The Manor boasts 5 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with an open floor plan and large dining space. No need for a car here! Everything you need is within minutes!

We are available 24 hours a day via a phone call, text or email but we do not live on site and will not be on site while guests are in the home.

The neighborhood is absolutely amazing and has everything you could possibly want within minutes. Within walking distance to the Kansas City famous Q39 Restaurant and just four blocks from Jazz A Louisiana Kitchen, Blue Koi Noodles and KC Smoke Burger. If you enjoy walking, this neighborhood is perfect and you are one block from Roanoke park! Lots of outdoor patios to savor a cup of coffee or a cocktail and enjoy a beautiful day. Westport is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute Uber ride, there the options are endless. Billiards at Harry's Bar and Tables, Foosball at Buzzard Beach, cigar buff? We got you covered at Fidel's Cigar Shop and several bars with craft beers. There are grocery stores, restaurants, bars, boutiques, gyms, yoga studios all within minutes!

The neighborhood is quiet and we truly love and respect our neighborhood so we don't allow any parties or large gatherings at our properties. There will be a $700 fine assessed to any guest that does not follow this policy. We appreciate you respecting our home and neighborhood.

Guests will have access to the entire house except for the basement. The washer and dryer are on the first floor so access to the basement is not needed.

*Bathroom: Full size bathrooms with Tommy Bahama luxury bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. One large bath towel and one wash cloth will be provided per guest as well as dark make-up towels for convenience. H

*Kitchen: The large newly remodeled kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. Don't feel like cooking? Let us know and we can coordinate a personal chef so all you have to do is sit back and relax! Weather you are looking for a nice dinner with family or a game night with friends this space definitely won't disappoint!

*The second floor has 4 out of the 5 large bedrooms. and one large bathroom with double sinks and luxury walk in shower. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and 2 have queen size beds with hotel quality bedding. All rooms provide ample storage space and comfortable beds with cozy linens.

*The master suite is located on the third floor and will make you never want to leave. Enjoy the comfortable king size bed and large bathroom with walk in shower. Another Smart TV is located in the master suite!

*The full size washer and dryer is located right off the kitchen conveniently on the first floor of the home.

*The exterior of the home has a grand front porch with comfortable seating and a large fenced in backyard which is great for dogs.

*The Westport Manor has everything you need for a luxury vacation and will make you feel right at home. All rooms have access to high speed WIFI. The TV's are all smart TV's so guests can easily log into their own Netflix, HULU, or Amazon Prime account.

*IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide all reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Safely to complete an identity verification before your reservation date for any direct or VRBO bookings.

* PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 12, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

* PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $40 fee for one pet or $75 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is a fenced yard and the area is perfect for walking.

*Cancellation Policy*

Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded.
