We were very happy. House as expected. No problems.

This house had a great layout for our family. Three couples -- parents and our adult children and their spouses. The house was beautifully located --near the Petroglyphs, Old Town, grocery shopping, and restaurants.
Communication was exceptional. Carl sent a terrific "Albuquerque Metro Plan" outlining things to do during a four-day visit.

Nice home, enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with! If I had to be nit picky, house cleaning could have been a little better.

We had a great stay here. It was the perfect place for us. Clean, great backyard, great master bedroom. Host was easy to communicate with. Also within walking distance of hiking trails at the petroglyphs park.
Also, good central location. Would stay here again!

We really appreciated the "extras" at this home including a coffee bar with the coffee essentials; shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers; and condiments and spices in the fridge and pantry! The beds and linens were all very comfortable and it was a perfect home for our large family to spend time together. Thank you for your hospitality! Your recommendation for Garcia's restaurant was excellent!

We’re do I start. We loved this home and would recommend to anyone visiting the Albuquerque area. The house was clean and spacious. It had all the amenities you could want. More than enough kitchen utensils, plates, cups and glasses. The balcony upstairs was a hit! We could see the balloons from the balloon fiesta! But more importantly was our communication with Teresa. She not only answered all our questions about the home but was knowledgeable about restaurants, events happening in the area, and everything we needed to know about the ballon fiesta. You’re going to love this home. Make this home a must accommodation if you visit Albuquerque!

I had the most wonderful stay at this VRBO rental! The location in the quiet neighborhood was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight for me was definitely the fantastic pool and hot tub – what a treat! The property manager was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, making sure everything was seamless and ensuring I had a delightful experience. I can't wait to return to this charming retreat for another rejuvenating escape. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful house in a wonderful city. Our family of four enjoyed this spacious and well stocked home. The pool and hot tub were huge hits. Large kitchen and great lounging spaces. Communication with the property owner was great and everything was a breeze. Hope to be back again soon!

Our family of four adults loved this vacation. The house was clean, functional and as advertised and photographed. The host was kind and responsive. Great pool, hot tub in great shape, lovely second floor balcony. Fabulous location as well. We miss it already.

This was an amazing stay. If you're not familiar with Albuquerque, this is a great location and very safe. The house is huge and amenities are really great. We took full advantage of the pool and fire pit for our visit in late March. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked. Games were provided and we had a lot of family laughs. Three large bedrooms and two living rooms plus a deck off the owner's suite gave us PLENTY of space to spread out. Contact with owner was phenomenal and we felt extremely welcome and relaxed the entire time.

This property was perfect for our family of for. Very clean upon our arrival. Check in and check out where a breeze. The property is located next to national parks and was perfect place to relax after our adventurous 2023 spring break. Albuquerque is an under rated destination for a family vacation. And this property is no more that 30 mins away from anything you want to do in the Albuquerque area.

Plenty of room and nice views of Sandia Mountain! Large heated pool with attached spa. Plenty of space for your children & pets to recreate. House is furnished comfortably with the kitchen as center of 1st floor activities. Stayed warm during the Dec. 2022 extreme cold snap! Property managers very responsive and accommodating to all requests. Will book this property again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Theresa's home! The Pool and Spa/Hot tub were warm and wonderfully kept. The house its self was beautiful with plenty of space for us to hang out both together and separately. The beds were comfortable and the linens clean. The Neighborhood as quiet and everyone was so nice! This is about 15-20mins from the airport about 3-5 mins from a grocery store. Theresa had a booklet of information for guests of different things to do in the area and restaurants to try and she was very responsive with any questions! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! We loved every minute!

Beautiful location and house! Teresa was so helpful and friendly! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We stayed here for 6 nights. The place was very clean and as shown in the online photos. Teresa (Host) was very friendly and thoughtful. She had stocked the house with all basic necessities (coffee, snacks, water bottles, etc.), that made us feel at home. Wi-fi connectivity was amazing, it allowed us to manage our work related zoom calls as well as streaming movies! Teresa also helped us with starting and stopping of the hot tub. Community is nicer and safer and close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Weather did not cooperate much as temperatures dropped significantly during our stay. But we still enjoyed the stay in this location and would plan to re-visit in future.

The house was very clean, spacious and very, very well appointed. The beds were comfortable, we all slept great. The kitchen had everything, including some spices, it was perfect for making a few meals in. There were pool towels, yard games and pool toys. There were board games and books. There was wood for the fire pit. Anything we could have needed was provided.
The pool was phenomenal. It was heated, and large. The location of the house was great. It's very close to the petroglyphs, but only about 15 minutes from Old Town. It was convenient to explore ABQ.
We (family of 4) really loved out stay.
The host Teresa, and the management company Carl were both very responsive and accommodating.
