Retreat to the woods at this secluded, four-story home and reward yourself with the most relaxing environment you can find! This home is ideal for large families, groups of friends, and even couples - your family dogs are welcome to join you as well!

Enjoy family meals at the outdoor table with four chairs on deck next to the BBQ grill - this is nothing but the perfect setting for warm-weather barbecues and meals alfresco. The first-floor living area hosts comfortable sofas in front of a gas fireplace and a smart TV with Roku, DVDs, and a Blu-ray player. The nearby kitchen is fully appointed with all the essentials, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, electric oven, and Keurig coffee maker. There is a dining table with four chairs and a bench and the kitchen island provides an additional dining space with five tall chairs. The basement also has a smart TV with Roku, a desk in case someone needs to work from home, a foosball table, another gas fireplace, and a chess board. There is another Roku TV in the top floor bedroom. Additional perks include high-speed WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

A bunch of us rented out the place for the long weekend and it was perfect for all 8 of us! The bed mattresses could use some TLC and the fridge was small, otherwise there’s not a single thing I’d change about this stay! Perfect little cabin for a fun weekend.

Was pretty clean a few thing were not as expected. Dishwasher had broken glass in it so we did not use it, call and they said they would send someone to look at it but never were told if they did or not. Trash was full outside and they took care of that. Also should have told us the washer can only use cold water so we knew a head of time. The sliding door had a hole in the screen. Also we wanted to use the grill but we're unable to do to the fact it was way to rusty. But overall we didn't mind most of that cause our kids weren't bothered so we let it go.

Seriously the best stocked home we've rented, and with good quality towels, blankets, pillows. So many items in the kitchen, if you you think of it, it's in there. Very nice not to have to worry about details like that! The location is perfect, quiet and private but super close to all the good stuff in any direction. Highly recommend!

Before arrival we were told upstairs shower was broken. Declined a plumber since there were two other showers. Main level shower not functioning either. We had to use the basement shower which had very shallow steep stairs and my MIL has a bad knee. Unacceptable. Got in touch with Vacasa who dispatched it to local property Mgr, who we never heard from. Kitchen was not clean when we arrived but the rest of the house was spotless. Outdoor trash bin was full so we had to keep our trash in the front hall for 5 days. Beds and bedding were uncomfortable. The loft was ungodly hot, there's no way someone could sleep up there in the summer. Overall it is a nice place in a great location. Had everything actually been ready/working we would have had a better time.

This was a perfect house in a perfect location! We had plenty of space to spread out - bedrooms across 3 different levels of the home, and a very cozy main level for hanging out together. We loved that this location is close to the best attractions in the White Mountains, but just off the beaten path making it easy to access and more relaxing. Overall our visit was great and we would absolutely return to this home again!

The house was lovely Had a beautiful wood fireplace. Plenty of beds for everyone relaxing recliners in the main area and a nice big kitchen very close to shopping and restaurants.

There were some long hairs in the upstairs shower we noticed. But our issue was that I called the day we checked in and informed guest services the Nest device in the house was beeping every 60 seconds. I was told due to the time no one could come check it until the next day. But then we didn't hear from anyone and had to listen to the beep/chirp morning and night our whole stay. I asked if it was possible to contact the home owner, as the Nest device is hooked up to an app. But they were not contacted to my knowledge as the beep/chirp continued.

Plenty of room for the 9 of us to spread out. House well-appointed, although lacking in dish towels and could use stronger window fans in the upstairs bedrooms. Was a bit warm and the fans were weak. Listing indicates only 2 parking spaces. We needed 4. Property manager responded that overflow parking was available 15 minutes away. Odd. Upon arrival there was a note posted reinforcing this 2 vehicle limit. Odd again, as there is plenty of space for at least 4 vehicles in the driveway. Regardless, overflow parking is located at the end of the driveway. So no worries, there, but what's up with that?

Conway Railroad and Mt Washington were closed. Good food, zero entertainment. House was perfect, Echo Lake was open.

We loved the spacious feeling with the trilevel layout. Location was proximal to downtown but quiet and peaceful. The retreat was well stocked with all necessities and directions forthright and easy to follow..

This cabin was perfect for what we needed. I took my family away from the rat-race to spend a long weekend up north. The cabin itself was well-appointed and clean. My only niggle was that Vacasa charged me over $500 in “fees” without any further explanation. That’s enough of a turn-off that I may look elsewhere next time. If I’m being charged, I like to know what I’m paying for.
