Was very nice and comfortable. Just needs another shower to accommodate 10 people. But we managed. Everything else was fabulous. ❤️

This property has the potential to be stunning. The grounds could you use some TLC. For example the deck railing isn't sturdy. The provided grills were great except the drip pan is rusted dropping all the grease onto the upper deck only to drip down to the bottom. The dock is broke and half of it lays in the water. The floating dock has some rotten boards so be careful.
The inside of the home is gorgeous but desperately needs cleaned. We had to contact the property manager just to get bed sheets as they were missing from the beds. The lamp in one of the bedrooms didn't work. The pullout bed looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months and covered in food crumbs. The floors needed swept and was just overall in need of cleaning. The kicker for me was pulling a pan out of the cupboard to find burnt dried eggs stuck to it.
Like i said the house has the potential to be gorgeous. I loved the extra large picnic table and brick oven down by the dock. The walk in shower is amazing to see. A new exhaust fan would help in the main bathroom. A shower in the master bath would make a great addition. With a family of 10 we struggled. The need to know binder was good to have but needs updated as i contacted someone who doesn't manage the property anymore. I know this sounds like a bunch negatives but if it was properly cleaned and had some TLC I would stay here again.

We loved how much room there was in this house! Had pretty much everything we needed. Plenty of towels, extra blankets. Lots of supplies in the kitchen. The deck is a bit worn, with raised nails and splintered wood. 2 beautiful, large bathrooms but only 1 shower. Only disappointment/complaint would be patio doors and large windows in the living area do not have screens so we could not open them to let in fresh air.

This place was perfect for our family and a relaxing ride into busy Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There were plenty of rooms for our family and we loved the backyard for our dog. Just a few minor things that made it a 4 star and not 5 star. We wish they had a shower in the master bath as one shower for my whole family made mornings a little hectic (nothing terrible, just a little issue). There were some loose boards on the fence in the backyard so I had to keep an eye on the dog when she went out. The basement gets a little cold at night and I wasn't sure how to fix that except to turn up the heat which made the upstairs a little warm. Every thing mentioned wasn't a deal breaker or anything terrible. It is a beautiful house (and I am sure it is even more beautiful when the lake is there) and would stay again :)

We enjoyed spending a girls trip at the house. The house was very clean and inviting, everything was neat. House has a great view even when the lake has been drained.

Real nice house. Nice location on lake. Easy access to highway. Mosquitos will carry you away if you attract them. That time of year. Road down to flea market in Sevierville. Road thru Pigeon Forge and checked out all the Jeep's during the weekend Jeep Rally.

Enjoyed our stay this week. The house was very clean and had all the amenities as advertised. House was very spacious and liked the fenced in yard for the pets. Would definitely stay again.

Our party arrived around 6ish to our destination! The first thing we noticed was that the lake was drained and even though we knew it was cold we were expecting a lake view! It was dry to the bone at our destination. Long story short, we had very little warm water! There was only one true shower. It only stayed warm for one person to shower. We contacted rental agency twice and maintenance man aka husband of rental person came out to fix. Told us it worked but didn’t, later on told us it wasn’t his problem. When I asked for owners info they wouldn’t give it to me. Also the one showered bathroom smelled of sewer gas the entire time. The other bathroom bathtub would only hold an inch of water. Dog hair and bottle caps all under couch. Plenty of room to sleep but definitely not fit for large parties to shower. Definitely will not rent from EVOLVE again!

Our stay was fun and exciting. We rode on the pontoon and tubed on the lake most of the day, then we went out to eat in the evening's at one of the many tourist restaurants. Shopping was a plus at Tanger. Then an evening at the house playing cornhoot

Upon checking in the place was beautiful and clean. I was happy with the condition of the house. Then we washed some dishes to prepare food and an awful smell of rotten eggs came out of the water. It was so bad we could not stay. The owner was kind enough to refund the stay, but I was still charged cleaning fee and VRBO booking fee. Not happy about that when we could not stay.
