Totally horrible

Nothing!

No key pad on the door of the room so we could not even open it. It is not in the area of town that they claimed. The bathroom was filthy and had no lock actually it didn’t even latch closed I want a refund

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, read ALL reviews

Absolutely nothing

I'll just start by saying AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have no idea who is writing these positive reviews unless it's the crackheads practically living there. The communication sucks, there's no one on-site & when you call it's some foreign lady with a thick accent you can barely understand/ barely understands you. When I got to my room, there were no beds available even though I had it booked and specifically been given a key to that room. It was clear that some people were there who weren't supposed to be. It became even more obvious why that is when the custodian basically offered to sneak me into another room that was unoccupied- I did sit and contemplate following through with this because I had no where else to go and I would not dorm with men, seemed to have a master key- which also creeped me out knowing he could just enter while I sleep. On top of all this when I first arrived, a girl (who may or may not have been actually meant to be staying in my dorm- at this point who knows) was telling me how the place is a crackhouse & she's walked in on two of the ladies in the dorm smoking crack and shooting up several times, and how she thinks they supposedly drugged her in her sleep and stole her stuff; oh yeah and when I checked out that empty room, the smoke detector was covered with some type of black tarp or bag, so drugs seem to be a known and acceptable phenomenon here. I was overwhelmed and mortified- I really wish I wasn't so desperate that i glossed over other reviews. I could go on and on about the odyssey I had with this place that night, but ultimately I got tf out of there and found a hotel in attleboro, since there was no way I'd be able to sleep or feel safe enough to leave my things to even use the bathroom. So I didn't end up staying even one night here.

The worst place I have ever stayed in. Dirty EVERYTHING, had to buy my own bed settings to be able to sleep. The bathroom even more terrible. They made me provide the photo of my ID even booking saying don't do it, when I said I don't feel comfortable with it and said I can come over and show my ID in person they said no and refused give the access to the property without the photo (of course no money return for it). The room was super cold, had had to sleep IN MY WINTER COAT. Host didn't bothered to do anything about that. Really terrible place, don't go there!

It was the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed at.

Unclean. Sign posted be cooperative and cleanup example: use spray bottle of cleaning products after showering, but nothing was in the bottle. Not secure place. Yes, we had a door code, but otherwise bathrooms, showers, kitchen are open to the public. Worst part was there was a night club that played music below our room until 2am. This place is a scam. The sign on our door said quiet hours are 12am to 8Am. When I called the contact number for the hostel she said she had no idea when the club which is in the same building just downstairs would stop. This place is a scam

Ideal if you want to have nightmares

Dirty sharing areas and incredibly noisy. There is a disco under the hostel and no one tell you that. Deeply disappointed with this place.

Not worth the stay and dangerous area.

It's an old fire house

It's dusty, messy, unsafe area, weird smells from pipes I assume, was locked out the room by a chain, kitchen area has seasoning and debri around, didn't respond to my message to be moved to another room and stayed in with a crack head last night that stole from me. The response about double chaste was that I was supposed to be charged 150.00 for deport today... yesterday its messy and ruin down...message with receipt that no additional charge would occur.

It was OK for 2 nights

There is a bus stop right next to the hostel and it takes only 15 min to walk in the city center. Inside the hostel there is a nice climate and everyone was friendly.

The check-in was not easy, and there is not really staff. Another thing I found surprising was that the bedding did not have linen available (only for the mattress and the pillow). The area right around the hostel is not the safest at night, and you can hear loud music from outside until late at night.

It's unsafe and disgusting. There's no on-site staff, a weird drugged up dude walked in through an unlocked front door and kept everybody awake the whole night, while waiting for a drug delivery. And they don't clean the place

The location, the price, the venue everything was fine.

I made my reservation on a Greyhound Bus heading to the property so I didn't know anything or had the time to go through emails for education regarding the keyless system. With that being said, I thank God for new Technology, but perhaps this App Keyless System should be mentioned in describing the property so the vacationer isn't caught off guard. I'm very computer literate, so attempting to get in, down load the app fish through excessive emails in the order in which they came in while standing at the door became OVERWHELMING, I almost left. If any read this please download the app B4 standing at the door.

The hostel has potential but the invisible management and blasting music in the middle of the night

There was a discotheque under my room of which I didn't know. The music was blasting until 2:30 am. my room was rattling with the music.

It's fairly central

There's no onsite staff. Someone had blocked the doors' locking mechanism. A guy, high on something, used the shared bedroom as a hide-out, keeping the whole room awake all night.

I would probably stay here only in an emergency to be honest or for students traveling on a tight budget

I liked the decor and the private rooms as well as the size of the room. The location was very close to downtown Providence and had a 711, Dunkin, McDonald’s, etc for quick grabs.

The bathroom and kitchen should definitely be upkept/remodeled. The fridge was dirty and smelled but I understand that guests often leave food in there which staff may not want to get rid of but I did not want to utilize the kitchen at all.

It was clean.

People are rude. I was awaken most every night with fighting, yelling, screaming. Kids were obnoxious partying and playing loud music at 3:30 in the morning. The place is not in a good part of town but like in a 3rd world district. I will never go back to that place and would not recommend it to anyone. It is unsafe

Shady business

It's a great building love the architecture.

The proximity to broad street, basically the location and the strange people just hanging outside the front door waiting for an opportunity to sneak back in.. also I was booked twice and am still trying to retrieve my 150$ for that charge. I ended up actually leaving within a few hours of being there, and didn't not ask for a refund. But I was double booked and would like my money refunded.

the apartment area itself was cute

the location, the locks on the doors didn’t work well. I was locked out for a bit of both doors, the front and the apartment door itself. and it took a while for me to be let in. there’s no front desk so if you have a problem you have to text someone and hope they get back in a timely manner

No response from the property for weeks! Left countless messages to confirm my check in. I am not even sure if this is a real place, but definitely not a legitimate one! Had to stay somewhere else because I could not count on someone being there when I arrive (no one is EVER there to answer the phone or call back - so who knows if someone is ever there). Worst customer service Iv experienced in a long time, if ever. And they still took my money even after a number of requests to refund due to lack of communication. I should have listened to all the bad reviews before deciding to book this property..

I couldn’t get in coz the door was locked and cannot contact the owner

I arrived at 1120 pm and the door was locked. I tried to knock, call the owner, contact through official website and booking app but nothing worked. I had to stand in the cold wind for 1.5 hours before I decided to finally find another place. they replied on the second day said the check in was until 11 pm but I never find this on any policy or rules. I had another really important meeting the next day and it really ruined my experience.
