Does the job if you are unlikely to spend a lot of time in the house and don’t mind not having WiFi

Location very good for exploring York . Nice and clean

When we arrived we had no sharp knives. I contacted the property and they said they would get some to us but never did so we had to m as manage without them. We were five adults and the sofa space wasn’t enough to accommodate us all. Could do with some extra seating. Could also do with some extra kitchen utensils.

Very comfortable, quiet and handy for the city.

Location excellent for anyone with a dog, lovely park opposite. Quiet location, very friendly neighbour who suggested some places to visit. Good shower.

Great house, great location.

Good location, nice and quiet. Car was left for the stay and not touched, even with stuff on display. A good size house, ideal for family. Not far from the city station. We used an Uber/Taxi and it was £8.

Nothing much, the only thing was the TV sits too high on the wall, but thats just personal preference.

We will use this property again.

The house was great value for money and presented to a high standard. Over the weekend we walked, bused as well as used our car to get into York.

The only thing is the downstairs space and facilities didn't match the number of bedrooms eg. we ate spread over a number of chairs around the room as well as the dining table..

Immaculately clean, quiet location

Great house, really comfortable beds, immaculately clean, really good size. Quiet location, with a brilliant park and playground opposite. Hosts were responsive and everything worked seamlessly. Being on a bus route into town was great with younger kids, but the 30 minute walk into town is easy as well.

A larger dining table and a couple of extra chairs to allow all guests to sit and dine together would have been fantastic. Also perhaps some patio furniture (we were there on a really warm weekend!).

Clean throughout. Lovely lounge/dining area. Beds comfortable. Great to have so many bedrooms so we could all get together. Kitchen was great and having towels and tea towels was very useful. Easy walk into the city too.

great location, allowed very early check in, nice and clean bedding

does not sit 6 ppl, only two tiny sofas, no sitting area outside and dining table only sits 4 ppl, no basics like paper kitchen towels, baking paper,…

Great spot for me and my family to visit family two minutes down the road. Like home to home.

It was clean and easy to park outside. Close to shops and main roads in and out of York.

Beds are short and low. The mattresses could do with renewal as springs poor.

Clean and tidy, spacious with all amenities covered. Pleasantly surprised by there being WiFi as original listing said no WiFi.

Alot of spiders in the main bathroom, which caused some issues. Used nappy on the floor by the front door outside and curtain rail fell down in the night in one of the rooms.
