- Upstairs 600 sqft. apartment in Historic Fairmount area close to downtown Bristol.
- (1) Bedroom King size bed (1) bath shower
- Fold out queen sleeper sofa in living room.
- Full Galley Kitchen no dishwasher.
- Keurig Coffee maker.
- There is no daily house keeping.
To get you started on your stay.
*coffee pods, creamer, sugar, salt and pepper
*washing machine pods
*(2) paper towel rolls and bathroom tissue.
*soap and shampoo.
*trash bags.
If you need extra its up to renter to buy.
*Aluminum foil, seal wrap, zip locks to get you started any other supplies needed is up to guest to purchase while here.
There is no daily house keeping. When trash is needed to be taken out it is up to the guest to do so please...trash bins on driveway side.
If you need a extra cooler lets us know.
Extra cote we have that too.
There is a larger discount for longer stays please inquiry with details about the stay you are needing. (2) day minimum. There is no subleasing.

For race events guest bring extra cots and sleep (6) in the apartment. additional charges for groups over (4). You will have to contact me, i can edit system, right now it will only allow (4) guest.
Common parking area for one vehicle, no large trucks, there is room for on street parking. I park my truck on the street when I'm staying there, not responsible for damages for parked vehicles.
Common area for chilling and grilling gas and pellet smoker if you choose to do some tailgating before your event. need to borrow a cooler? there are (2) large coolers on site.
Longer stays get better price

Want to practice some BBQ? there is a pellet smoker or a gas grill patio area. Fire pit and grill coming next year.
