The property was great for our two families staying together. The bonus/play room on the bottom floor was perfect for our kids. The view was beautiful!

This cabin was perfect for our family trip to Lake Arrowhead! Plenty of room for all of the adults, lots of space to relax & play games, beautiful views from every deck. The large kitchen area was so convenient for meals together. Great communication from host regarding check in and answering all of our questions. We’ll definitely be back again!

The lake view is gorgeous. Our dog loved hanging out on the patios. The house stayed nice and cool inside, considering it was 81 outside. It was breezy and pleasant inside. There were lots of coffee pods and a basket with some snacks available, which was appreciated. Plenty of room for the 4 adults to spread out for privacy or convenient for family time as well. Close to the grocery store and not too far from the village, all by car. Neighborhood is walkable for the dog, however, no grass to be found, but, she figured it out. There are two dog parks nearby, we enjoyed the one at MacKay park, but, Lake Gregory was cool too. We really enjoyed our stay.

We really had a great time at Seth’s place. It is everything as stated on the listing plus a few extras. We’d definitely recommend this place for anyone headed to Lake Arrowhead.

Lovely cabin with beautiful views of the lake.

We spent most of our time in the upstairs living space. The view was beautiful, the fire was cozy, and we were having a blast chatting and playing board games. Would recommend! :-)

We loved the house - the views are incredible and the kids loved having their own space downstairs as well as the hot tub. We will be back!

This cabin is perfect for a family looking to get away and relax. It had everything all of us could have wanted with an amazing view of the lake, fun little game room for the kids, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. Definitely one of the best rentals we have stayed at, with great beds, BBQ, jacuzzi, TV's, coffee... and best of all the views. Owner was great to work with and so quick at responding. Will definitely recommend and stay here again.

House was awesome - exactly as listed. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.

The cabin/house was amazing. We loved the upgrades along with the stained glass windows. Place was great and would love to stay there again. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t sunny so we were unable to go into the lake. Had a great time exploring Lake Arrowhead Village and Lake Gregory. Ate at one of the recommend restaurants from the home owner and it was fantastic. The restaurant was on the side of the mountain. We were surprised the kitchen was stocked with so many items and that was appreciated. Very inviting home, felt like it was our own. Home owner was great to communicate with. There was also a welcome basket and bottle of wine, very nice touch. Highly recommend this location.

Our 3 generation's family stayed in this house last weekend. The house was clean, with comfortable beds, stocked with everything you would need. We enjoyed Hot tub, play room, that children didn't want to leave, beautiful view of the lake. It was very surprised and nice to find there the welcoming basket from the owner filled with a bottle of vine, snacks and bottles of water. Everything was great, except we couldn't use lake Arrowhead pass due the Sunday weather. The owner was very helpful with everything we asked for. We definitely are planning to stay here again.

This property is a perfect retreat with a spectacular view of the Lake. The host provided excellent directions, a manual for the property and directions for operating the hot tub. He also yummy snacks and a bottle of red wine which we did not expect but which we appreciated. I recommend it for sure!

We just spent a lovely weekend celebrating my mom's bday at Seth's cabin. He was the perfect host, the place was well-appointed, the kitchen and view rocked, and the furnishings were lovely. We would definitely repeat the visit, and felt inspired to get on the hunt for our own place. Highly recommend a stay here!

My family and I couldn’t be more pleased with this wonderful mountain getaway! Beautiful views of the lake along with awesome amenities made our stay a perfect one. The owner was so helpful and made us feel very welcome. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and we will be referring our family and friends. Thank you so much Seth!

Clean, (gfs thought it was super cute so that’s a plus), beds were super comfortable, easy access to everything, plenty of room for a party of 10, good privacy, amenities were on point, excellent view of the lake and all for a good price.
4.9
It was an overall great experience; the views were amazing!

Location was great! Everything about the houses was nice and clean. Only complaint would be that listing is pet friendly and you can definitely tell. There were pet stains all over the “kids” room.

