BOARD119 - Outstanding opportunity to enjoy the beachfront lifestyle in this classic cottage located directly on the famed boardwalk in Point Pleasant Beach! With 4 bedrooms you've got plenty of room for sleeping up to 8. North end location provides breathtaking views of the beach & ocean as well as the inlet with a great sun deck overlooking it all. Has wifi, flat screen tv, fully equipped kitchen. A bargain that includes 2 car parking, ac units, & 2 badges to the beach as a courtesy! Outdoor table, bbq.
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
