Would stay here again primarily for the location and the breakfast (in the lobby restaurant) is great.

Very well located Room was very clean

We upgraded to lounge access and when we arrived to hotel, I tried to check in at front desk. Then was told I had to check in the executive lounge which was upstairs. We were meeting up with family in the lobby that we haven’t seen in years so while I was talking to them, I was interrupted repeatedly by the staff to go upstairs to check in. I had to tell them I wasn’t ready. When we checked in, I was only told about the lounge breakfast, which had a dress code. Not about the lobby breakfast which had a wider range of food options and no dress code, much better for kids. After reaching our room, we had to ask repeatedly for our luggage to be sent to our room. Finally my husband went to go get it and that’s when someone finally tried to help bring it up. I only knew that there was another breakfast option and check in option from my sister who also had the same lounge access I did, but a very different check in experience.

Never again...

Location

We came back to the Seda, because we were treated so special last year! This year, we had two rooms at more than double the price we paid last year, and had only breakfast included. We where at an end unit that the door didn't open good. And breakfast after our first night was in a banquet room on the second floor. And after paying $350 dollars per room, you gave us a free coffee??? Never again will we stay at the Seda, and all our friends will know our experience.

Hotel overbooked: room downgrade without compensation

Good safe location

Room that i booked was not available upon arrival (suite). Staff initially downgrade me to a twin bed room. After objecting they put me in a studio (also a downgrade: no seperate bedroom, more dated, no bathtub etc). No compensation was given for the downgrade.

Great Choice!

One bedroom apartment room is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is huge with laundry washer and dryer. It has a big fridge, microwave and induction cooker if you need one.

Unprofessional staff on mistro restaurant.

The Mistro restaurant Staff failed to charge us excess charges during our breakfast. We asked the front desk officer about it, but we were told that it is considered complimentary as it was due their staff’s negligence. However, their staff kept calling us after we checked out, accusing us of leaving unpaid bills during our breakfast. Unprofessional.

Superb location if you want to explore the BGC area. Breakfast was excellent, loved the suman and the taho!

As I got a confirmation from Booking.com, I did not call the hotel anymore prior to checking in. To my surprise, the receptionist was not expecting our check-in. I showed him the e-mails I received. The premium lounge was not offered to me even though it was on the e-mail. And during breakfast, I was told at the restaurant that breakfast was only good for one (I was with my daughter). I told the girl at the entrance that no, it’s for two. She did not question me anymore. I was actually ready to complain at the receptionist during check-out but she did not bill me for my daughter’s breakfast so I took it upon myself that they were able to settle the issue. But she again asked me for the confirmation e-mail that I received. I was wondering why there was no endorsement from the previous receptionist regarding my arrangement from Booking.com to the receptionist on duty yesterday. Also, one of their staff led us to the wrong elevator so we ended up looking for our room on a different wing. The room assigned to us was exactly on the other side of the building so we had to go down again & go to the other elevator.

The reception staff was very pleasant. The housekeeping staff was very efficient.

There was no hand towels in the room when he arrived. The shampoo, conditioner and bath gel were too small for 2 people.

A surprising good stay

1) the location and 2) the club floor breakfast offering was fantastic 3) the house keeping staff for my room - the small touches they did to keep room like roll up my chargers cables and attention to retail
