We have stayed in Anna Maria a few times and this was our favorite house. The pool area was great and proximity to beach was very good. House was very nice and love the covered grill area. We enjoyed this house and will definitely try to rent again.

So much to love about this house. Proximity to the beach was ideal. We ate outside on the beautiful outdoor deck every day. Anna Maria Life Vacations is really awesome. Everyone was a pleasure to talk to and they wanted to fix anything that wasn't perfect.This house has almost everything you can think of that you need for a beach vacation except I wish the house had bikes to use during the stay. We loved our stay at Salty Margarita.

The property was amazing. It was better than we expected and the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s steps from the beach. Close enough to the cute little town that we rode bikes everywhere but far enough away from the crowd. Can’t wait to go back

I hate to admit it, but I'm very picky when renting a home on the beach. This home is one of their best, every thing you could possibly want and you are only steps to the beautiful beach. The air-conditioning on the top floor kept you very cool and we had more than enough hot water for 8 adults to shower. We didn't need anything from the rental company, but have always had awesome service in past stays. I would highly recommend, and we will definitely stay again.

The house was great for a large group or family with multiple adults. The rooms were well sound-insulated, so things were quiet and private. The house was very nicely remodeled, and setup for families being together during the day, separate for sleeping. The pool was nice! But, we spent most of our time on the beach.
The outdoor kitchen was great, just wish it were screened in for mosquitoes!
Overall, would highly recommend the Salty Margarita.

This property was paradise. Meticulously appointed and a can't-beat location steps from beach and a short hop over to Anna Maria's bustling Pine Avenue. Property management and property owners were an absolute delight to work with - fast responses to anything we needed with a very helpful attitude. We can't wait to return again and again!

Excellent and exceptional in describing the home, amenities and the cleaning service. Very responsive and efficient rental office in making our entire stay stress free and most enjoyable. The “bar” has been raised to the competition.

Place was awesome. Outfitted very well and really enjoyed our stay. Your team was awesome handling our last-minute reservation as well.
BTW - I broke a wine glass. Was washing it by hand and hit the sink edge just right and it exploded.

The only person that I felt was sincerely apologetic was Tracy. Guy and Rachel were sarcastic and argumentive.

Our family has rented several properties over the years in various locations. We all agreed that this was the best ever! The layout of the house was perfect for grandparents and adult children/families to have their own space plus plenty of outdoor space to get together.
The description and pictures are very accurate. Kitchen is very well equipped and we cooked most every night of our stay. Outdoor kitchen is perfect for grilling and plenty of seating. Note that there is a Keurig coffee maker as well as a standard one. Also, there is a bathtub in the 5th bath if you have little ones . (We didn’t see those details in description)

The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for that and the water temp was wonderful even though air temp only got over 70 one time . Beach access is very easy and several chairs were provided. Keep in mind that this is a very quiet residential area and there is an enforced noise ordinance from 10 pm to 7 am.
Would love to return to Salty Margarita some day. This was our first trip to AMI but won’t be the last !

The Salty Margarita is even better than the photos. This 4 bedroom, 5 bath beautifully decorated home was a perfect place for our adult family of 8. Kudos to whoever decorated this home! The outdoor space was as equally spectacular! We enjoyed every level from the home during our stay, from game room on the first floor with access to the pool, hot tub and covered seating area, the wonderful open living space on the second floor, to the outdoor sitting area equipped with a gas fire pit on the second third floor to the roof top deck to view the spectacular sunsets. We spent many nights cooking (fully equipped kitchen) or ordering in, and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen/dining space for the majority of our meals. The owners thought of everything to keep guests entertained with an abundance of TV’s, games (puzzles, checkers, corn hole, etc.). The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with steps away from the Gulf with close proximity to everything on the Island. This is the place to stay if you are looking for a fabulous place vacation in a clean, beautifully appointed home on Anna Maria Island.

Everything in the home was top of the line. Blinds around the outdoor kitchen is one thing I would suggest during evening showers.. The upstairs bedroom stay pretty warm. Would be nice if air could go below 72.

The Best!!
We have rented and travelled all over the world. This location and the home itself was one of the best we have ever stayed at! The house is just amazing and the outdoor space is unbelievable. A two minute walk to the beach which was NEVER crowded. The staff at the rental agency and the agency handling bike rentals was excellent and very accomodating. Loved this place!

Salty Margarita Home in Anna Maria
This was one of the finest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in! It was a perfect house for our family of 6 adults a 2 1/2 year old and a 9 month old. The views from every level are spectacular: the seating area with the gas fire pit was our hang out place in the evening, the crows nest was the place to be at sunset, and the table and grill area was where we ate our meals. The inside decor is beautiful and comfortable with plenty of room to hang out, a well appointed kitchen, great tvs, an extremely comfortable beds. The outdoor area with its pool, jacuzzi and corn hole court was fabulous.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this house!!!! Oh and the distance to the incredible beach is perfect as well

This was an amazing beach house - very spacious and tastefully furnished! The outdoor kitchen was a great gathering place as was the heated pool and hot tub! A short walk to the beach and the rooftop deck provided a fabulous view! A definite 5 star vacation home!
