About this house rental

This unique place has a style all its own in HISTORIC OAKWOOD!! 4 bedroom duplex! with 2 bathrooms. Krispy Kreme just across the street :-). Walk to all Person St action - many restaurants & bars just a few blocks away toward Mordecai area and Moore Square only 1/2 mile away with lots of restaurants and entertainment venues. Original wood floors on the first floor, fireplaces (non functional), renovated bathrooms. 2 bedrooms down and 2 quaint bedrooms upstairs.

We are happy to meet our guests but find that most like to check in with our keyless entry and reach out to us as needed. I do usually respond quickly - definitely within the hour unless it is a very unusual time.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this very sweet house. We had everything we needed, the house is very conveniently located with excellent space and we love the neighborhood. Our hosts are extremely accommodating and even readily helped me with a perceived problem. (totally my fault!) I heartily recommend this property and will be booking it again in the future.

This was our first time in Raleigh and our stay was spectacular. The location is prime for a lot of cool little eateries and local spots. Everything is within walking distance. Our stay was comfortable and accommodating with pretty much everything you could possibly need for a weekend stay or longer. Our host was prompt and detailed for check out/check in process. One of the best VRBO experiences we have had to date.
