Impeccable attention to detail. Highly recommend this ocean view condo. The condo was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. Entire unit was clean and nicely appointed. The view from the 3rd floor balcony was perfect in the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a short stroll to the water and the pool is right in front of the building. Parking lot is directly across and very easy to access. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time visiting South Padre and this condo was more than we could have asked for. We loved all of the modern upgrades and how comfortable it was to stay in. I worked remote during my stay and I couldn't get enough of sitting on the patio watching the waves while I worked. The quick access to the beach was perfect for morning and evening strolls along the beach.

We stayed here during the last week of May. We love South Padre, and come here every year. The condo itself was amazing, with great views. Pros: great views, well stocked condo with even the little amenities you might forget such as, cooler, wagon or even a hair dryer. Easy and quick access to the beach. This condo has everything you needed with added convenience. Bluetooth chargers in every room, TVs in every room and extra toiletries and towels. The beds were also very comfortable. Things to know: this has much more to do with the condominium itself rather than the condo. The parking was across the street, and there is no elevator. So if you pack heavy, you will carry have to carry it up three flights of stairs. Last but not least, there is no washer and dryer in the unit, there is one on the second floor, bring quarters, ( $3.00 a load). All in all, it’s a great condo, with amazing views!y

The communication with the property owner was excellent, the condo is beautiful and well stocked. The view was the best and the location was great. However, we took our 81 year old mother for mother's day and she did not leave the condo the whole weekend because of her inability to get back up the 4 flights of stairs. If that information is in the description, I missed it.

The condo is immaculate, and beautifully decorated with so many beautiful details! You can tell the owners put a lot of love and thought into it. And you can’t beat the view of the ocean! I could’ve stayed in our entire stay there.

We had a three-night stay in mid-April. The unit was impeccable and lots of thought was given to what guests might need. Beautifully appointed and decorated. We loved turning the A/C off and open the doors. The sounds of the surf lulled us to sleep each night. We will be back!

This condo had it all! We had a great time in So Padre. The beach was just a few steps away and the unit was extremelly well appointed. It was great for the kids to be able to come and go between the beach and the unit on their own. We will definetely look to stay there again in our next So Padre visit.

The property owner was very thoughtful in providing coffee kcups, creamer, and cooking oils. Additionally, we were thankful for the beach chairs and beach towels, including the available toiletries. The decor was very beachy, inviting and comfortable, too! We loved every minute of our stay. Thanks!

Condo well kept. Pretty clean, some sand still left behind in the restroom and bedrooms when we got there but not a big deal. All necessities there for kitchen needs, bathroom needs, and beach needs. Loved the location. Overall a great experience, I will book again.

Everything was exceptional. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate anyone whom stays here. Literally my only complaint was having to walk the stairs to the 3rd floor, which isnt a big deal at all. The location and the view were absolutely perfect. Restaurants, stores, and arcades or entertainment for the kids were no more than fifteen minutes away..Will definitely recommend and hopefully return soon. Thank you for a great experience

The property is extremely well maintained. The vibe of the condo makes it welcoming. Plus the location to the beach!! Only down part is the no elevator so be prepared to carry suitcases, ice chests, canopy, etc. If you can manage then the location is worth it. The host was great, will definitely book again.

This was the perfect spot for our family of 5! The location is right on the beach, so we had an easy walk. The place was super clean (I'm a clean freak) and super cute! The host thought of everything from coffee and creamer to q-tips. The view of the beach was awesome, and we were close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was the perfect place to watch the waves in the morning and know when to head out to the beach before it got crowded. We loved sitting on the porch at night. So peaceful! The smoke alarm was very sensitive! It must have gone off 4 or 5 times during our trip, from cooking chicken in the oven to toasting waffles in the toaster. We just fanned a paper plate in front of it and it was fine after that. Overall, this was a super cute place to stay if you’re looking for a relaxing, convenient beach getaway!

This condo is equipped with everything that you could possibly need to have a good time! The beds are comfortable. Each room has great curtains so if you want to take a midday nap you can. The view is incredible. The only downside is this is on the third floor so there is a lot of walking. But the owners were so attentive and so kind. I highly recommend this condo if you stay in South Padre!

We were extremely pleased with our stay. So lovely to open the patio doors and hear the surf. Haven't slept that well in long time. Everything was as listed and then some. Our hosts made sure we would have what we needed to enjoy our stay. Thanks for the Kuerig and coffee so enjoyed morning coffee on the deck and watching the sunrise over the gulf. Enjoyed our walks on the beach and having the private access was wonderful. Also wonderful that so much was within walking distance. Gave us a chance for much needed exercise and pickup for the shuttle was just across the street if needed. Will definately be staying again.

The condo is great and just as it appears in the photos. Decorated beautifully and very clean. We loved the style. The owner has thoughtfully provided every little single thing you could ever want OR need! The location was perfect and we enjoyed many hours on the cute balcony watching the ocean and people and dogs on the beach. Our dog Sadie loved it as well! The only negative thing was that we thought the cough was very uncomfortable and there was no other comfortable place to sit when needed for seniors like us. But I know that’s because it’s a sofa sleeper. We felt another soft comfy chair would have been nice. Another unavoidable inconvenience for us was the third floor walk up, especially with physical limitations and a dog. We think it’s worth mentioning. But, overall, we loved this property and would definitely stay here again!

Ocean outlook is exactly as described. It is close to everything yet far enough away for a peaceful getaway. Sit on the balcony and listen to the waves or walk the beach and stop at Wanna Wanns to enjoy a cocktail and watch or play some volleyball. Place is completely updated and very well layed out. Stocked with everything you will need for your beach stay.

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. A lot of nice touches, like coffee, ice packs and cooler. The towels were top notch and the girls were able to use the boogie boards. Also, the owner was very prompt in replying to me and very helpful too. I definitely recommend this condo.

Overall this is a very nice place. The location is very convenient to a lot of the retail stores and restaurants on the island, but being beachfront is definitely the highlight of this property. The condo is in excellent condition with a lot of nice touches. We had an issue at check-in with the cleanliness, but the property owners sprung into action and solved the problem within a couple of hours. The owners are excellent with communication and go out of their way to make sure everything is just right. Definitely recommend this property!

We stayed for a few days this last weekend. It was very dog friendly and they even had amenities for dogs in the condo like puppy towels, treats, and doggy bags. We really appreciated the fully stocked coffee bar with a choice of k-cups, creamers, and sugars. It was really close to wanna wanna so we were able to walk for some food and drinks within a few minutes. You could walk to Clayton’s if you really wanted to, but it was a little far for us. We actually appreciated that because it was not super loud at the condo. Plus at night we could walk up to the beach and see the firework show. There was a rental service for umbrellas and chairs about 3 houses down the beach. We didn’t use that service, but if we needed to it would have been really easy instead of lugging our own equipment. The sunrise was right in front of us. We could see it while lounging in the couch. All in all this is an amazing and quiet location close to everything.
