Secluded at the top of a beautiful mountain development, the cabin offers plenty of privacy with no other cabins in sight! Your neighbors will be the rolling hills of the Smoky Mountains, with views of Mt. LeConte, Clingmans Dome, Mt. Buckley, Mt. Guyot, and even North Carolina on clear days!
This newly built cabin (finished summer 2017 and remodeled in Nov 2022) blends top-of-the-line amenities, the conveniences of home, stylish décor, and beautiful finishes inside and out for a stunning getaway that aims to pamper and entertain for reunions, retreats, special occasions, and big family vacations. Each space has been designed with great care, offering you a truly memorable home away from home in the Great Smoky Mountains!
Start mornings at Smoky Mountain Manor sipping coffee in the deck chairs (overlooking the mountains), soaking up some sun in the lounge chairs on the sundeck, or sitting down for breakfast at the dining tables on the decks. Spend days playing pool, trying Golden Tee Golf, racing against each other on the Cart Fury racing games, getting nostalgic with classic arcade games, and splashing around in the pool house that boasts a dining table, and a kidney-shaped pool. At night, soak in the 2 hot tubs with TVs, climb into a cozy king-size bed, warm up by the outdoor fireplace on the covered deck, have movie night in your theater room, or whip up group meals with double appliances in your large, well-equipped kitchen!
The cabin also has handicap features, making it more easily accessible to many. From no steps into the cabin or pool house and extra-wide doors in a main-floor bedroom and bathroom to a grab bar by the toilet and high toilets for easier wheelchair access, it's a cabin made to ensure comfort and convenience for your group.
You may not want to leave this gorgeous cabin, but there's plenty to do in town when you do want to explore. The entertainment area features a pool table with plenty of space around it to play, along with a 6-person pub table and a lounge area with a comfy sofa, love seat, and 65-inch LED TV with premium cable channels!
Pool House
The private pool house might just be your favorite feature of Smoky Mountain Manor, designed in the style of the cabin and offering 3 distinct and beautiful spaces to enjoy: the pool room, the outdoor pavilion, and the sun deck. *The alarm for the cabin also secures the pool house. Please disable the alarm at the main cabin before checking out other areas so it won't be set off.
Pool Room
In the pool room, 8-foot-tall open windows and sliding patio doors allow you to move freely between the pavilion and the sun deck. The pool – the showpiece of the room – is a 25-foot-long, 14-foot-wide kidney-shaped pool with custom colored light effects, 3 1/2 - 5 1/2 feet deep. When you're not swimming, sit on the bench or relax in the large, open entertaining space with beautiful views of the mountains. Sit back and relax at the table or make a refreshing drink at the wet bar with a sink, and mini-fridge. A half bath is also conveniently located here. There are also no steps into the pool house, so a wheelchair will have easy access here.
Outdoor Pavilion
The outdoor pavilion at Smoky Mountain Manor is stunning, with gorgeous wood ceilings, comfortable seating with a sofa and 2 large chairs, and built-in seating on either side of the story-and-a-half wood-burning fireplace. The 500-square-foot space also features an outdoor kitchen with a large gas grill, mini fridge, and sink, making grilling out a breeze.
Sun Deck
The third pool house space is the sun deck, where you can soak up the rays on beautiful days. Accessible by the large sliding patio doors, it's great for sunbathing and relaxing while enjoying your awesome Smoky Mountain views. Grab a book and a drink and kick up your feet in the lounge chairs here!
Outdoor Spaces
Smoky Mountain Manor offers even more outdoor space, with 3 full decks totaling 1,500 square feet! From here, enjoy views of Mt. LeConte, Clingmans Dome, Mt. Guyot, Mt. Buckley, and more – and all the way to North Carolina on clear days! There are lots of deck chairs and tables for the group, and the top floor offers almost 180-degree views of the mountains! The main deck floor features two 6-person dining tables for outdoor meals, and the cabin has two 6-person outdoor hot tubs, custom lighting, and TVs for relaxing at night!
Other Amenities

The house was spacious with enough room for everyone and the area is beautiful. The pool house, decks, spas and fireplace were wonderful. However, we had to contact

