurants. We would definitely rent again if we come to town.

The house was a perfect place to getaway with friends! The open floor plan was perfect for the 8 of us to hang out between the kitchen, dining room and living room area. They hot tub was perfect! Overall it was a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking to get away with a large group of friends! Short driving distance to a lot of great restaurants and wine tasting!

Our recent stay was a cousin getaway (3 adult couples), and it was an ideal set up for our weekend away! Everything was so well appointed! The entire place was extremely clean and tidy, game room was a wonderful set up, hot tub was the highlight and the neighborhood quiet and easy to find. We will certainly be back. We all have children that did not come on this trip, but we found ourselves commenting several times how we plan to come back this summer with the kids since there were games, books, toys and plenty to keep everyone entertained and happy! The hosts were attentive and organized which was such a plus!

This was SUCH a great place to stay. The house is absolutely lovely, the host was very helpful, and, as if it couldn’t get any better, there was a family of deer that just seemed to hang out with us all weekend. We were thrilled with our stay.
