This quirky apartment is ideally located for easy access to the town and also the harbour, near to the train and bus station. Great as a base to explore the area.. First Floor:

No smoking. Please note: No children under 5 years old except babies in arms. . This attractive, 150-year-old property is in an elevated position overlooking the heart of St Ives, conveniently situated close to the town and beaches and a short walk away from the bus, coach, and train stations.
Access to the property is up an internal flight of stairs which leads to the first floor where the accommodation is located. The property has two bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room to accommodate a further two guests. The property has a fully fitted kitchen, everything you will need for a relaxing break. Up a further flight of stairs, you will find a spacious living area with access to a balcony. The owner has thought of everything to make your holiday memorable.
Situated just north of Penzance is St Ives, full of character, boasting stunning beaches with crystal clear blue water and golden sands it has been nominated “Best Seaside Town” by the British Travel Awards for 2010 and 2011. It is not only beaches that this area is well known for it has multiple art galleries, eclectic shops for picking up souvenirs, and a vast array of restaurants.
Why not pop into the Tate Gallery, The Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden! Why not walk the Southwest Coast path National Trail, on a clear day see the Godrevy Island Lighthouse? Due to our milder weather, it is ideal for making the most of the fantastic beaches, Porthminster is a family-friendly beach, it has an 18-hole mini put course, or Porthmeor Beach which is smaller with a selection of cafes and restaurants nearby.
The nearest town is Penzance 8¼ miles away and the market town of Marazion steeped in history, when the tide is out, take a walk along the course way to St Michael’s Mount, explore the island and visit the restaurant and shop. Marazion has a selection of small local shops and galleries again a great place to look for presents. Beach ½ mile.
