It was quite ok for the price, but I wouldn’t stay again.

I liked that we had balcony and cozy living room.

I didn’t like the noise from construction site next to the apartment, they started every morning around 7:00 with very loud noises and impossible to sleep. The next thing was matress- it was very uncomfortable and spring from it punches in the back, almost impossible to sleep. The third thing was that there wasn’t almost any basic cleaning things on the spot. We stayed 9 days and every time you needed to ask for every little things. Also there was not enough towels and toilet paper for 9 days at the beginning, you needed to ask for it. No basic things as for example salt, oil etc.

Хорошее цена/качество. Есть кухня, балкон, кондиционер.

Маленький неудобный санузел. Под окнами делали ремонт и начинали с 6 утра долбить, стекло пакеты с плохой звукоизоляцией, поэтому не выспались. В матрасе чувствовались пружины. На 3 дня было только 2а полотенца на 2х взрослых, для стиральной машины не было даже одной капсулы стирального порошка. От центра 15мин пешком.

Exceptional

Looks exactly like on the pictures. Every room has it's own a/c. Good options for grocery shopping within 5 minutes walk. Quiet, very comfortable and equipped place. Excellent value.

Clean apartment and host is very responsive

Apartment is clean and instructions were clear .. smooth checkin it was great staying there wifi works well

Location is 30 minutes from the marina so you have to ask for bolt to get there

It was very clean, comfortable and full of every necessary thing a human being needs. We won’t look anywhere else when we come back to Larnaca

The place is the same as you can see in the pictures. The owner is a really good person trying to make your stay like your own home. Everything is clean.

The apartment use different electric sock than Spain. The apartment just have 2 adaptor but the owner provide 2 extra when I asked for, and solved the issue in some minutes.

Nice place to stay in Larnaca

Friendly host, willing to help. Great WiFi signal. The apartment is cozy, it is heated with two units of A/C which is great because you can set the temperature as you like. Apartment is located near supermarkets. Parking spot just in front of the building.

The apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator which may be a problem for someone. It could be cleaner (especially the bathroom where are obvious traces of use).

Overall, good for a short stay if you come to travel. Might not be very convenient for remote work.

Bali suits is a good place for it's value with all the benefits and downsides of a city center location. It has everything you might need from all necessary kitchenware to ~90 inch smart TV. Apts are located 3-5 minutes walking from Metro store, 10-15 minutes to Alphamega and 20-30 minutes away from Finikoudes beach area. There are just 2 parking lots for entire building but there is always enough available place nearby. The host is very friendly, polite and is always willing to help.

Even though everything looks great at a first glance, minor details become quite bothering over time: a ceiling above stairs is too low and you have to watch your head if you are above 180 cm high; the building is a brand new and elevator is not yet available (as of Sep 2022) so be ready to move your staff and grocery using the stairs; even though everything is new, the toilet seat in one of the apartments was already broken; the fridge leaked few times for no visible reason; microwave might shock you with electricity sometimes; wi-fi has a 5-10 minutes downtime almost every hour; hot water is not always available or you have to wait long enough for it to warm up, neighbours were doing some construction works for several days starting 7 am (not very loud though); by default you get only one key set to the apartment and building entrance and it cannot be untied from electricity card so mind this if you are not coming alone.
