Our newly built 2 story 3BR/2.5BTH cottage style home is perfectly located for families or small groups that want to be close to what all Tallahassee has to offer, while also having a comfortable place to relax in.
The home is in a newly built development and is conveniently located:

6 miles to the State Capitol
6.5 miles to FSU campus

Parking is available for up to 2 cars in the driveway, with additional spaces on the street. The house is 1280 sq ft and comfortably sleeps 6.

This was my second stay at this property, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. The host is incredibly friendly and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The location is ideal, nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently close to area stores and restaurants. It was the perfect base for our trip to visit family. Highly recommended!

Very clean and tidy. Pretty close to places to explore. Everything was great, my only slightly negative comment would be regarding the lack of dining space. The kitchen island that seats 4 is basically all there is. It wasn't much of a factor for our 2 night stay, but could have been a factor if we were there longer that. The host, Katie was very quick to respond and has a beautiful little place there.

This is a perfect rental property. You have thought of everything and we were grateful for it. The check-in / check-out process was simple and accurate. The home is clean, beautifully decorated and is equipped with everything you could need. I cannot wait to come back. Our family loved it.

1. The location is excellent-close to everywhere we needed to go. 2. The neighborhood is well maintained, with nice walking paths, and for the most part, quiet. There was construction going on in the front of the house. It is shame that only permanent residents have access to the beautiful community pool and gym. 3. Being relatively a new construction, the kitchen and pantry are spacious and comfortable. The entire home was well decorated and inviting. 4. The outside trash can could use a thorough cleaning. There was a fly ecosystem in the making.

We came to Tallahassee for an awards ceremony at TCC and this beautiful house was perfect for the 4 of us (two adults and two teens). Located in a quiet charming neighborhood the house is fully equipped with everything needed. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. The beds were perfect after a long day of touring the capitol. Super comfy. So much better than a hotel. Check in and out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay!

I live in Miami and went to Tallahassee to visit some friends. It was my first time in Tallahassee. I was looking at hotels or a house to rent and I came across this beautiful place. This house is brand new in a brand new beautiful development close to everything and was offered at an extremely reasonable price. I reached out to the owner and expressed my interest in renting this house. The response was prompt and professional. A day or two before my arrival, I received check-in information in a timely manner. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed and more. Any time I had a question I messaged the owner and she got back to me within minutes. All the bedrooms are big and beautiful The beds are nice and comfortable. Everything’s extremely clean and organized. Just a great experience. I will definitely rent this again the next time I go back . Tallahassee is a beautiful place with a lot of beautiful people …. like Miami used to be 50 years ago.

This place was an excellent choice for us. It is in a new neighborhood and the home was immaculate! It’s new construction in an up and coming and very quiet neighborhood. The owners were quick in responding to a question I had the day before our arrival. Check in was super easy. The pool is great and is across the green space behind the property. Perfect for families! I highly recommend this place and hope to stay here when we return in a few months.
