We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the House on the Hill. Stacey is a wonderful host and was available if we needed anything. The house is roomy with a fully stocked kitchen and great gathering spaces for a big family. We went in July so we loved spending time on the generous decks that wrapped around the house. There are lots of tables and seating on every side, so there was always a sunny spot for coffee in the morning, and a cool shady spot for later in the day. The highway is nearby so there is some background hum but it didn't take away from the experience. It felt very private and we couldn't get enough of the beautiful view of the trees and meadow from the back deck.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family as we flew in town to celebrate our daughter getting married. My 2 college kids loved the trampoline. It was great for Star gazing, not just jumping! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We loved having the privacy of being on acreage but there was road noise from 17. I have always loved the red barn as you drove up the highway and even took pictures of it years ago never knowing we would actually get to stay on the property! Highly recommend!

We have been to Flagstaff and Sedona more than 10 times and this is by far one of the best properties. The views from everywhere in the home are spectactular. The location makes getting to Flag,Sedona, and the Grand Canyon very easy but yet you also feel secluded when you are home. The beds were very comfortable and the master bath was wonderful after a long day of being out hiking. The host was also wonderful.

We had such a great time at this house. The house has everything you need and it’s so close to flagstaff. We had a wonderful stay with two families. The property is clean and awesome! Thanks so much for hosting us!

The home and location were perfect for us! Our daughter got married close by so we were a large group from parents in their 80s down to a 1 year old plus 3 dogs and we never felt crowded. The tramploine was loved by the kids and the wrap around porch was great for watching deer in the yard.
Plenty of parking, the kitchen had everything we needed and its a quick 10 minute drive into Flag for anything we forgot.
The host responded quickly to all of my questions and helped us out a ton when we left and forgot some very important items. We loved everything about our stay and won't be looking anywhere else next time our large family stays near Flagstaff!

My family and I stayed here for my graduation, and the property was perfect for all of us! The hosts are very accommodating and kind. The master bedroom is great for any couple or single who like to pamper themselves with the spa tub, and the shower has a great view out the windows of the woods and even some deer! With the snow melt this year the stream just behind the property was a great sight for the family to see. There are multiple seating options along the wrap-around porch which made our evenings outside spacious and easy to fit everyone. The second master bedroom is an added bonus for a large group. Overall a great experience and we will make sure to book here again when we get the chance!

Spent Christmas with grown children and grandchildren the place was perfect. The kitchen was stocked with spices and everything needed to cook. The location was quite and we could see deer in the mornings. The owner was great at communication.

We had Thanksgiving there with family and friends. 8 in total and great sleeping arrangements with 2 king beds.
Best part was the patio that wraps the whole house. Good distance from Phoenix, but also good amenities near by and super easy to get back on the freeway.

This house was very big and beautiful and we would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the property very much! The bathrooms should have been cleaner, same for the kitchen & dining room as well as organizing the glasses and cups so they could be returned to the same place. Two rooms had no top sheets These things should have been as best as could be. I would stay again but would look for something more prepared for guests.
