The room was very clean and comfortable
Not an ideally location. Needed a taxi to get to any restaurants, malls, etc,...
1.5
- Has Netflix
- Easy to arrange bookings
- Has some wall sockets
- Has air con
- Had Free Bottled water
- Has Elevator
- We asked for breakfast to be delivered at 9am and it came cold at 7:55am
- The aircons are all leaking down the windows
- Cheapest place we could find but felt it was more than double the price it's worth
- There are dead rats outside the hotel with burst water pipes spilling galloons
- The cappuccino was not tasty, the coffee was cheap and undrinkable and again the food was cold
- The wifi was not strong enough to even play a solid game of Mobile Legends
- Bed had a gap at the head rest, so it's impossible to sit upright
- The toilet had a cupboard halfway across the front of the seat, which meant you need to sit diagonal
- Staff wore Masks!?!?!? What on earth for? It's 2024... people died from vaccines and many got anxious about a fictional pandemic, but now? seriously? It's impossible to hear what people are saying under masks and it's truly unprofessional and a little strange.
- No Hairdryer
- The receptionist was actually very nice and kind. I think she was smiling, but couldn't see her face due to mask.
- TV didn't have
- Due to the rubbish internet speeds, the Netflix was also pausing every so often for sometimes 5 minutes so we gave up watching TV too.
- Ambulances, car horns and drunks singing karokee on a mainstreet busy road all through the night

Es veu bastant nou, net, el llit és còmode, i el gimnàs està prou bé per aquest hotel.
L'habitació era molt petita. Al gimnàs, només hi havia una màrfega i estava rònega.

Inside the hotel and room its clean, upmarket, secure & comfortable.
Kettle available.
The Small Gym is decent.
Central BGC is a walkable distance.
The area & hood right outside the building is poor. Thus no upmarket restaurants nor bars right outside. Gotta walk +- 1km through the poor area to get to upmarket BGC.
Bathroom kinda small, but still manageable as a tall person.

Best location for my short stay in Manila

It is clean and looks nice
It didn’t have any sort of toothpaste sample so I didn’t expect that and had to buy a toothpaste somewhere

The room is just right for a solo or 2 person guest. It was clean and the minimalistic design fits just right. The bathroom was a bit small, but for a small girl like me, it was just ok. The sheets were clean, the room smells good, the AC was cold. There is no cabinet, but the hanging rack thing makes up for it. The table is big and 2 chairs are provided.
During the 1st night I was there, roadwork was being done. They were drilling the road. But it didn't last the whole night, I think less than an hour. Aside from that, no other complaints..

The staff was always ready to help with any concern we had and I loved that the room was very clean and smelled nice. Very conveniently near BGC
The area where it was situated isnt that aethetically pleasing but it’s alright. It has covient stores near but for you to buy essentials when needed.

The place was very pleasant and comfortable. I also liked the packed food, especially if you are in a hurry. Kudos to the staff, especially Sofia from FO, who was very friendly and proactive.
The bathroom is quite small.

Rooms are small for two people with two suitcases, very small bathroom. Air conditioning a bit noisy. But the rooms are clean, hot water is available. The staff is very helpful.
The hotel is located in a very poor and dirty area. Not nice place to go out for a walk. Staying for one night is ok.

The place seemed new. It was clean and well maintained in the lobby. I like how you need access card to enter the building. The room was cozy and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. WiFi was great. Tv is smart tv so I only watched YouTube on it. Good hot water. Big desk to work on.
The reception area was very small and crowded. I have until 12 to check out and at 1145 while I'm using the wifi to order my grab the wifi goes off so I guess that's their way of giving you a 15 minute warning 😂. The area around the hotel is very local which is not a bad thing so keep that in mind.

The hotel location is good, we didn't find out its accessible to MRT until we met Kim, she was very helpful and gave us a very detailed instruction for the commute. The other staffs were nice but it would have been helpful for travelers if they were also knowledgeable about getting around using public transpo from the hotel to the tourist spots.
For the room, its good value for money, the bed is comfortable and they have complimentary water. The restroom is a bit tight but just fine and the shower pressure is good.
Would have been better if other staffs were also knowledgeable about commute transpo, as it will be very helpful for travelers on a budget and wanted to experience local commute. And Kim did a very great job and took the initiative to gave us the best MRT route to Chinatown :) Thank you so much!
