Whether you’re looking for outdoor adventure, quality time with family and friends or worry-free leisure, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom family retreat has it all! Nestled in the heart of the four-seasons Massanutten Resort, this spacious, comfortable vacation rental offers an unbeatable location and plenty of amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen, an oversized deck and balcony, a well-equipped rec room and three dedicated workspaces.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, electric water kettle, blender, pots/pans, dishes, cups, utensils, microwave, dishware/flatware, toaster oven, rice cooker, regular drip coffee, French press, Nespresso machine (bring your own original pods) and milk frother, spices and other cooking essentials.

GENERAL: Wi-Fi, central AC/heating via Nest Thermostat, linens/towels (extra can be found in linen closet by kitchen), high-capacity washer/dryer, iron/board, hair dryers, hangers, trash bags, 1 roll paper towels in kitchen, 1 roll toilet paper per bathroom, contactless check-in. Simply bring your clothes, toiletries (bring your own soap, shampoo etc.), and food.

GUEST ACCESS/SAFETY: The front door is equipped with a smart lock. A day prior to check-in you will receive a custom code, so no need for keys. Guests have access to the entire house except for a couple owner's closets and utility closets.

For your safety, this property features 3 exterior security cameras (one pointing on driveway, one in garage, one on the backdoor entrance) and a video doorbell on the main front door.

PARKING: Garage and driveway (4-5 vehicles total); no street parking allowed. If needed you can use the overflow lot by Hopkins Park, first left after passing thru the community security building. (https://goo.gl/maps/pnvR8oswyozT8kGL9).
Garage can only be opened/closed from inside the garage (no remote opener or code provided), so please enter through the front door then open the garage from within and do the reverse for closing the garage on your way out. Please note that the driveway is on a decline and it can be difficult to see at night, so please drive carefully and use your emergency brake!

Small dogs may be allowed on a case by case basis, please message us to inquire. No cats due to owner allergies.

Since you are in the mountains, you will see occasional spiders, a ladybugs, or other insects in the house! Don't be afraid - use the fly swatter or escort the bugs outside! You may also see deer, squirrels, and other critters! Enjoy nature!

Winter weather may bring snow. Please note that we do not accept any liabilities that are out of the host’s control such as being snowed in/out, road closures, loss of power, or other issues. We recommend that all guests get their own trip insurance if you are concerned about these possibilities.

The property was clean and modern, and seemed either new or renovated. Basic amenities were provided. It was very convenient to resort activities. The only negative was that the living room could use another couch as seating was limited. Also, the sliding door on the master would not fully close and let in a lot of sound from the living room.

Eric’s home was very cozy and clean! My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! Communication with Eric was smooth and he always responded in a timely fashion. The location of the home is great, very close to the local attractions! I would definitely stay here again when returning to Massanutten.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and the perfect size for our group of 7. The kids loved the entertainment downstairs! Communication with the hosts was seamless and very responsive. Would recommend to anyone looking for easy access to the resort.

We had a wonderful stay in one of the nicest homes I’ve rented in the area. I visit each year and this by far has been the best. Very clean, supplied, games, comfortable beds and more than enough space. I’ll be back. Loved it !

This home is as beautiful as the pictures! It’s VERY clean, the cleanest vacation home I’ve ever rented which I so appreciate with little ones! The owners are wonderful and very responsive. They have thought of every detail to make your stay enjoyable! We would definitely rent again :)

The house has everything you need to enjoy with alot of small touches a parents can appreciate. The home is nicely decorated and cozy. The downstairs has an amazing game area from board games to PS4 air hockey and foos ball table along with two TV's. All the beds was very comfortable with quality bedding. The kitchen was fully stocked with items for kids and adults. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were with the quality bedding used. The bathrooms was well stocked as well from toilet paper soft hand soap and air freshener. The only issue the family had was everyone wanted to stay longer. :)If your considering this property do not hesitate make your reservations today!

The owner was very kind and helpful even when we encountered difficulties during our stay, and we are grateful for their assistance. It was not a problem to stay with children, and the basement games provided a lot of entertainment, making our time there very comfortable. The living environment was also excellent, very peaceful and tranquil, allowing us to create wonderful memories.

