My best ever chain hotel experience! Superior property where everyone made sure that everything was just right! Customer service was amazing! Breakfast was creatively presented and very tasty. Our room comfortably slept 4 and was squeaky clean.

The only two issues I had was the flashing red light, in the ceiling top. Also, the toilet seat is made for head start children. Very uncomfortable for ADULTS.

Hubby and I checked in late (like 10p) and had no problems getting in. The water pressure in the shower was nice with a great temperature range. Room was basic but clean. There is a pool that we didn't utilize. Breakfast was pre-made continental style, including the waffles, though still yummy! Staff was friendly when interacting with them. We would stay here again.

This was our second stay in two weeks with this hotel. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Most of the hotel looks almost new. The rooms, breakfast area, and the pool are above average. The employees are all friendly and helpful. My complaints are minor to most but enough to make me think twice before staying here again. The first is the breakfast offering. There was no selection of muffins (two) while there were at least six different bagels. Also, the biscuits are hard and tough. Not a good thing in a Southern Hotel. The next complaint is with the food pantry/area by the front desk. The prices are outrageous. A small bag of chips is $3.00 with tax and the other items are priced high as well. I do not mind paying for convenience but there is a limit on that. Finally, no matter which side of the hotel you stay in there is going to be above average traffic noise. The front, of course, is the worst as it is directly affected by the Interstate while the backside has a major road running close to it. I would like to add that I filled out a comment card for my stay and have not heard anything from the hotel. It is common courtesy to contact guests for praise or complaints and follow up I feel.

This was our first stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Bristol as we normally stay at The Sessions Hotel (Marriott) or The Bristol Hotel (Boutique). The entire facility looked almost new and was exceptionally clean. There were a few issues during our stay. The 2 issues I do not know how the hotel could fix. The accessible room was at the end of the hall. A long walk for someone with a walker/cane. Second issue was the noise level. This hotel is located at the edge of the Interstate. I checked with the hotel before staying and was told no complaints. I have stayed at an airport hotel with less noise. The next issues could be resolved. The carpet at the entrance to the elevator had been patched. I caught my foot or cane on it twice. The edges of the patch just need to be trimmed. The employees at the hotel do not wear name tags, or I saw none. This is a security issue for me. I picked up two one ounce bags of chips from the little food closet and after checkout I found out that these chips were over $3.00 with tax. The same chips are 2 for $1.00 or $1.50 at most convenience stores. I appreciate the convenience but this was excessive to me. Finally the free breakfast was good however the biscuits were tough/hard and the muffin selection was limited. Only two flavors. The rest of the buffett was great, especially the eggs. Hard to do on a buffet. I am going to try one more time in the next few days. I hope for a better outcome.

The hotel is nice, it was clean and in a good location for shopping and dining. The only negative is the hotel next door looks a little sketchy, but the Fairfield has made an attempt to separate itself from that property. I recommend the Fairfield and will stay there again.

Overall the stay was fine. The breakfast was very good. On the negative side, the room was not cleaned the second day, and in-room coffee supplies were not provided/replenished after our arrival.

Amazing, totally unexpected experience for the hotel that’s just off the highway. We arrived late and were greeted by a very nice young man. Best customer services experience ever! Room was very clean, comfortable bedding, and surprisingly great breakfast!

The only drawback to this hotel was the bed was extremely hard. Everything else was great! Clean facilities, linens, furniture and fixtures. The hot water and pressure were perfect. Ample parking. Breakfast was fine with multiple options of bagels, cereals, eggs, meat. (GF options available upon request)
