we both enjoyed the food and the stay

hotel was very clean... staff very nice .. food excellant disappointed there wasnt a relaxing bar area ... As there was nothing in the town area .... over all we still enjoyed our stay ... And would stay again in in the area ... kind regard jp

Comfortable stay

Very big and spacious room. Very quiet location. Bed was comfortable.

No iron & ironing board in the room. However, when asked at reception, one was provided straight away.

Spotless, it was in a lovely quite location, the staff where very welcoming and friendly. We had a large room, very comfortable bed.

THE most comfortable bed I’ve slept in the whole trip. Huge upstairs room with a Queen bed & lovely white cotton sheets. Very quiet peaceful surroundings & unlike other hotels we’ve stayed in this trip we weren’t waken all night by doors banging, talking etc. staff very friendly & helpful.

the shower head had been tied on with a blue rubber glove! realised why when it fell off & the jet of water hit the wall where there was a leak in the pipe. it would be a simple procedure of replacing the shower head & pipe rather than using a glove. The extractor fan in the bathroom was Sooo bloody loud you could not hear the TV! d aren’t put the light on at night because of it. You could do with an isolator switch so it can be used just when you’re having a shower rather than come on with the light at all times.

Very good

Really good value for money. Large room and bathroom. Free wifi, free private parking, restaurant on site which was pleasant, close to the local shops and amenities, comfy bed and a good nights sleep, couldn't fault it at all.

Joss sticks ruined an otherwise excellent hotel. Sadly we will not be back because of this.

Service was excellent. Room was comfortable and the meals we had were good. All facilities were fine.

Everything was fine until we returned to our room in the evening and there was an overpowering smell of Joss sticks. It was so strong and unpleasant that it made us both cough at one point. Even with the window open all night the smell lingered on our clothes for days after. We certainly won’t be returning because of this.

Superb

Wonderful place to chill on our last day road trip before going back to Dublin. We had 2 great big bedrooms very comfortable and the restaurant was fantastic too!! We will come back :)

Kilmarnock's Hidden Gem

What an amazing hotel. From the second we landed we were made feel so welcome. We were travelling to Cork for a concert, we were told the best route to take into the city to get to the car park we were parking in.. not many would tell you! The staff were all so kind and friendly. Also the breakfast was so tasty,, wish we could have stayed for dinner

A most enjoyable stay.

Very convenient and spotlessly clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was excellent. We toured around most of Ireland and this hotel was the best value for money.

Just a minor issue but the temperature in the shower was difficult to control.
