Our home is a trip-level with 3 bedrooms on the top floor and one on the lower level. ALL bedrooms have new 55 inch smart televisions.

There is also a living area, bar, laundry, and half bath on the lower level.

We offer our fully furnished home to you and your family. Our neighborhood is very nice and quiet and located in the center of endless things to do and see.

We are first time renters and older couple visiting family and friends for a month. We felt the house was nice. I loved the kitchen table so all of us could sit around it. The backyard was fenced in and kept up. The neighbors were very friendly. Good location close to the beltway. Feel Nikki did a nice job for us as well as her property manager, Michelle. Any little glitches were taken care of immediately.

We had 6 adults in town for a funeral-this home had plenty of space for us and very close to I-465 which made it a convenient location. The place had updated furnishings and was very clean. We had requests for additional kitchen items (additional glassware, more utensils and other items) since we were planning to cook several meals there and the owner was very responsive and accommodating—delivered the items we requested promptly. She even sent us sympathy flowers— very thoughtful! We did not have time for using the fire pit but we did not see any wood so you would need to clarify with the owner if that is provided or not if you plan to use it. Overall, this was an enjoyable stay, and the owner is very responsive and accommodating to guest requests.

The property was easy to find and ready for us. The only downside, and the reason I did not leave 5 stars, was that it smelled heavily of cigarettes. (Judging by the trash cans outside, the previous guests had a real blowout New Years celebration.) Other people have commented on the place not being finished. There is evidence that it is still a work in progress, but all of us would stay here again should the need arise.

We’ve stayed at several rental houses for baseball trip....we’ve never encountered a host SO accommodating for the few issues that we had. For example, the washing machine wasn’t working and she sent someone to pick up our laundry and bring it back to us clean fairly late at night. . Nikki was great! The biggest negative was the drive to Grand Park and traffic but overall a good stay.

We were looking for something close to Laurel Hall that would accommodate 2 families, so this location was perfect. Everything was provided that we needed. Nikki was quick to resolve an internet/streaming issue that was caused by a previous customer so we couldn't fault her for that. In fact, she went out of her way to resolve it and we enjoyed her company while fixing it.

This is an older home which was very clean and spacious. Small details still needed to improved overall look ( door trim paint , some peeling paint, door stick, old heating system looks rough ) are very easy to ignore since the home was very comfortable and clean. Anything that we found we needed we just gave a shout out to the home owner and she fixed it or brought it to us. I would stay here again....

Nickole is Amazing! She is just a phone call away, and when there is an issue (needed lightbulbs), she fixed it right away. The house has four bedrooms so it is perfect for larger groups. We came for Gen Con and it could not have been a better drive from here (to downtown convention hall) and the location is such a nice quiet neighborhood! We had a wonderful time at this property! Thank you again Nickole!

The house has a cute layout and would have been adequate for out family but there were too many issues. From the very first evening we checked in after driving 6.5 hours we had workers in the house and everyday of our stay fixing air vent covers, handing curtains, mirrors, and trying to repair an air conditioner that leaked water into one of the bedrooms and lower level ceiling. During the attempted repair, insulation got into the air vents and was shooting out into every room. I had to wash linens and actually damp mopped the floor on my hands and knees to clean up the insulation - no cleaning supplies were available. I even had to wash bedding but some of the bedding was unusable so two people ended up on sofas. The home does sleep 9 but there were not enough dishes provided - no coffee pot or toaster and the pans were definitely used. No mixing bowl, cookie sheet or pot holders. Three of the bedrooms did not have night stands or lamps. There were quite a few outlets without covers (against code) and no hand rail on the stairs to the lower level. We finally left Saturday night because of the water leaking and no air conditioning - the temperature inside the house reached 84 degrees.. The owner did provide the hotel rooms but because we were unable to prepare or eat the food we had purchased we had the additional expense of a meal out. We were in Indy for a baseball tournament and due to the move out my grandson missed an event with his team. And the worse insult was that the owner is not willing to issue a refund. She charged us for 4 nights and then charged us again for an 'extra' night. We asked for half our rental fee back but she refused. We filed a complaint with VRBO and with the Indianapolis Better Business Bureau. We were shocked to see that in spite of all the repairs needed, the owner has it listed again on VRBO. SO BEWARE. Looks cute and sounds great but the house has some pretty major issues. It has also occured to us that the owner knew about the issues with the air conditioner before we even rented the property. A very unpleasant experience .
