Great location, amazing hosts and very accommodating
The place was big and very spacious. No elevators and Don the 4th floor so a problem lugging suitcases and with a 2 yrs old and older folks
One recommendation to get a better cleaning company. Could use a deep clean in the bathrooms and rooms.

Incredibly fortunate to have booked this wonderful property. It's in an excellent location and has so much character. The apartment is as pictured and honestly larger than I expected. It is very comfortable and met our needs perfectly. The A/C units are mini splits and work really well which was great. Gregorio is very responsive and we immediately felt comfortable. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again!

The flat was perfect, no issues and is centrally located. The host was accommodating. The city and its people are vibrant and all was good: the food, the shops, the walks and of course, the ice cream!

Looks exactly like the photos and less than 5 minute walk from train! Short walk to Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. Lots of stairs but the AC worked great. Would definitely recommend.

Location was perfect for our stay. We were out most of the week sightseeing on foot with no issues. The host provided lots of useful information and recommendations for the area and beyond Florence. We enjoyed our stay and our visit to Florence. Thanks.

Great space for our family of five (3 adult children). The location was 5 mins from train station and within walking distance to all sites. It is four flights of stairs, with no elevator (which was a great way for us to burn off our extra calories from gelato) but may be difficult for some with mobility issues.
Gregorio was very responsive and accommodating with our early arrival and we were given the opportunity to store luggage after check out if we needed.

Location was good, property pictures are not as I’ve as pictures. Bring you own toilet paper and be prepared for 60 stairs. Listing should highlight this as it is not appropriate for seniors

Spent 5 nights there for a birthday party for my son. The unit was very good and everything advertised. Great location and the owner was very easy to work with.

We had an excellent experience with the booking process, our dealings with the property owner/manager and at the property. It is centrally located and walking distance to most monuments / attractions in Florence. The host was extremely responsive to questions, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was an excellent place to stay and I would happily stay again or recommend to a friend. Our host was accommodating to our arrival even though we arrived earlier than expected after a very hot day in Rome. She immediately made us feel welcome and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was very clean, towels were a great size, the kitchen was tidy, and the beds were the most comfortable we had while in Europe.
This is the third time we’ve stayed in Florence and while we have enjoyed each stay, this location was one of our favorites. We were traveling with five people and this allowed us to save some money compared to hotels and gave us an excellent place to congregate. Additionally, this area in particular was very quiet while also being an easy walk to the train station and major city attractions.

Great owner. Beautiful apartment. Was what we expected. We arrived during a summer that was unusually hot and during a hot part of that summer. So, it was warm. However, such extreme heat is unusual for Florence. Also, the first evening, one of my children may well have accidentally turned the heat on at 34 C. So, we all sweat that night. However, if you follow the protocol (open windows at night; closed late morning) you can stay cool. Also, Gregorio is installing AC!!! I'll be back if possible.

The property is in an amazing location. If you're looking for a unique Florence experience this is the place to get. And the host is awesome!
Also, make sure you read details of listing. We had a hiccup with this property when it came to no AC but the owner helped us out.
Great for big groups.
