This was a nice house for large groups such as bachelorette weekends, etc. The master bedroom contains 2 queen size beds which was a bit of a disappointment. Also, the garage is really small. The house is clean but could use a coat of paint on the walls. The previous tenants have left many marks. Finally, the AC on the second floor has some type of schedule were it turns itself to 85 degrees in the middle of the night. It was not a great house for us but would be great for groups looking for lots of beds.

We brought nine family members to the Smoky Mountains and Nashville to celebrate our daughter's high school graduation. There are no words that will adequately express how much we loved staying at this beautiful home near downtown Nashville. We were only there for two nights to attend a concert and explore the sites in downtown, but we hope to return for a longer stay in the future. The house appears to be new with absolutely no flaws. The location is the absolute best. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Access to the garage was awesome, even though we were in a fifteen passenger van, which probably would not have fit in the garage. The balcony overlooking the courtyard was a great place to sit after a fun day in downtown, as well as having your coffee first thing in the morning. We did cook breakfast one morning, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The house is decorated beautifully and the furniture, including beds, were absolutely perfect. We felt very safe with the security system and self-locking doors. Again, I can not say enough good things about this property. It exceeded our expectations in every way.

This was the best property I have ever booked. Cannot say enough about the property, cleanliness, location and communication with the owner.
Perfect all around. Thank you.

The property was perfect for hosting our family for our daughter’s graduation! Great location near the school and ceremony facility at Geodes park. Everyone loved it! Thank you for a great stay!

We are a group of six adults. We came to Nashville last year and stayed at this same property. We hope to stay there again next year. The home and location are perfect for us. We highly recommend this place.

We take vacation during Christmas every year and in a different city/state. Shopping, broadway and good food. Played games every night. Tv was never turned on. Great time. Thank you

We are from
Alabama. Have some family in Nashville and the rest from Wisconsin. We all met in Nashville & spent a wonderful Thanksgiving at the townhouse. It was perfect for our family. Only negative is lots of stairs if you have elderly parents but I was aware of this from other reviews.

The property was very nice. It was vety clean. There was plenty of space for all eight of us. The bedrooms were very nice as well. Everyone slept well in the beds. We enjoyed gathering in the living room. It is a very nice neighborhood. We were able to go for walks with no problems. It was very close to town where there were lots of things to do. We enjoyed the large kitchen with all the amenities. We will definitely recommend this house to our friends. The only concern were the two chairs in the living room need to be cleaned.

We came here for a girls class reunion. What a wonderful place to house 11 of us. Plenty of room and location was perfect. Highly recommend.

This property shares a backyard court with 5 other homes, it’s nice & fenced in. The area is safe & within 1-2 miles for a grocery store or restaurants. There is parking for 4 but it is tight & is best for 2, but there is also street parking. There is a nursing home next door, a couple of residents spend a lot of time outside, at first we found it kind of odd to have lingering individuals outside of the property but they turned out to be very kind people just trying to get fresh air everyday. We would have socialized with them more if we were actually home during this trip. Lots of stairs so difficult for older folks. Bathrooms were nice, beds were comfy, washer & dryer on third floor was nice. The kitchen/livingroom is bigger than it appears in the pictures. The largest room has 2 double/queen beds and a twin w trundle & a bathroom, perfect for parents & kids. Bushes need to be trimmed or removed because you can’t get in or out of your car on either side without being stabbed by the bushes. Would definitely recommend this listing.

Our group of 3 mom friends took our 3 best friend 21 year olds on a weekend trip to Nashville. The house was perfect for the moms and the kids! Plenty of space to spread out and the living area/kitchen/dining was perfect for playing cards and chatting. Area was close to downtown and there were always plenty of Lyft drivers available at all times. Henry was very responsive and quickly responded to any questions we had!! Great house, great host!

We stayed here as a family for our Spring Break this year. The house was even better than pictured and was immaculately clean! Henry was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The location was perfect, only a short distance to anywhere we wanted to go in Nashville. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Henry and Jenny!

Awesome property!
The property was exceptionally clean and accommodated 10 of us with ease. We visited Nashville for a long weekend and everyone raves about the house. SO clean! I would undoubtedly stay at this property again, or any other one Henry owns. He always responded quickly regarding any questions we had. I can’t recommend this house enough. Great time!

So clean! Very nice. Would do it again
This place can easily house germaphobes. Very clean, updated appliances, big bedrooms. Everyone has their own bathrooms too which was a huge plus. Loved being on 3 levels so when people need to rest they can get away from the group for a bit. We put all the teens on the bottom floor which was fun for them. Also has 3 individual a/c controls which is awesome. Overall a great, clean place to stay. As for location, it’s a nice and safe area but you can’t really walk to any of the good restaurants but that’s fine - everything is a short Uber drive. The washer/dryer were nice and new but we didn’t understand them. Washer has huge, 4-5 foot deep tub (so deep we had to ask the big kids to pull out the wet clothes - we couldn’t reach :) but the clothes don’t move when it’s washing which is odd - they just sit in the same position. The water level is only a few inches so I’m not sure it worked properly as it didn’t look like enough water to get the load wet. But the clothes came out clean so I guess it’s super high water efficiency or maybe we had a wrong setting not sure. Everything worked and we were happy.

Perfect House, Easy Access to Downtown
This house was exactly what we were looking for for a group of 6 friends. It was an extremely quick and cheap Uber ride to Broadway, the Gulch, 12 South, etc. - all the areas we were hoping to explore. The house itself was spacious, clean, and had a great living/dining area set up. Would definitely stay here again if I ended up back in Nashville.

Nashville getaway
This property was great. Lots of room and space to enjoy our time. We were lucky one of the couples could not come as we would not have had enough beds. (there was not a bunkbed as the picture showed) Other than that very very happy with our choice!

Bachelorette Trip
The house was perfect for 8 women. Each bedroom has its own bathroom so it was great that only two women had to share a bathroom to get ready for a fabulous night in Nashville. The property is a short ride from the airport & all areas of Nashville except the Grand Ole Opry but that was only a 25 minute ride in traffic. We actually walked to The Gulch for lunch & shopping. The property owners promptly addressed any questions or concerns immediately. We really appreciated that, although it was nothing major, they answered any questions our group had right away. They are very friendly & accommodating. Excellent place to stay in Nashville!
