The Space:
One of the best locations and views in town! This property is located midtown & is close to everything but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet! Bring your bikes, Kayaks or paddle boards and enjoy some time on the Assawoman Bay!

After a day at the beach or on the water, relax with a cocktail while watching the sunset on one of the 3 balconies or take a dip in the pool! The spacious floor plan will be your ultimate beach getaway! Enter downstairs to a large guest suite which has own bathroom, large living space natural gas fireplace and own slider to balcony on the dock. The second-floor features two story family room with gas fireplace. The abundance of natural light gives an open and airy living area. Corian kitchen opens to waterfront living room, cathedral ceiling, and balcony with multi sliders. There is a large bedroom with bathroom on this floor. On the 3rd floor there are two more bedrooms, each with own bath. Relax while checking out the amazing bay views from the Master Bedroom balcony, which provides a soaking tub and stall shower. For discounts, special offers or early bookings, please contact host or find us online. All guest must must sign both a rental agreement and a check in form. The rental agreement is the same as the house rules you will see in the listing and the check in form is letting us know names and ages of those staying at property along with uploading a license. This is required and not optional.

The Neighborhood:
Pelican Perch is located on bayside, 35th Street on the canal. There is a common area BBQ (must have propane tank), swimming pool, 2 parking spots in garage. Street parking is possible when available.

Getting Around:
The town bus runs every 15 minutes during peak season. For more information on schedule check out the Ocean City, MD bus schedule online. Located close to many awesome restaurants you can also walk or bike ride! New to 2025 season, we offer bike rentals for your convenience. Inquire with your host.

Other Things to Note:
Close to wineries, Assateague Island, theme parks, boat rentals, shopping, movies and some of the best restaurants around.

We had a great time at the beach. The pool did appear to be a private pool on the listing, but was a shared pool in the community. Very nice house

We came down for a bachelorette and this house was perfect! 12 of us stayed and there was so much space it never felt cramped we loved how it was right on the bay it was the perfect location so close to the beach and everything. We would for sure come back and stay here again it was lovely.

We all loved the house. It was huge. There were 8 of us and we never felt crowded. Four bathrooms which worked out great. The bed was comfortable. It was very clean. Well all felt very good there like we were at home. Three balconies. It was wonderful. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the long ride. Otherwise, excellent place to stay.

My family and I enjoyed most of our stay, however, the pictures posted make the location of the unit appear different than in real life. The driveway and parking is complicated and very tight for this unit in particular. There was a refrigerator with ice/water dispenser that had a note saying broken but this was not communicated until we arrived. We spent a long time unpacking and unparking just to have to go buy bottled water and ice. We were also not told that we would not be able to take our vehicles out of the garage for an ENTIRE DAY because the other units were having a party that blocked the whole driveway. This was a great disappointment, especially since it was on July 4th and we could not drive to enjoy fireworks altogether as a family, we could only go within walking distance which did not result in us seeing any. My family and I made the most of the little time we had but I do feel like we should’ve been compensated for the entire day we were told we could not come&go as we pleased!

Great place to stay! Perfect location as well pretty centrally located to everything. Few blocks from the boardwalk and everything was within walking distance for our group. Super clean and property manager was wonderful about communication!

This property was perfect for a girls' trip to OCMD. We all had plenty of space and really appreciated the bed sizes. The communication with the property manager was very fast.

This home was awesome. It was well kept and spacious. We all loved the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom. It was a short walk to beach, restaurants and attractions. Great location! I would highly recommended this home to anyone looking to visit OCMD. I hope to return in the future!

This property was in the perfect location. Walking distance to most and a short bus ride to others. The property was super clean, homey, and the perfect amount of space for 10 of us. Can’t wait to hopefully stay here again one day!

Family had a great time. Ate out a lot. Great restaurants in the area. Took granddaughters to water park, boardwalk, and beach. They enjoyed the pool too. Adults and kids had a fun time. House in a good location. Overall, a very special vacation for us.

We were in town for a week long dance competition. This lovely home was only 2 blocks away from the Roland E Powell convention center. Local restaurants and shops were within short walking distance. Centrally located yet outside of the boardwalk chaos. Quiet, relaxing, and clean. Solid choice if visiting the area with family.

The house was just as described and then some! It was spacious and had all the amenities perfect for our family. Even with the rainy weather we were able to entertain ourselves with the board games provided. Perfect quiet location with a short drive to the boardwalk and a short walk to the beach! Kim was also very responsive to any questions I had. It was a blast and would rent through this host again.

First of all our host Kim was awesome from first communication to checkout. I met her at the site after she emailed the place was ready. We stayed Father’s Day Weekend but got down Thursday afternoon. Place is immaculate and newer. The first floor has queen bed along with bunk beds with divider screen and balcony on the canal. 2nd floor has kitchen and living/dining with sliders to really nice Trex deck along with king size bedroom with own full bath. 3rd floor has two masters with king size beds with big bathrooms. One has small deck overlooking canal. Place was spotless and the ladies loved how it was decorated throughout. Would absolutely stay here again after staying years ago at Sunset Pier around 62nd street. This setup was perfect! They also have a pool that you can use too. Great stay thanks Kim! Ed & Tracie

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was large, comfortable, quiet and extremely clean. The location was great as you aren’t far from the beach but still have privacy on your balcony. We would absolutely stay here again!

Property was clean and spacious. The 3rd floor master was big with a nice balcony overlooking the bay also with a master suit bathroom. 2nd floor living room/dinning/kitchen area was the place we spent most our time in the house. With plenty of room for everyone to comfortably sit, a large tv and balcony it was a perfect place to entertain. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook bfast and dinner daily. The only thing is this unit sleeps 10 not 12. Unless you put two ppl on the sectional. Although there is plenty of space if you needed to use an air mattress or something. Aside from that this unit was awesome and perfectly located close to boardwalk, bfast spots, restaurants, etc.. would definitely stay here again!
