Clean and quiet. Creek in front of property is relaxing.
Not many places for electronics to charge. Microwave, coffee maker and microwave shared one outlet (only 2 plugged at a time). Only one nightstand with outlets.

The hotel was only two minutes from the festival grounds so the location was great. You could tell the room was remodeled and very clean. It was Internet, a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and hairdryer. It was quiet and relaxing.
The hotel didn’t have anyone come in on a daily basis to freshen your room, and I didn’t mind that however, I stayed for two nights, and only had enough coffee for one day. If someone had come in to freshen the room, they would have replenished the coffee. And they don’t offer free breakfast or coffee offered with this stay. I didn’t mind that I just wish I had more coffee in my room.

The location is great, great setting, love the creek and camp fire area. Easy in easy out. Within walking distance to local places.
The water does take awhile to heat up and it wasn’t even winter but just turn it on and let it run and it will eventually heat up nice and toasty.

Accommodations were great. Staff is very friendly and hands on. Small town , small town vibe.

Everything! The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, owner is absolutely the nicest lady.

No breakfast was available. The location was convenient and peaceful. Loved the brook running out front.
Didn’t like that booking.com charged me the weekend rate of $119 when the motel rate was $79 for Sunday and Monday nights.

The rooms were nice and clean but kinda small
The location and the rooms didn’t have a table or any chairs to sit in

Visually, the rooms look amazing. They are newly renovated and very clean.
They need 1 more curtain panel for each side of the window. I had to use a clip in the middle because the panels don't meet fully in the middle. There is also a gap on the end that you can see through when standing outside. I had to tape the panel to the wall so no one could see us in bed from the outside. The gap is small but definitely big enough to be able to peek in. I had no hot water in the tub but had hot water in the sink. It was too late at night to call when we got back in so I had to take a bird bath from the sink. I called in the morning and it was fixed while we were gone. The mattress is hard as a rock. If you are looking for a plush, wrap your body in comfort mattress, this is not the place for you. There are no chairs to sit in and watch TV. If you have back problems like me, you cannot sit up in bed for long periods. Thankfully I brought a fold up camping chair. The hotel sign at the road is not lit so you can barely see it when you are trying to find it at night. The driveway is so skinny only one car can go down at a time. There is also a fence next to the driveway. If you go on the wrong side of the fence you end up in a campground. It is very hard to see where to turn at night with no lights at the entrance. There are only 2 floors with no elevator. I hurt my foot a few days before our trip and was in a cast but I was told they could not switch my room to ground level so it was very hard getting up and down the stairs. I couldn't get a refund because the room was already paid for so I had to do the best I could. They do not have cable. You can only stream shows via the smart TV on Netflix etc. Thank goodness we brought our own Keurig because the single coffee pot in the room did not work. There is a mini refrigerator/freezer in the room that works great. The rooms looked so luxurious from the pictures but it is not comfortable at all.
