The rooms have huge windows and both blinds in the room were broken so with the sun streaming in our kid could not sleep. We asked for maintenance and we told none available for a few days. Zero hotel managers to talk to for days apparently. Restaurant closed for days. NOT what we paid for. So we packed up and left to go home.

This is a beautiful hotel with a convenient zone for children, as well as a nice restaurant and bar for adults!

I ordered a dirty martini from the bar and they didn’t have the ingredients to make one and didn’t let me know. So they gave me a drink and used an ingredient that was bitter and charged me anyway after I complained that it didn’t taste like a dirty martini. I think they should have informed me that they didn’t have the ingredients when I ordered the drink.

Its was near shopping and restaurants,
However, advertised restaurant for Hilton Side was never opened or available, and they tried to charge for continual
breakfast which was offered free to Avid Hilton side of property!

Terrible service at dining. Waitress was rude, ignored us, walked away while we were talking. Took over 90 mins for a simple breakfast.

The stay I had at Hilton was amazing, the rooms were like a home away from home stay. The ppl were friendly and I would choose to stay there again.

After taking 50 minutes to check in and pushing off any plan for a dinner, there were no towels at the pool, after calling the front desk for ten minutes and no answer, we gave up. We went to an alternate dinner locally, came back and the elevators were broken, asked which stairwell would be most convenient and were directed to the other side of the hotel. As someone who has severe respiratory issues, it was beyond inconvenient and disregarded ADA compliance. On the stairs were a turned over chocolate cake as well as other garbage strewn about. Getting back to the room, I called down an asked for extra pillows at 9:20, she stated she wasn’t sure if she could bring them up, I left it as we wouldn’t get the pillows. At 10:45pm after my family was asleep she called and wanted to know if I still wanted the pillows. It took another forty minutes to get our daughter back to sleep. Next morning, expecting a continental breakfast we were told we had to pay for breakfast because we weren’t on the Tru side of the hotel. Expressed frustration to the supervisor and she allowed us to have the continental breakfast which consisted of wet eggs and toast options. We leave for the day, come back and everything seems to be fine around 4:30, head out to dinner and come back around 9 and the elevators are broken again. We were mislead and told there were staircases at the end of the hotel by our room, there were no stairs. after a half hour we enter our room and the tv is not working.

Very nice hotel. One of the two elevators was out of service, which was quite inconvenient. Otherwise, great stay.

The hotel appeared clean but unfortunately we woke up with bites and welts that itched terribly. We suspect it was from fleas since this was a pet friendly hotel.

All was great EXCEPT we were given a different room than what I reserved and paid for. I was traveling with 3 humans and 2 dogs, so I was particular about the room. Nothing was said to me. We schlepped all our stuff to the top floor to find this out. I had to go make a demand. “Some rooms were marked out of order.” Was the reason. Why? Because maintenance needed to add a new bracket for the shower fluids. Took 5 minutes. We waited. Why wasn’t this planned for ahead of time? Maintenance staff were there. I was even asked if I was called ahead, nope. I was expected to pay for a premium room while getting a non-premium room. I wasn’t having it.

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable beds, clean, quiet, excellent service. Our key didn't work at 1st but was replaced promptly. At the price, it would've been nice to have breakfast included. But that wouldn't keep me from staying here again. Overall excellent experience