Cozy cabin with all the amenities of your own home. Great location and best views of the lake

We had a wonderful 3-night stay in this home. The pictures and description are very accurate. If anything, it was even lovelier than we anticipated. Homey, comfortable, spacious, and welcoming. And the views ... just amazing. No picture can do it justice (we tried), and loads of of well-appointed outdoor space on all three levels to enjoy. We'd stay again in a heartbeat, nothing not to recommend. You'll be glad you booked..

Our family enjoyed a beautiful birthday weekend at the cabin. Sipping coffee after a restful night's sleep while overlooking the lake made for perfect mornings. The stunning view, quiet neighborhood, and extremely comfortable beds made it difficult to leave! We look forward to visiting again.

My husband and I and our small dog stayed in this lovely mountain home at the end of October.
The home is three levels, with spectacular lake views from most rooms. The home is tastefully decorated, with what looks like many recent updates. The top level, with living area and kitchen/dining, is a large area that still felt cozy and and warm . The living room furniture is cleverly arranged to easily seat 10-12 people. We loved the lake views from the dining area while we had meals.
The second level has a master with great lake views and a fireplace. Super comfortable bed and bedding! It has an attached bathroom that is very nicely updated. There are two small-ish guest bedrooms also on this level, one with great lake views (the other has forest views). The master bathroom has two doors, one to the hallway - this is the only bathroom on this level. This was no big deal, since it was just the two of us, but could be awkward with all three bedrooms on this level using this one bathroom.
The bottom level also looks like it has been recently updated , also with a clever design that includes four twin bunk beds, a seating area with tv, games, etc., another full bathroom, plus a nice desk area for work-at-home. The laundry is also on this area; be prepared for a workout with lots of going up and down stairs to do laundry. Still, the large, industrial size washer and dryer were very convenient.
There are outdoor balconies on each of the three levels, each with nicely updated patio furniture. We loved sitting on the top/main level deck and just enjoying the incredible views.
The parking is on a turnout on the street next to the house, and fits about two cars. The level entry from the street to the front door is also convenient.
We had asked for an early check-in (one hour) and the property management company was very accommodating (we did request this a few days in advance).
Although the house overall was very clean, the powder room/half bath on the main living area looked like it missed the renovation updates, and didn't look totally clean. The management company also missed on a couple of things (low toilet paper and soap dispensers with no backup refills available). The also left wet towels and sheets in the washing machine. Bring your own hand lotion - you'll need it with the dry mountain air, and none is provided. These minor annoyances did not detract from our overall great stay.
We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view, comfortable house. Would rent again.

Overall a great property and we had a great stay. The booking wasn’t as smooth as I have had with all of my bookings in the past but we decided to choose this property anyway. I had a question about the property but I was told that I had to book before I could receive answers from the property manager or owner. Since this was a last minute trip, if I booked there wasn’t an option to cancel, so I was hesitant. We took our chances and it all worked out. We had a question upon arrival but the phone number and email I received for contact was for the property manager and they were only available business hours. We figured it all out and never had any urgent issues so that all worked out too. The property was very clean and comfortable. A few things to note if you stay here are that you will need to bring kitchen towels or just use some of the hand towels from the bathroom for the kitchen. I checked the laundry room thinking the towels might be in the dryer but there were only extras bed linens and bathroom towels. There were plenty of extra towels so again, everything worked out. Also, the lowest level does not have air conditioning. There is a thermostat on that level but it seemed to not blow cool air. This didn’t bother us, even though it was very warm, because we spent our time on the other levels but if you’re traveling with a large group and they plan to sleep and hang out on that level just keep that in mind. The room is a great space but if it’s a warm out that could be uncomfortable. Overall the property was very well equipped, clean, comfortable and easy to access. We loved the smart tvs. Like others have mentioned there aren’t cable channels but you can stream so this wasn’t an issue for us. The owner reached out to us on our last day to to see if we enjoyed our stay and to check if we needed a late check out. I thought that was very sweet.

Awesome spot! Only bummer was that Lake Arrowhead is private so you can look at it but you can’t access it. Didn’t know that!

