Big mistake, not at all like on the pictures.

Nice location, clean bed.

When we arrived, the first thing was to buy cleaning products, such as disinfectant, soap, washing up liquid, etc. and we did the cleaning up. The bathroom and toilet was terrible, everybody could see that the accommodation was not cleaned well for ages, we found the dirt of the previous guests. The rooms were full with animal hair, so we spent lot of money for medicine for allergy. We found mold and giant cockroaches as well. The appartment is actually not a flat it’s more than a business premis. The whole wall was glass, so we could enjoy all of the light pollution of the street what came in at night. We couldn’t sleep because of the lights and the noise, coz there was no soundproof. The AC worked well, but we affraid to use it, because it was absolutely dirthy and smelly. After suffering from a terrible stay here, I have contacted booking.com and made complaint. The customer care followed up the owner, but no compensation could be provided from the owner's side. All photos are scam, the reality is totally different. Highly not recommended!

Bad, we asked for money return but no response … don’t recommend.

Pictures are not proper, it has no normal windows other than if you don’t wanna be like in shopping window into the Main Street with trams. It is right next to some restaurant.

Stains from some leaks. Bathroom is extremely small and you have to go upstairs so it was completely unsuitable for family.

once finished the flat will be great

well situated and decorated with taste. When we informed the staff about the problems we had, they were simpathetic and helpful. When the flats will be finished they will be nice.

I rented two apartments, which turned out, were still being renovated. In one of the apartments, there was a dirty towel when we arrived, casting doubt whether the room was actually made. There was no cutlery, no soap in the dispenser, no bin or garbage disposal bags, no hot water, the door didn't lock and no soap in the dispenser. In the other flat, there was a leak in the top floor shower, therefore, all the water filtered down to the bathroom below. besides the faucet was loose. It was clear it was too early to accommodate us, the flats were not finished.

Very good

+excellent location +simple but everything is there +wide screen TV +hot water +nearby bakery and bar +excellent fridge

-perhaps I would rate even more but it should be added one extra curtain to the upper window since the public light is strongly penetrating into the property by night and there is quite strong light pollution in the night -more kitchen dishes to add and everything would be fine there

Like a cheap Airbnb

Netflix and a large TV

Electrics were suspect, the front door handle kept falling off, shower didn't drain, no tea towels or cloth, the toilet seat was very unstable, no rubbish bin, the bathroom sink cabinet was worryingly loose and the ants kept moving the furniture.

Cute budget loft

The location, the little bar outside, price and the owner was nice.

Not really suitable for 4 people, the couch wasn't too comfortable and wasn't set up when we got there. The building was full of cockroaches outside. Bathroom should really be repaired (the sink was broken and the shower was leaking).

Wouldn’t recommend this place. Was very noisy day and night, with loud plumbing noises coming from adjacent buildings. The building is an old shop with a full length single glazed front so there is no soundproofing to the street and really bad light pollution into the bedroom. The kitchen was sparsely supplied with kit, the kettle supplied was unusable. Overpriced and over-rated, it’s up there with some of the worst accommodation we have ever booked We were unable to connect to the designated wifi for the whole stay. The router must be located in an adjacent property, no router was to be found on site and we had to resort to a weak connection from the adjacent cafe that was unreliable to book our onward movements. In fairness, the owner sent a portable wifi around on the final day after we complained but it was too late. Should also point out that our bag was covered in pet hairs after we left it on the floor, cleaning regime seems open to question. On top of this the drain in the shower was unable to cope with the water and overflowed into the room below. Hopefully the owner can fix this.

good location, the room is ok, enough space and all necessities

bad service, not so clean, used toiletries, only one roll of toilet paper, and it took literally two hours for manager to explain how to turn on a boiler. and the locks on windows are broken, you can’t lock it

good value for money, but a few simple tweaks would still help

great location, nice bed, kitchen with what one needs, overall quite fair value for money

the drain of the shower was clogged, so one had to shower fast before a lake develops. also would have helped to have a tad more information (e.g., to find the warm water switch, or regarding checkout). the wall is very thin so one hears anything that happens outside

In the big picture it was nice but detail-wise the apartment needs a small tweak. But location, really good.

Location is great! In the big picture the apartment is beautiful. The restaurant in the building is really nice.

The toilet tap would have been easier and nicer to use if it was attached to the sink instead of hanging loose. In the kitchen the tap was too close to the wall for getting cold water. There was no trash can. The room could benefit from a light curtain. We waited for an hour and half the room to be cleaned. Bathroom is so tiny that one needs to stand in the shower cabinet to be able to close the door.

Superb

Location is excellent, apartment excellent, some growing pains. I loved the loft, my daughter said she could live in such a room as an apartment. Exceeded my expectations, close to restaurants in Jaffa, bakery right next door.

Utensils for making coffee but no coffee., tap in the bathroom needs to be screwed down, ac filter to be cleaned (very high up). Really minor things.