The house is perfect for large families. The view is great!!! Pool is an added plus!
4.9
The cabin was amazing! The scenery was beautiful and so relaxing. We even saw three bears!
The communication about check-in, the property, check-out was great. My questions were answered in a very timely manner!
My family and I had a wonderful time and we were so grateful to have found a space to accommodate us in one place! I would highly recommend if you have a large family to rent out the cabin.
4.9
We enjoyed our family vacation. The house is very accommodating of a large group. The futons are a bit misleading. They aren’t the most comfortable to have someone sleep on. For this reason, I feel the cabin sleeps comfortably around 25 people. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and gadgets. We had a bug problem in the basement. They were attracted to damp/wet towels/clothes, so if staying in the basement bedrooms, be sure you hang all your wet things. The property was beautiful and lived up to the description in the listing.

Fabulous house with plenty of room to spread out when you want to!

I can not say enough about Smoky mountain manor or coastal vibes. The home was perfect. The view was spectacular. It was the closest I've felt to heaven in a long time. I hope to go back one day. Our family made wonderful memories that I will never forget. It tru,y was perfect. Thank you again

Every two years my wife puts on a week gathering for all our children, their spouses, and our grandchildren. This was by far the best vacation home we have ever stayed at. The pool table and game room were a big hit! I would highly recommend this host/property to anyone.
4.9
We took 25 people(teens and adults) for a conference in Pigeon Forge. The place was amazing. Everyone enjoyed the two hot tubs and the indoor pool. There was so much to do there as it also had a pool table upstairs, an arcade downstairs, and a theater room. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep without being crowded. Lastly, it was spotless. Very clean! Overall it was a great experience, and we look forward to going back next year.

Property was beautiful and just as described.

House was clean and beautiful. The views are breathtaking!!!
4.9
Property was great in all ways!

There were 19 of us, ranging from 3 yrs old to 82 years old. The cabin was outstanding. Many enjoyed the heated pool while other relaxed in the hot tubs. The bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of space and a bathroom for each which is something we especially liked. Definitely had a wonderful stay and plan on another family vacation next year.
4.9
This property is gorgeous! The decor is very nice, everything is well kept and the the views are breathtaking! Our group enjoyed the open kitchen area, the pool, jacuzzi and the fact that every bedroom has its own bathroom! We will be back.
4.9
House is perfect for a large group! Very close to major attractions in the area and so well equipped! Excellent layout for a mixed-age group! Kids LOVED the pool and adults LOVED the hot tubs!! Kitchen is great, roomy and well stocked with pots/pans, etc. View is incredible! Highly recommend!