The view is spectacular! This house has cabin vibe with wood doors, decks, ceilings & window frames but also has a modern vibe with upgraded counter tops, cabinets & decor. Wood floors on top floor, carpet on middle floor & den. Furniture also has modern vibes, they did a really great job with decorating. Makes it feel very cozy yet still up to date with modern style. Smart TVs in living room, Den & Master bedroom although only regular channels seemed to be working in master bedroom. Hardly any bugs for a cabin house. Kitchen, living room & large deck on top floor. 3 bedrooms on middle floor - master with a king, other 2 bedrooms with queens. Den has 2 bunk beds & seating area. All mattresses are memory foam. Very comfy beds! Half bath on top floor, full bath on middle & bottom floors. Plenty of towels provided in each bathroom - Costco Charisma towels. Full baths provided blow dryer, hand soap, mini Olay body wash, mini Treseme shampoo/conditioner & mini bars of Roots Eucalyptus facial bar soap. Half bath provided hand soap & mini bars of Roots Eucalyptus facial bar soap. Each bathroom only had 1 roll of toilet paper provided with master bath roll being almost gone so bring your own toilet paper. Definitely not enough provided for a family of 4 for 4 days. Den has full size washer & dryer with Gain laundry soap & Kirkland dryer sheets provided. Propane grill on deck. Kitchen has regular 10 cup coffee maker, Keurig, percolator, pour over coffee maker, plenty of coffee mugs, drinking glasses, dishes, cookware & all the accessories you could possibly need. Also had dog bowls with stand. Kitchen supplies: Dunkin Donuts ground coffee, Starbucks Pike Place ground coffee, extra Virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, spice rack with 20 spices, vegetable oil, balsamic vinegar, very few k-cups, dish soap, hand soap, sponge & dishwasher pods. Only provided 1 paper towel roll so bring your own. Provided a bowl of snacks & a bottle of Cab wine which was super nice! Central AC on top & middle floor, heat only in den - all controlled by Nests. Oscillating fan provided in one of the queen bedrooms. Water gets super hot which is awesome, never ran out of hot water & good water pressure. Our only complaint was it could have been a little cleaner. We had to wipe down a lot with Clorox wipes we brought. They also left wet laundry in the dryer & washer so we finished the laundry for them & folded it all so we could do laundry. Great place, would definitely stay here again!

The upstairs living room/ kitchen area has wonderful views of Lake Arrowhead through three sliding glass doors. Everything in the house is new with wonderful finishing touches and clean. All beds were super comfy, even the twin beds some adults used were comfy. Outdoor furniture was new and clean, which makes it nice to sit down and not worry about getting dirty. Grill worked good. Neighborhood is quiet with plenty of privacy. We all really enjoyed our stay. Parking is really only for two cars, which can be difficult with a large group. You may need to bring extra napkins or paper towels, we ran out after day two.

Cozy home nestled in beauty. Loved the snacks. Free games. The views were incredible and very nice place to enjoy with family. Plenty of space and great location to attractions.