Our family planned a last minute trip to Massanutten for spring break. This property was perfect for us and our four children. The kids loved the backyard and the variety of board games and game tables. We were out of the house most of the day enjoying the surrounding area but did walk to the pond/park one day to fish. Home was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed…we wanted to “Stay Awhile” longer! Thank you!

We enjoyed staying at this property very much. It was sparkling clean, tastefully decorated and had many nice touches. There was plenty for all ages to do, from the game room to the large selection of board games. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals in. We would gladly stay here again!

We had 11 family members travel from all over to meet up for a Christmas family reunion. While together we were able to celebrate my nieces engagement. The kitchen was set up nicely for cooking meals and setting up buffets for our needs. The game room was perfect for entertaining everyone and the cousins enjoyed the separate space to reconnect. The driveway was very steep and daunting to some of us. We were able to turn cars around to pull out vs backing out. Eric was an attentive host, answered questions quickly and made the process easy for a first time vacationer using Vrbo. I highly recommend this property for families looking to reconnect in an area with many options for entertainment. Staci

We had a lovely time at this Massanutten Resort property! It was a perfect setup for our two families with kids. The little ones loved the game room and bunk bed room (complete with fun nightlights). The kitchen is nicely equipped for a rental property if you prefer to cook. The home is nearby lots of great activities and hiking. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. We recommend a stay here!

We came across this beautiful hidden gem on VRBO that is nicely situated in the village of the Massanutten 4 seasons resort. Since this was our first time in the Massanutten area we wanted an accommodation that would give us the comfort of home while being away from home. This place exceeded expectations in all aspects! We arrived at this hidden gem after taking a quick 2 hour scenic sunset drive from the DMV area. Upon our arrival we noticed that the home was very clean, well maintained, nicely decorated, and smelled great. The owners paid extensive attention to detail and it shows in every inch of the home. Check in was seamless and our 2 girls were so excited that they immediately ran to their room and game room in the basement area. They loved the neon lights in their room and definitely loved the having their own tv, living area and arcade game. They also enjoyed the deck area right off the game room including the hammock swings, and fire pit that we made s’mores on. I personally enjoyed putting the bbq grill to use to make steaks, burgers, and hot dogs. My wife and I also loved our room as well. We enjoyed the king size bed, weighted blankets, en suite restroom and waking up to the beautiful foliage each and every morning. We also enjoyed the fact that there were plenty of towels available if needed. We would highly recommend this home for anyone looking to visit the Massanutten area. The indoor water park we visited on the resort was only a 5-10 minute drive from the home and was perfect this time of year since it was the slow season. There are also a ton of places to hike, mountain bike and golf as well. We definitely plan on coming back in the winter for skiing season and look forward to staying here again. 5 Stars all around!!!!!

This house was beautifully maintained with very comfortable beds, good quality furniture, and plenty of space for our 5 children- one in a wheelchair! Our boys loved the game room, stocked with many popular board games, a great air hockey and foosball table, and PlayStation! It was also nice that they could all sleep together in the basement and wake up early to play without disturbing us and the baby upstairs. The outdoor space was beautiful and quiet, and we had a wonderful time. The owners are responsive and caring, and we highly recommend this house!

Very clean! The only complaint is that we reserved it for 12 guests and there was only a total of 8 wash cloths. Our family actually prefers not to share wash cloths...But nice accommodations over all.

This is a beautifully designed home with a charming “home like” atmosphere that felt very safe/private and was exceptionally clean. Additionally, the linens/towels were super-soft, and the beds/couches were extra-comfy. Our kids especially loved the bunk-beds and Air-Hockey table in the game room. Furthermore, the large screen internet-connected TV’s were top notch with a sound bar and the Internet/Wifi was fast/fully functional in every room. Bottom line, all of our expectations were exceeded and we are grateful to have “Stay’d Awhile” as the experience was perfect for our families visit to beautiful Massanutten to create cherished life-long memories.
