Super cute 2 bed, 1 bath house with living room and kitchen. Check in very easy and the host was quick to answer questions and even recommend some fun things to do! Great location, close to all the shops and Medicine Creek.

Clean and more clean. Little touches were personal and well thought out with the guest’s best interest in mind. Plenty of things you would find in your own home. We did not need a thing outside of what was provided. The cottage was decorated very cute. Outside seating and landscaping was very pleasant. I will definitely try to get this same cottage on our next say at Medicine Park.

Our second stay and just like the first, was perfect in every way! This perfect hideaway is nestled in Medicine Park within walking distance of all the amazing attractions. Karen and Shawn are always available to answer all our questions in a polite and respectful manner. We will definitely be booking again!

Karen always answered back within a short period of time when I messaged her and was always friendly! The cabin was clean, too cute, comfortable and just perfect. It was right a quarter-mile from the first place we went to eat after arriving that evening. This is important to me as I have mobility issues. I wasn't able to do much walking b/c of it, but I did walk down there the first evening and it was easy. The heat was the #1 reason I didn't the other times, but it is the end of June, so that was to be expected. If you want to see bison, elk, prairie dogs & longhorns, you're just down from the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge and you'll see plenty, which Karen told me she was sure I would...she didn't lie lol Great place, no crazy rules to the house and very cozy! Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived through the 11am checkout we had a fantastic time. This cabin is the definition of gem in the rough, nestled in a hideaway area of Medicine Park! We will definitely be back and hopefully stay longer than the 2 nights we stayed. All the amenities provided were more than we needed.

The location couldn't be better. An easy walk across the bridge to Bath Lake and the restaurants in Medicine Park. The cabin was extremely clean and well stocked. The sheets and pillowcases were very clean, soft and didn't have that perfume smell of certain detergents. My 15 month old daughter was able to comfortably crawl and walk around. I couldn't be happier with how clean it was! There were no bugs at all inside the cabin. The A/C was nice and cool. The shower had great pressure and hot water. The owners were very responsive and kind when we had car trouble. I can't wait to go back, I have been telling everyone I know how wonderful our visit was! I think our favorite part was driving up to Mt Scott to see the sunset and it is such a close drive back to the cabin.

Although we weren't able to spend many hours in Medicine Park, the relaxation at this cottage was welcome. We were on our way home from 4 days of being in Texas so we needed the peace and quiet. I hope we can come back another time.

We recognized our cabin from the pictures the minute it was in sight. We felt at home even as we pulled into the driveway because Karen had told us what to expect for easy check in. I knew what the rooms would look like in its vintage decor but I wasn’t expecting the welcoming warmth that I received because pictures can’t capture ambiance. Everything spoke the words “home” and “community” as my eyes took in the historical art on the walls creating a sense of place. It was a true retreat for us to celebrate family day privately with our daughter prior to her Army graduation. Easy access to Ft. Sill. Simply loved the eclectic community. I wish more shops had been open but we had little time anyway. So much better than any hotel. Medicine Park is an experience. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Wish I could have stayed longer. Thanks, Karen, for sharing your place with us.

We had a great time! The cabin was so adorable and comfortable and the host was so thoughtful with the amenities. The cabin was located so close to downtown as well as to the aquarium that it took no time at all to get to our destinations. We loved Medicine Park and we loved staying at this adorable cabin. My kids (7&9) and I loved this cabin and the area. It was perfect for us and they have already asked to go back and stay there again. It was decorated with a nostalgic, slightly hippie, peaceful vibe with so many fun and thoughtful details. The cabin and property is meticulously clean and well maintained. This is a Medicine Park gem for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

We have had the Wichita Wildlife Refuge on our bucket list for several years and finally decided to head on over to do some hiking. We are not fans of hotels as we enjoy more private type lodging. This cute little gem was ideal for us location wise, with plenty of room in a clean environment. All amenities needed were provided and we had an effortless check in/out. A good choice while visiting Medicine Park area. Highly recommend!

Loved the little house and all that it had inside. Great antiques and loved the TV Trays!!. Just a short walk from the main street. The immediate view was not right over the water, but everything was very close. Great place to Stay
