The front door will lead you into the formal living room that has chic modern decorator style furniture with mid-century modern windows that let the morning light in across a formal dining table as well. There are floor to ceiling mirrors on several walls in this room. The formal living room leads into the kitchen and an incredibly spacious family room. There is a pool table, wi-fi, puzzles, games, and a karaoke machine for your entertainment. You'll find so much to do that you'll never want to leave! The pool table leads to the 1st master bedroom. The master bedroom has a King bed and a couch that can turn into a bed. The en suite bathroom has a standing shower and beautiful slipper tub. Property is in perfect location with easy access to airport, Grand Ole Opry, and downtown. Well stocked kitchen for larger group. Pool table was great activity. kep

Over all it was a very nice place to stay!

The house was perfect for the 6 of us. Plenty of room to move around and be comfortable. The family room was our area. That is where we hung out the most. Kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were accommodating. The one and only problem we had was the cooling of a couple bedrooms. The very front bedroom and king bedroom never cooled. We managed and had a great time. Thanks.

Great location

Property is a good location, could use some updating: blinds, light switches-unable to know what switch works what lights, kitchen cabinets, ceiling fan in 1st BR with tissue stuffed in side for balance, dishes left in dishwasher, needs a thorough cleaning-window sills, headboards.
I know your guest book stated you’re aware:
Bug house in on countertop, numerous dead ants in back shower, dead bug on floor in middle bathroom bug in kitchen cabinet

We really enjoyed the house where we spent many hours watching basketball on the large screen tv, when we weren’t downtown at the games or at the bars. The house and weather worked out perfectly. Sad our wildcats lost on the first round.
Rachel accommodated all our requests and made our stay as good as possible.
Thank you, Rachel.

The house is in a great location. We went to downtown & the Grand Ole Opry! Our group loved the house. It was exactly as pictured & had plenty of space for everyone to spread out a little. It was larger than expected. We rented this location because everything was on one floor....NO STAIRS for the senior citizens in our group. Host was very responsive. It was nice to have a huge yard and the beds were comfy as well.

house layout worked well for us- 3 couples. Loved having our own bathrooms, large round kitchen table and patio. There were a few maintenance items that needed tending to and were brought to the attention of the home owner, of which she said would be taken care of. We would stay there again.

We were in town for the George Strait concert at Nissan stadium. The house was is a great location just minutes from downtown and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It has a very retro vibe and was very spacious. Eight adults stayed very comfortably. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only issues we had was one of the showers not draining properly and water seemed to leak out of the other 2 showers. It didn’t impact my shower but I was concerned that it was leaking on the floor. The other issue was the house just not cooling off to a comfortable temperature, but it’s also July with a heat index of 100+. I’m not sure any AC can keep up properly in this heat. I reached out to the owner and she was very responsive. My only suggestion would be to label the light switches. There are many lights and switches and that became a fun little scavenger hunt! Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it. I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

This property worked well for us with 3 couples and a single. The family room in the back was perfect for sitting around and talking. We cooked out on the grill one day and ate outside. The lighting was a little lacking in some areas and a bit confusing, but not a game changer. The shower in the largest bedroom was small and awkward. Water could easily leak if you didn't block the spray from hitting the back glass partition. In the same bathroom, the sink was clogged, but eventually drained over time. The shower in the tub bathroom also clogged and needed to be plunged.
The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The laundry machines worked but made a funky sound. I thought the location was good for our needs...went to Grand Old Opry, Goodlettsville (a relative) and the Parthenon. Parking was plentiful with the circular drive. There were a few hard to see small steps from one room to another that caused a few of us to stumble. The pool table was nice to have. Overall it was very functional for our group of 7. I would recommend this property, and should the problems we had get fixed it would get the full 5 stars.

Roomy, comfy, private. Plenty of room for the 7 of us with private areas too. The house quickly became part of the family.
Thanks from all of us.

This was our first trip to Nashville. The photos on the website are very accurate. Everything listed was as good if not better in person. We were able to sleep all 12 adults in our party comfortably. Communication with management was immediate and informative. We were very pleased with our experience!

It was a wonderful house. But a very outdated house. It had some issues we didnt know about till we were there. Like the dishwasher leaked onto the floor while running. Soap suds and all. Also the master bathroom shower leaked onto the floor. Most of the lamps are just for show as they have no outlet to plug into. But with the extreme amount of windows and MIRRORS there was an adequate amount of light. The owners were incredible! Very helpful and responsive. My favorite part was it was perfect distance to where i needed to be and had an open area to hang out.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The house is lovely and a fun mid-century design. It was easy to find and near everything we needed! We loved our stay!

My family and I stayed 4 nights in this large ranch. Plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms for four adults! Love the retro
charm! Pool table and karaoke makes it entertaining! Owner and manager are very
attentive to your needs!
We loved the location to downtown Nashville and Gaylord Opryland!

This is a very unique house, very roomy for a large family, well equipped, huge yard. My only complaint was that some of the lights either don’t work or we couldn’t figure out how to turn them on. The kitchen is kind of dark, especially for the stove as the microwave light above it does not work. But if you cook with a flashlight, it is just fine. It’s a fun, big, roomy house & convenient location. I’d also recommend securing the front handrail. We enjoyed our stay. Excellent communication with property manager. Rachel is the best!

An older house with lots of character. The place was nice, had plenty of space and well furnished. It had a few minor details that could be improved, but overall a great stay. I would book it again.

This house was everything! The location was perfect, size was perfect, and the bathroom PERFECT!! We enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back. Thank you
