Great sea view from everywhere in the houses. Large pool, garden, vineyard, large patio with built-in bbq area, bar and dining setup. Open relaxation huge lounge with endless sea views. Short 4 minutes driving to the famous town of Naousa (3km) and its trendy restaurants and nightlife. Private, peaceful and serene. This is the perfect place for a large group. Once you come, you will always want to return. The main house of this amazing villa complex is consisting of a ground floor building of 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and 1 office which offers 1 single sized sofa bed. Ideally for couple with young kid. 2 double size bed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. 1 single bed bedroom with shower and sink. In there you can find the built-in washing machine. 1 guest wc. There is a large living room and dining room area with fireplace and an open space fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, cooker, microwave, cutlery, crockery) Each room has a blow dryer and/or hair straightener. Drying rack for clothes, iron and ironing board is provided. This house is fully furnished with a combination of Cycladic and modern flair. The size of this building is over 200 square meters (2,153 square feet). The second house is consisting of a ground floor with 1 master bedroom with en-suite wardrobe and bathroom. It is built next to planted small garden spaces. There is a furnished living room and dining room with fully equipped open kitchen space (dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, cooker, microwave, cutlery, crockery). There is also a football table and a guest wc.
The view from there is to the swimming pool, garden and patio/bbq areas.
Walking up the internal stairs there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms double beds. One of the bedrooms has 2 single beds which can become a double.
Both bedrooms have endless views to the swimming pool, garden and the sea. They also have access to a separate entrance to the house.
Each bathroom room has a blow dryer and/or hair straightener.
The total size of this building is around 200 square meters (2,133 square feet).
This home is fully furnished with a combination of Cycladic and modern flair.
The guests of the houses can meet at the spacious common area/patio in the swimming pool (75 square meters) where they can use the bbq gas grill. There is a bar, fridge, dining table (for 18 guests!), guests wc, outdoor shower and sun beds.
The swimming pool is 1,50-1,80 meters deep from the 2 fronts to the middle.
The equipped gym has separate space and entrance also with sink, wc and shower.
There is also a lit mini basketball court
Finally, at the separated front open lounge area the guests can enjoy the endless sea view.
The house has WI-FI throughout and comes equipped with TV sets and a Sonos portable speakers with Bluetooth access.There are air conditioning units and ceiling fans in every bedroom and common inside area. There is also a first aid kit, as well as 1 fire extinguisher and smoke detector in each house.
There is a private gate and path to get in the house.
The main town/port of Paroikia is a 15 minute drive..
The airport is a 30 minute drive.
The nearest beach to the house is a 2 minute drive or 7 minute walk.
