The Lily Pond Cottage is nestled in the charming Palisades neighborhood of Lake Arrowhead. Positioned on a level lot, guests will enjoy the ease of access to our home with only a one-step entry front and back, as well as the close proximity to the lake - just a short walk away.
This enchanting cottage features four bedrooms and three baths.
Our quaint lily pond with live Koi fish offers a tranquil environment for enjoying the peacefulness and zen of the mountains.
Our guests will certainly enjoy barbecuing and dining in our backyard while embracing the wonder of nature.
To enhance your evenings, there’s a fire pit - a perfect place to lounge by the fire while star gazing or toasting marshmallows with the kids.
Taking in the beautiful surroundings and ambient mood, you may wish to take a relaxing dip in the jacuzzi.
This 1,989 square foot comfortable and spacious home is equipped with modern high end appliances and fully stocked kitchen for those whom wish to cook.
The cottage is ADA accessible and equipped with ramps, a roll-in shower and even a ceiling lift! Our home is one of very few ADA accessible homes on the mountain - it truly can accommodate and be enjoyed by everyone.

We have stayed in some beautiful homes but this one is special. The minute you walk in it is peaceful. Not overdone but just done. Spotlessly clean, comfortable high end textiles, and not a single want or wish to be had in the generous and thoughtful kitchen. Communication is also outstanding and quick. A lot of information provided before arrival and throughout the stay as needed. I look for Premier Hosts and good ratings - this was a win and allowed for a true retreat from the city, but feels like home. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay. The home is beautiful and very welcoming. This was the most well stocked VRBO I have stayed in. Nancy even had tooth brushes and tooth paste for every bathroom! It was like staying in a 5 star hotel room. She has every cooking utensil and gadget in the kitchen which is a blast to cook in! This home had something for everyone. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Happy New Year!

This welcoming home was the ideal setting for our two families to have the best winter getaway. The house was exceptionally clean and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed to make amazing meals. Every detail and amenity has been considered and people of all ages and abilities will find themselves right at home. Nancy was easily reachable and quick to respond. A truly memorable experience.

Our family stayed at the Lily Pond Cottage over Christmas this year. We had a wonderful time. The house is perfect! We loved the Christmas decorations, and the decor in each room was perfect. We loved the kitchen which has everything to cook family dinners with everything you need to make the meal, that was so great. Everything was so clean and perfect, beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless and had accommodations for everyone. We all loved the deep tub for a relaxing soak. Our granddaughter had a wonderful time using the play area downstairs. Overall, it was a perfect and enjoyable stay! The stay was easy to set up and Nancy was so easy to work with, thanks Nancy!! When we travel for Christmas again to California, we would not hesitate to book this wonderful house again. Lake Arrowhead area is beautiful any time of the year. We enjoyed the village and went to see Santa’s Village. We had a great time. Would absolutely recommend the Lily Pond Cottage!

From start to finish this trip was amazing. The house and the host had a very big impact on my stay. The house was beautiful and came with everything we needed including toothbrushes! The kitchen was fully stocked so all I needed was food. My dog was super comfortable and she even had extra dog food, and doggie bags. She provided us with everything you can think of. The host even gave us our privacy; we had no complaints on extra guest that came to visit for a day or any noise complaints with music playing late. Honestly can’t wait to book this house again. One word: AMAZING !

As a family we often take an opportunity when we can to leave the city and escape to the mountains. Our lives are often filled with running our teens to soccer practices, softball practices, basketball practices, school activities etc. not to mention working long hours. This little getaway was much needed and the house provided so much of the warmth that a regular home brings.We didn’t have to worry about forgotten amenities like toothbrushes or hair dryers. Everything was at our fingertips . We enjoyed all aspects of the house and we would definitely return. Thank you again for sharing your home. It was absolutely relaxing and amazing. Our stay was wonderful! The home was beautiful and very well appointed!! It was as described in the listing and was the nicest home out of all rented by the others in our group visiting for a family wedding. Many of our relatives stated they intend to rent this home in the future. Only less than ideal items were that there was a bit of dog hair (as to be expected in a pet friendly rental), and the access pad for entry to the home was finicky (all numbers don't light up at initially when trying to enter key code - but we were always able to lock/unlock the door within a few tries). We are avid travelers renting homes often and this cottage is truly a gem!

