There are 2 guest rooms with queen beds that share a giant bathroom with shower, jacuzzi tub, and double sinks. There’s also an extra half bath and large closet for all your extra gear.

The patio that wraps around the entire upper floor features majestic Alta Vista views, a new fire table, new gas bbq, and picnic table. Lounge and enjoy gorgeous sunsets and distant nighttime city lights, or BBQ and have a meal on the deck. Lounge at the fire table with a good bottle of wine from the sierras and catch-up family, friends or co-workers.

The entry has a flight of stairs down to the lower level that includes a separate game room with pool table, foosball, casino style slot machine, and game table. Surrounded by a deck with views and loaded with games, music and more, no one will want to leave the fun.

Downstairs you will also find a full bath, and full bed with twin bunk above and trundle below. Sofa converts to a full bed for snuggling and watching movies from Dish TV, or as an extra place to sleep. The added electric fireplace adds a spot of heat or just the right mood as you settle down for the night.

Access Information: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there.

Pet Policy: This cabin is not pet friendly - If a pet is brought to a non-pet friendly cabin, there will be a $1,000 fee charged to card on file.

Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc.

Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days.
