When Sunday River had the storm last December, they would not refund me or let me switch dates. The area had major storm damage and was barely open. We decided to eat the entire rental amount. I would never use them again.

The directions are incorrect and the on call support is very unhelpful. The condo and location were great.

Very Clean. Well equipped kitchen. Great place for family with younger children. Great access area to slopes for beginners, Too small for 4 adults. Looked larger in advertised photos. Helpful to include square footage in listing.

The hallway layout was confusing. I would never want to stay on the top floor again. I did like the condo itself just not the stairs. It is starting to show it's age.

The unit had everything I needed for a solo trip to ski a few days. It was very clean and very comfortable. It was truly ski in ski out with a convenient locker room on the first floor. Although the unit sleeps multiple people it would be difficult for more than one couple or a very small family as parking is limited and ski storage is limited to one small locker. The bathroom is small and just inside the door to the unit so it is not very convenient to the upstairs bedroom/sleeping area.

Plans changed and I ended up coming up solo to stay. The condo was cozy and well-appointed. Clean, comfortable, well-located, ski-in-ski-out, quiet - and the restaurant in the building was a bonus! The place would have easily fit my family of four. I hope to stay here again!

The condo was nice and clean. We’ve stayed at Fall Line condos before and the location and layout was familiar. But, there were 3 major problems. 1. This location is DEFINITELY NOT SKI IN / SKI OUT. There was no where to store skis or boots. At best, the locker can accommodate 4 skis. And nowhere for boots. We even asked about storage prior to the rental and we were assured that it wasn’t a problem. Since you can’t bring skis or boots upstairs into the condo, it is necessary to store skis and boots at the mountain base. Not ski in or ski out. This was the solution that the Vacasa representative eventually suggested. 2. We arrived in the evening on 12/25/2022 and were told to expect to find a parking pass in the condo. It wasn’t there, but we did find tow truck warning on the car in the morning. That required us to wait around all morning for the condo office to open so that we could get a parking pass. Maybe Vacasa could have assisted, but that brings me to issue #3. 3. The local representative was non existent. We contacted Vacasa for assistance when we checked in (12/25). It was Christmas so we didn’t expect an immediate response. But the local representative didn’t reply until 12/29. We contacted them daily asking for minor help on 2 issues and the response was silence for 4 days. What if there was a major problem? We are regular VRBO renters and travel often. We don’t expect a hotel experience, but there should be a timely response from the unit owner. In over a dozen VRBO rentals we’ve never been disappointed. We will continue to use VRBO, but we will ABSOLUTELY NOT RENT WITH VACASA AGAIN.