The property was a dream. Recently renovated and very well appointed (frankly better than my own kitchen at home!), it made for a perfect stay for our two families. We had two toddlers and they absolutely loved all the toys available to them in the playroom. Nancy thought of everything and there were utensils and plates for the kids, baby gates, high chair etc. The rooms were great as well with two of them having en suite baths. We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

I cannot say enough good things. This house made our family trip stress free. Every detail and thoughtful touches made our stay at this location the best experience I have ever had at an ABNB. As adults, the house is laid out so nicely that we could actually relax and enjoy instead of taking care of anxious little ones. All ages will love this house. In fact I will be rethinking my own home appliances after having used the ones in this kitchen. Cooking in this kitchen was fantastic!! Again, can’t say enough. Absolutely perfect home with every need attended to. Thank you Nancy!!!

With the beginning of a new school year just around the corner, we planned a spontaneous 4 day getaway up in Lake Arrowhead. The Lily Pond Cottage was the perfect location to the Village and Lake with secure yard for our dog to safely roam around. The cottage interiors were exceptionally clean, comfortable and stylish. Nancy our host was excellent to communicate with, she has thought of everything to ensure your stay is wonderful and relaxing. Our only disappointment was that we did not book a longer stay at The Lily Pond Cottage.

The property is so nice, clean, and every detail was thought of. My two grandchildren who are 2 and 7 really enjoyed the playroom. It was a family trip my husband and I, our two children, their spouses, and our two grandchildren. There was room for everyone along with nice, fenced yard for our two dogs. Really enjoyed our short but sweet trip.

Nancy's home is a treat you won't forget. She went out of her way to make it the most comfortable and complete vacation rental we have ever been in. So clean you could eat off the floor, the kitchen was super well organized. There was not a single thing you would need that wasn't already there. Really elegant dishes and upscale appliances. There was a very sweet welcome basket with goodies, lots of firewood (rare), a really nice coffee/espresso/tea/hot chocolate bar, sheets and towels that were so soft and smelled good (rare), super comfortable beds, bathrooms that look like they belong in a 5 start hotel, TV's in every room with more network channels than I have ever seen (rare), soaps, lotions, shampoos and conditioners (also rare), a very secluded and comfortable jacuzzi and even a pass we could use so you can walk the path around the lake. Nancy thought of everything and was very kind and helpful with us. Just can't say enough about how clean, comfortable and cozy this home was. We'd highly recommend it. Thanks Nancy! : )

Gosh, where do I begin?! We spent our Christmas holiday here at Lily Pond Cottage. This cottage is just beautiful and so homey. Nancy and her husband did an amazing job renovating and decorating it to perfection. It was spotless and had all of the extra little touches that felt like a 5 star hotel. She even had a welcome basket with tons of goodies waiting for us. The kids had a little space down in the basement to call their own, and the bedrooms were all spacious with plenty of storage to unpack. The bathrooms were like a spa, and I have to say it again…so clean! The kitchen is dreamy, with brand new appliances and all the kitchen goodies you could need to cook a big family meal. My 2 year old was happy to find a high chair and pack n play, as well as toddler size dishes and spoons. The only thing I good possibly wine about is that the master bedroom has only a queen size bed, but that’s only because we are used to sleeping in a California King. Thank you, Nancy, for being se thoughtful and accommodating!! It was a Christmas to remember always!

My family and I spent our Thanksgiving holiday at this beautiful property. It was very clean and decorated for the season. The kitchen was amazing and fully stocked which made our holiday dinner feel like we were at home. We all loved the seating in the kitchen area which allowed us to gather around the island while cooking and the dining table was great for eating and family games. The beds and linens were very comfortable and the rooms were beautifully decorated. The restrooms were stunning. The jacuzzi and patio area were relaxing and serene. The kids loved the game room and everyone loved the welcome basket. Even the couch was remarkably comfortable. It was truly hard to leave. We would love to stay here again ❤️

Perfect location. Only .2 mile to the venue. Loved that the home was able to accommodate my needs, as well as my guests and their children. There's a playroom downstairs., which kept the children loved! ALL rooms are modern. Walk-in showers. Cleanliness was a bonus!! A home to love ❤️

Our family had a wonderful time at the "Lily Pond" cottage! It was spacious, and yet so cozy. The cleanliness of the home, beautiful furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, perfect game room for our young grandchildren, was appreciated by everyone. Above all, Nancy is the best host! We had an amazing stay at this property! The only way to really understand how amazing is to actually stay here :) The kitchen was stocked, the beds were super comfortable, the hot tub was hot and ready upon arrival and the welcome basket was delicious! We had to do a little work while we were here and there was a great spot all set up for just that. Having access to the Lake Arrowhead trails was a big bonus for us, too! The only pro tip I'd offer is, if you are counting on playing shuffleboard, be sure to let the owner know so you can be sure there will be enough sand available. Other than that, you will find absolutely everything you need here! We enjoyed an evening at Tunes in the Trees...definitely recommend that if you're in the area on a Friday. We will certainly keep this property in mind for future getaways!
