The property has potential. The pool area is nice. The mini “mini” golf is cute. The beds were comfortable.
A few things, they say they are pet friendly but don’t have a pet area. There wasn’t even a strip of grass around. The WiFi never worked. We tried several different codes they gave us and were never able to watch tv or use my computer. We booked a Deluxe king. Not sure what happened the first night but we were put in a regular king room and we’re still charged for the Deluxe. We approached the desk about the issue and showed them their own pictures on their website and she argued with us about it. Then later we were told they had run out of deluxe rooms. We were never refunded the difference. We were given a different room night 2 but had to move all of things again by ourselves. The free breakfast is terrible. We went to McDonald’s our second morning. Our first room the door would stick so badly my husband ended up trapped outside our room while I unknowingly was in the shower. He has to wait for me to come and try to help him pry the door open. 1 elevator was broken both days. Our second room seemed to have a mold issue and a terrible leak in the shower. You can tell they have tried to patch and cover it up but it looks terrible. There also was some strange tape that seemed unsanitary in the bottom of the tub that was peeling up. We asked for acouple extra towels and a blanket and our first night they told us they had no extra towels or linens available.

Location was great!!!
Hanna and Kristi at the front desk were so warm and welcoming.
The security guard was very nice and helpful as well due to our key cards, not working from when we first checked in.
There is a dart playing competition there, the weekend we decided to stay at your facility. It was one of the most uncomfortable stays I’ve ever experienced. My wife and I decided to leave our hometown and go to Amarillo because we had already visited the nightclub which is perfect. The players were vulgar, loud , obnoxious, drunk, played their loud music out in the lobby not to mention the man on the microphone . The cops are called due to a fight. My wife and I came to your hotel to get away from our lives at home and will be able to relax in our room rest and enjoy each other. We were unable to achieve any of that, the whole time all we heard was like a party out of the lobby. It was so loud and uncomfortable. We even woke up Sunday morning at 6:15 because I started getting loud and we left at six in the morning is unacceptable. Open the near future if we decide to stay there again, because we really do like the nightclub and we’d rather just stay there and take a chance on driving and drinking , y’all do not have any further parties or competitions like that on the weekends we stay is there a way we can find out if y’all have anything planned for the lobby on the weekends that we may decide to come up there ?

I liked how it looked on the outside.
The pipe to our sink came off, the room was not clean, there was a welcome letter to a previous tenant, there was only a pad of grass by the highway for a dog (even though it says pet friendly, that's dangerous), and they told me to reach out to booking.com to fix my issues and booking.com hasn't done anything.

There was plenty of parking, dog friendly, cute family friendly games/activities in the lobby.
The rooms were not as advertised! Pictures on the hotels website show the renovated rooms but the room we were in was in the old part of the hotel. Very run down, dirty/slightly damp carpet, moldy grout in the bathroom (we didn’t shower because it grossed us out too much), chipping paint with stains on it, overall dingy and musty. Wouldn’t stay again unless we were guaranteed a renovated room.

We stayed twice, once on the way through, and then again on the trip home. The first room we stayed in was nice enough. Recently remodeled, still could've used some work, but nice for the price and a one night stay. So I booked here again for the trip back, same room type, nothing changed there.
The second time we stayed, we were put on the other end of the same block of rooms we were in the first time, so we assumed it would be the same remodeled room. It was not. This room hasn't been touched as far as remodeling is concerned. It had this disgusting, musky, sticky carpeting. The furniture was also old and dank. They had jammed a can air freshener in the air conditioning vent to try to help the smell, but it was pointless. The binds they used to cover the floor to ceiling windows and glass door were ill fitted. They had cut out where the door was suppose to line up with it, so there was a slit you could look in and out of the room.

the part that they have renovated are great
my room was nasty. a mouse came to say hi, dog hair everywhere, brown stuff running down the walls, hair in the shower, furniture was old and falling apart, bed was hard, no breakfast, had a hard time with the key pad and cards to get into the room.

it was very warm and relaxing
it’s going through a name change it appears. reservations were under one name and credit card charges a different name. A lot of remodeling construction

Nice big room, comfortable bed.
Advertised as having breakfast but because of updating the facilities they had muffins, candy bars, etc. Nothing hot. Was a disappointment.

Location was good. Common space was nice.
Did not know hotel was under construction. Room must have just been recently renovated which was nice but done poorly. Bathroom sink has a kitchen sink faucet. Bathroom had no hooks for towels. Internet was terrible. Continental breakfast consisted of old bananas, oranges, apples, Bimbo Vanilla Muffins, snack cakes covered in chocolate, and nasty what you thought was rice crispie treats but had flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and definitely were not tasty.

Charming lobby interior, though a leftover from the 80s. Built like a motel with rooms facing an indoor swimming pool. Due to a small problem with the airport pick up, Chase gave us a ride to the place we needed to go in Amarillo and even took us to refill my phone.
The age is showing, but renovations are in progress to make it all better. The room was not the cleanest. The continental breakfast is an assortment of packaged sweets and some fruit.

Not a damn thing...
I Well... everything.. I ask for a room that no smoking, was told the hotel was all NO SMOKING... but yet here i am in a full blown Asthma attack. The rooms are nasty like who the hell spit chewing tobacco on a wall and then for the hotel to leave it there. Dirty clothes from the last guests still in room... and to top it all off BEDBUGS!!! HANDS NO THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN IN!!!!

- The staff was friendly and accommodating.
- It was super helpful being able to bring our pets in without any hassle or worry.
- The rooms were clean and comfortable.
- The price was excellent.
- The hotel is under new ownership and being renovated, so it smelled of construction materials and no amenities were available. This isn't really their fault, and I feel like it's going to be very cool when it's done.
- The renovation is desperately needed, as although the rooms are clean, they're very clearly old and in disrepair. The TVs are small and mostly broken, and the paint and drywall is old and cracking.
- Breakfast is just some fruit and muffins thrown on a table. It's a nice thought though!

This is such a net old hotel and once they are done renovating it will be very nice! Very nice staff and super accommodating. I would stay again!!
We got a VERY run down room and I was not expecting it to be that bad because in all pictures of the place the rooms look so nice!! I think those are just the newly renovated rooms!
Also our pillows under the pillow cases were super gross, we took our own pillows in!!
And there was no breakfast, just coffee.... but it was good coffee!
But I honestly believe that in a year after renovations this place will be really nice!

The facility is old, old, old. Needs significant updating. Wouldn't stat there again.

Staff was friendly, but unprofessional, ie. talk and attire. She was wearing athletic shorts and a Tshirt.
The whole place was run down. The AC was molding,. The carpet was tore up. The end table looked like it was bought from a yard sale and put in there. The walls had holes and deep chips in them. The bathroom was disgusting. The whole place had a pay by the hour kind of feel.

Staff was very nice and professional. The front desk clerk was amazing and very helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Also very quiet, we never heard another guest walking by or otherwise.
The outlets need updated. There weren’t very many and none had usb ports. With that being said, it just changed owners 2 weeks ago and it looks like updates are in progress.

Clean, large room, comfortable bed, extremely friendly staff. Once renovation is complete this will be a must stay hotel.
Need more counter space in restroom. Breakfast was just muffins and granola bars.
