Hosts were quick to respond. House was well stocked and lakefront had multiple chairs and kayaks for everyone. Highly recommended.

Home had everything you needed and plus some! Owner Rita was a jewel! Always helpful and prompt to respond to any concerns. 5 mins from town and all major stores but out of the way so you didn’t feel like you were that close to town. Quiet neighborhood, you are close to a marina so you did hear music if you are there for weekend but we enjoyed that too. Saw couple of deers who wondered neighborhood. All in all one of the best experiences we’ve had!

The house is perfect, Steve and Rita have stocked this house so perfectly with the little things that you need. From pots and pans to towels everything you need is here but your food and clothes. We stayed for a week and will be back soon. Honestly the best house we have ever rented. 5 out of 5!

Our recent stay at this VRBO rental cabin in Jefferson City, Tennessee, during our time attending a football conference at Carson-Newman University.
Tucked away in the serene countryside, yet conveniently close to the university, this cabin provided a peaceful retreat with charming views and comfortable accommodations.
Perched on a gentle slope, the cabin offered lovely views of the surrounding landscape. the rolling hills and dense forests provided a tranquil backdrop for our stay. We found ourselves drawn to the deck each morning, savoring our coffee while soaking in the peaceful atmosphere.
Inside, the cabin exuded a cozy charm that immediately put us at ease. The rustic decor and comfortable furnishings created a warm and inviting ambiance. The open-plan layout allowed for easy socializing, whether we were preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen or lounging in the living room after a long day.
During our downtime, we explored the nearby outdoor activities, including fishing spots. While we didn't venture far, we appreciated the opportunity to experience the natural beauty of the Tennessee countryside.
One of the highlights of our stay was the cabin's proximity to Carson-Newman University. Just a short drive away, we found it convenient to attend the football conference while still enjoying the tranquility of our retreat.
Throughout our stay, the hosts were attentive and accommodating. Top notch

What a great cabin. Has everything you need, pots, pans, dishes, etc. Great covered patio that looks out to the lake. Very clean, plenty of towels, blankets, etc. Plenty of wildlife as well. A lot of room. We only had 5 but 8 people wouldn't be a problem. I would definitely recommend.

The photos of this place do not do it justice!
We had a large family event and booked multiple cabins in the area, and this one had the best kitchen! I know that’s probably not what most people look for in a vacation home, but I loved it! Ha!
On to things most people care about, the living space was comfortable and easily accommodated a large group. The front patio was comfy and had a great view of the lake. I loved the recliners with a view! Great place to relax after a long day.
The owner was super kind, responsive and very helpful.

We were there for a family reunion of people from 4 states. We loved the cabin, especially the large porch with plenty of chairs for all. The weather was rainy on a couple days so we huddled at the firepit on the porch. We were able to enjoy the lake and kayaks on the sunny day. Well stocked amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

We had a great time from the beginning. The owners were so helpful, attentive, and nice to deal with. The property was very well kept. The attention to all details, especially the small ones, were abundant. The view of the lake was great. Wildlife was everywhere and very often visible. More than once we were able to watch the deer grazing in the yard. At one point we were sitting inside at the bay window and the deer were within 10 feet of us. Truly amazing. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evening and gathering around the fire pit. It was so cozy and relaxing. Overall we could not have asked for a more perfect stay.
