Goldilocks Villa

The villa was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We felt at home. Publix was close by. The villa was just as pictured. A great place to relax. Close to everything in a quiet area. Sheron was in contact whenever I needed her but never bothered.

There were a few things that could have been fixed in the villa. They didn't bother us though.

Exceptional

The house was nice and clean! The kitchen had all the essentials. Great location. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Sheron was amazing, she answered promptly all the questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Except for a slight musty odor the property was great. Had problems getting Tv to connect to system

Had to call to get in. Locking system did not work. Maintenace need for locking system. We did not have access to pool for three days of the visit.

The property was clean and as pictured. The location was a good middle ground for the beaches we wanted to visit.

The A/C was not adjustable and we are a family that prefers it slightly cooler. I am not sure if 74-78 is normal for Florida residents, but it certainly felt warm with humidity and heat.

Exceeded expectations.

Location was perfect. It is within walking distance of a grocery store and multiple restaurants. House was clean. Beds were very comfortable and neighborhood is peaceful. I have a family of 5 and we were very comfortable and relaxed here. They have several appliances for cooking and when you just want to stay in. (blender, Kurek coffee maker, toaster, and electric tea kettle) I would highly recommend.

I can't think of a thing. We were not disappointed at all in our stay here.

Beyond Exoectations

Everything was beyond expectation and clean SPOTLESS. It even smelled clean when we arrived. Everything we would want comfort in, was there and beyond what we thought we would get. There was everything you would need in a house (cleaning supplies,laundry stuff, kitchen stuff etc). The beds were amazing. Bathrooms were amazing. Kitchen was beautiful and had every single item you could ever need to use as if you were home. I wanted to live there myself it was so nice. If we need somewhere to stay again, that would be my first pick by far. I kept waiting for something to show itself as a disappointment or what the first upset would be while staying there and the entire time I stayed (almost a full week), there was not one problem. It couldn’t have been any better, truly. It was easy to access, easy to park, easy to come and go, near everything you could want to be near. The host was available at a drops notice which I didn’t need much of because everything was so easy to use and perfect. Only time I needed something was to ask where she got her decor from! My husband and I couldn’t of asked for literally anything better. I almost don’t even want to gush about how great this place is so that I will be able to book it again in the future but the host deserves credit for how accommodating and beautiful the place was. I could never say enough good about it.

Nice, new, quiet, clean, and comfortable.

Cleanliness. Newness. Nicely designed and set up. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms a real plus. Nice pool area. Quiet neighborhood.

A little farther from the beach than we expected but not a big deal. You need to drive there anyway.

Overall everything was nice. The location was good for what we wanted to do during our stay. With four people we fit very comfortable. Very easy to follow instructions on checking in and out.