This place is fantastic! Our family was looking for a getaway from the city where we could enjoy some solitude, but also have family and friend interactions in one prime location. Not only did this not disappoint, but it was all that we could have hoped for.
There are many things that we liked about this stay, which I will outline below, but the one that stands our the most is the VIEW! A perfect view of Lake Arrowhead, the mountains, trees and the various birds (eagles, woodpeckers and blue jays), provided a pleasant serenity sunrise with coffee, or cleansing sunset cocktail as the purple and pink hues provide a backdrop to the pine tree mountain. Truly something to take in and the large deck provided a chance for everyone to share in the view.
Other things we enjoyed:
1) Location - Located on the north-wst side of Lake Arrowhead, it was easy to access, and was only 5 minutes away from the grocery stores, food and other necessities, as well as 15 minutes to the Village. You would think it would take 30 minutes to get to the other side given the mountain roads, but getting to the other side was so much easier than I had thought. I think the furthest we drove out was 19 miles to Skypark and that took 30 minutes at the most.
2) Space - As we came with children ages 14 months to 14 years, there was enough room on all 3 floors to put the baby down for nap time, but also have the our pre-teen and teen kids dance to music and enjoy their anime movies. If you have a number of people in the house (occupancy is 10) you should be sure to time the showers, dishwasher and laundry accordingly, but this is true for anywhere you go. Having a laundy on site was a lifesaver, especially with a baby.
3) Amenities - Great amenities. State of the art Smart TVs allowed for use of the channels we subscribe to, and also HDMI so that you can hook up a laptop and use it at a second monitor to your PC or just stream a game. One thing that we couldn't figure out was how to get the regular TV channels to watch March Madness, but we managed since we had a laptop. The kitchen is updated and snacks and K-cups are provided, but you should be sure to bring your own or buy at Jensen's down the hill if you deplete what's provided. Having a full bathroom in the bunk suite was perfect as it allowed for complete privacy for the older kids. Lastly, some cool items that you don't think about - An Accoustic Guitar and Record player. The record player comes complete with The Beatles, Queen, John Denver, and Frank Sinatra as well as other. Very classy and nice nostalgia for sure.
4) People - Lastly, the people in the neighborhood were so very friendly. A very dog friendly street allows you to meet others in the neighborhood. Quiet street so you don't have tons of traffic, which allows for a nice walk of the dog and view of the wildlife cruising in the sky.
As this was our first time renting through the Evolve Vacation Rentals, we weren't really sure what to expect. But all around the experience was wonderful, easy and everyone involved (owner/management company) were responsive in their communication. Definitely an experience we'd like to have again in the future.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was that The living room is not as big as it appears… And when I opened the curtains it’s was clear that the carpet needed serious scrubbing. There were large stains that were hard to overlook since we spent most of our time on the main floor. I was assured by the owner that the carpets would get a deep cleaning after I left… The view was very nice… Especially the top floor where the kitchen is… It was nice looking out at the lake while I was cooking… Nice fireplace and comfortable beds

My friends and I loved our stay here! SO spacious and everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable too! The check-in and check-out process was perfect, very easy. In the kitchen there was a little bowl of small snacks and water provided which I thought was a very nice touch. The view from the balcony of the lake was awesome. We would definitely stay here again!

We had great 4th of July weekend with great view of lake and fireworks. Only downfall is that it didn’t have a bbq to cook. Other then that we really enjoyed staying here.

Beautiful house, beautiful view, wonderful place to stay. thanks

Upstairs, the floor you walk in at, was excellent. The level below, bedrooms, was OK, but nothing special. We spent zero time in the bottom level other than to change the thermostat.
The top level, upstairs, had everything you need except for sleeping (and showering). The kitchen was well-stocked. For instance, the k-cups seemed to be somewhat old and nothing special – but there were k-cups. There was a teakettle. The refrigerator worked great.
The dining room was perfect for breakfast. The dining room table looked out over the lake. It was plenty big enough, although on the other hand, there were only two of us. I think it seated eight. There was a half bathroom just off the dining room.
The living room was where we spent part of the day and evenings after dinner. The TV appeared to get almost entirely worthless stations, although it worked fine for us as we cast YoutubeTV from an iPad. The sofa was perfectly OK. A cozy room.
Downstairs, the main bedroom consisted mainly of a king-sized bed, which neither of us found particularly comfortable. For me, and I do get warmer when I sleep than average, the comforter was just too much. There was also a decent dresser and a closet and a fireplace and nothing else (well, there were two small nightstands). The other two bedrooms were on this floor, smaller beds, they looked perfectly adequate, but nothing special, with closets but no bathrooms.
There was a small bathroom off the main bedroom. The tub seemed narrow, there was only room for one person at a time, there was no Kleenex, but there was plenty of toilet paper. It was perfectly adequate.
Finally, all the way downstairs, was the second thermostat, which I turned up the first evening and back down the morning we left, the only two times either of us were down there. There were bunk beds here for four to get to the theoretical limit of ten people and a bathroom we never used. There was a sofa with games, a TV, and a record player (with vinyl LPs) that we never even tried.
We chose this home because of the views of the lake and that worked out pretty well. I’d sit and read on the balcony, very pleasant. I think the price is on the high side when you factor in cleaning costs and taxes, but no complaints, really. We had a fine time at Lake Arrowhead, and while I wouldn’t stay here again, it was a perfectly decent choice. The pictures on VRBO reflect the home quite accurately, although they make it appear somewhat larger than it is.