This property has a spectacular view of nature. The home was warm and cozy. It was absolutely perfect for my family of 30.
4.9
My family and five other families rented the cabin for a friends reunion weekend trip! Overall, the property had beautiful views and lots of space for our large group! The pool was a bit hit with the children of our group, and everyone having private bathrooms was a big perk! We cooked all of our meals at the property, and the extra appliances (2 refrigerators/dishwashers, etc.) were perfect for our needs. There was plenty of items to use to prepare meals just several of the pans/pots seemed well-loved/maybe need a deep clean or replacement. Other than that zero complaints!
4.9
great vrbo. had some issues with checking in and some issues with the landscaping people being rude to us.
4.9
We were all very satisfied with this cabin! The cabin itself has everything you could want for a vacation in itself. The views were amazing. We got to see bears a few times while we were on the deck. We would book this cabin again!
4.9
We have a large family from 75+ year old to 9 year old grandkids and the accommodations and accessibility were perfect. The enclosed heated pool room was a hit and the game room downstairs was great for all ages.
The large parking area was a plus as we have experienced problems in the past with the number of vehicles that we have. Two refrigerators with ice makers and two dishwashers were perfect for our needs.
The drive into Pigeon Forge was easy and I would recommend this to anyone with a large family that wants a clean, quiet place to enjoy in the mountains.
We had one problem with the outdoor gas fireplace when the pilot light went out. We called and the maintenance guy was there within 5 minutes and relit the pilot light. He was very polite and said "don't hesitate to call again if we had any other problems".
4.9
We had 22 people from 1-1/2 to 79 and it was very comfortable. Everything was 25-30 minutes away but very doable. Scenery was unbelievable! One thing if you stay here, do not let children go out by themselves. We had a mother and 3 cubs around which were cute! Momma bear even made herself at home in one of the hot tubs one morning! She took the cover off to get in! We will plan to revisit this cabin in the next few years!
4.9
Everything was excellent! A few minor issues but they were all addressed very quickly!
4.9
The most perfect place! We celebrated our 50th anniversary with our children and grandchildren at this stunning mountaintop cabin. Hard to call it a cabin because it was so spacious and well appointed. Everything for a large family gathering with different age groups was at our fingertips. Amazing kitchen with table seating for 20! Snack bar seating for six. Two fridges, two dishwashers, oversized cooktop, two microwaves and two coffeemakers. We wanted for nothing! Everyone had comfortable, private suites. Kids and adults were catered to with movie theatre, arcade style game machines and pool table! Pool and hot tubs were the cherries on top! Three fantastic decks with gorgeous panoramic views of the mountains. Over the top wonderful vacation. We even had company! A Mama bear and her two cubs!!
Thanks for having us!
4.9
My family is beyond thankful for the most amazing July 4th we ever had! The house was amazing - and we SAW BEARS UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL! LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT.
4.9
We REALLY loved staying at this cabin! It was perfect for our large group. Plenty of community space and also our own bedrooms to be able to relax in peace and quiet too. The kids loved the pool, game room and theater.
4.9
Our entire family agreed, “we wouldn't change a thing,” this was a perfect vacation home- the house had everything including amazing views! All ages were very happy here, it was hard to leave. We even saw bears every day, and a bobcat! The entire rental process was smooth with quick response if needed. We will be back with family again and/or friends.
4.9
This was a great property. The view was magnificent and the lodge was a wonderful place for us to have our family reunion. We would highly recommend the Smoky Mountain Manor.
4.9
The pictures don’t do this property justice! Perfect for our friends and family vacation of 14. Did have several black bear sightings- but we loved that too!
4.9
What an amazing experience! The view is breathtaking. The area is so quiet and peaceful. The home is lovely. And we had what we think is probably a once in a lifetime view of a mother bear and her 3 baby cubs, so cute.
4.9
The outdoor area was filthy and the pool so cool we were unable to swim or utilize that area. Dirty pan in the sink outside.
Other than that? The house itself was perfect, clean and enjoyable. The pool? A HUGE disappointment as that was the reason we went with that house as opposed to 2 others in the area. Set at 81degrees.

Overall the trip went well. There were somethings that were annoying. After we booked the property they refurnished the place and we lost some sleeping spots. The HOA did not allow buses to park at the property. We parked there anyway. I don't know where they think we would put the bus and how we would get back and forth without it. Got to see a black bear and her 3 cubs really up close.

Overall our stay was very good. There were a few minor things that I feel could make the experience even better though. We were not happy about having to stay up the night before we left until after midnight to wash towels since we were told to have them washed in put in the dryer when we left. We had to do 3 loads to fit them all as there was 18 of us that used towels. Also hot tubs jets were missing pieces,Grill area needed to be cleaner, we had to scrub it before using, the rest of the house was very clean.Other than that the view was amazing with beautiful sunrises and scenery, and our experience was great with lasting memories. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home.

We've stayed in this house before it with a different company. It was recently renovated and done very nicely. The communication with the property manager was excellent and they made the process very easy. The view from this house is unbeatable. The ride up is a little nerve wracking but it's worth it. It's sad that so many cabins are getting packed into this area. One benefit we had in years past was that the cabin is secluded. There are several new builds and several others being built. One of which obstructs the view and the construction noises were very loud all week. We had an issue with the pool heater that the property manager promptly sent someone to resolve. The pool did heat up by day 4 of our 6 day trip. Linens were pretty sparse. There were no pool towels and linens for the futons. The property manager did send a supply of l sheets for the futons and I never mentioned the pool towels because we bought beach towels. The stove and ovens don't work very well so something to keep in mind if you plan to cook!
