Rojelio, the front desk person was very upbeat and friendly. The bed was the right height to get in and out of easily. Although a little older the hotel was clean and quiet. The fact there was a security guard really enhanced my confidence. I felt my car was safe and my belongings were not going to be stolen.
The breakfast was just very basic, the staff person was more engaged in conversation with another staff member that interacting with guests. The setup of breakfast created congestion in getting breakfast. The waffle maker and toaster were next to each other. The silverware was not easily found. No fruit options and limited hot and cold cereal options. Hot breakfast items were bacon and eggs. No hot sauce or Chaloula was available and I didn't see table washed as guests left.

Still looking.

The staff was very friendly. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed. I enjoyed some hot tub time and a little walk outside. It was perfect right off the interstate and breakfast was very good.
You can tell the hotel is older and could use some updating. Only 1 elevator was working and the ice machine on 2 floors were the only ones working.

It looked nice from the outside
Our bedroom curtains were shredded

Wow everything! The suite even had a den.
Very clean, comfortable and staff was great.
Continental breakfast served which wasn't your Danish and coffee. Had a pool if so desired. I'm probably leaving something out but if you need to stay in Amarillo or close proximity you won't be disappointed.
It cost me $60 on weekday. This suite could have easily gone for hundreds a night elsewhere.

I liked the staff and the room sizes. Breakfast was nice and had great hours.
The sofa bed I specifically requested wad not able to be used and we needed to call maintance to come and close the sofa bed back into a couch due to the bed being broken.

Very clean and convenient to the highway. Located behind a Cracker Barrel.
Shower head was less than perfect and needed usb charging ports.

Nice clean hotel and it was a good place for a stopover and it will be a fantastic place when they’re done with the renovations in about two weeks

Due to exinutaring circumstances, I had to stay at a local hotel. When I called the front desk questioning why a man was with a housekeeping cart in front of my room, I was then told that locals were no longer
welcome. They required a $200.00 cash deposit, which I gave against my better judgment. I had stayed numerous nights. Then could no longer stay there. I was instructed that APD told them not to offer their facilities to locals. I called the front desk looking for my cell phone. It was later located. Apparently, booking.com does not reflect the opinions of the so called privately owned Ashmoor. 🙄
Due to a few bad / terrible people those suffering from health challenges, natural disasters, & remodels are no longer able to use local hotels.
PS. This goes against everything the women I had seen at breakfast state. They rent there quite often, & "get the family together. The kids swim." Sometimes, I wish I was a minority. Then I, too, could use a pool & local motel.

We enjoyed swimming pool and hot tube all alone which was perfect after a long drive, but all the rest wasn’t surprising for the price paid.
Beds were not comfortable and small, the smell outside covering all the town was terrible, breakfast poor. Our room 328 did not lock properly, only after several attempts.

The staff was amazing, the room was clean as well as the pool and hot tub.
The pool wasn’t heated and the breakfast could have been better.

Property and room were very clean.
A/C wouldn’t get cold enough to really get room super cool! I’m sure they have this set to save them money but room stayed muggy and almost to the point of warm even after having AC on high all night.
