The hotel itself is a historic building and is actually part of the city walls. The interior is absolutely stunning, resembling a museum, and even the walls in the corridors are protected by glass. Our room had a charming and rustic ambiance, reminiscent of the interior of a castle, and it was quite spacious. The breakfast at the hotel was also plentiful. By taking the elevator to the 3rd floor, you can access the city walls, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Bay of Acre and the ancient city. The scenery is truly beautiful.

Very kind and polite owners. Butique hotel feeling. Place is very clean and maintained. Historical building. Room and hotel added value to Akko visit. Would be mistake not to book it. When you are inside and walk arround akko you understand what i say. Kids liked upper part of family room. Strategic place for walking around Old Akko. If you wish to feel accepted guest and safe... this is right place to stay.

This was a great hotel, but it had one problem (beyond its control): it was incredibly loud all night long. The staff was friendly, the location was wonderful, my room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a mini-fridge and bath tub, and it was nicely appointed and clean. But for two nights, I slept for only three hours due to outside noise.
The extreme all-day and night noise, as it is located by the main old city gate, where not only is there constant traffic with honking all day and night, but also loud horse carriages, plus a mosque with call to prayer at night just a block away, and as if that wasn't loud enough (and I slept with ear plus AND noise cancelling headphones, which still wasn't enough), there was also construction happening somewhere nearby with jackhammering and other construction noise at night, from about midnight to 5am. I could hear people from the road working and shouting as if they were in my room. This isn't the hotel's fault, it was such a nice hotel, but it ruined my trip because I couldn't sleep and felt like a zombie.

While the building itself is "only" about 100 years old (it used to be a courthouse), it is absolutely charming (partly build into the old wall)! The room we shared was small, but very authentic with attention to charming details, and had all required amenities! The room faced a closed courtyard, so all was very quiet during nighttime. While parking in old Acre must be an absolute nightmare, the hotel has excellent, reserved parking right next to the front door! The breakfast-buffet, while small, had everything we wanted!
The room we had was clearly intended for 2 adults and 2 children (2 beds on top of the bathroom (very limited ceiling-hight) and not 3 adults! While there is a lift installed, people with disabilities might struggle ... but only a bit.

Location was great
Breakfast so so, in addition we couldn't enjoy the roof terrace because it was not equipped with any facilities nor furniture.
We expected to could enjoy it, maybe with bar service or breakfast in the morning, on the contrary there was no facilities at all. It was a big deception, because we choose the hotel mainly for the roof terrace.

Staff was very helpful in all aspects. Room was great. We had all we need. We were very close to the center and Hotel help us to make a reservation in the Uri Buri restaurant for the same day of our arrival. very friendly and helpful.
Too much noise, the horse carriage with high stereo music were really a bit too much to endure.

Excellent location with reserved parking right outside the hotel’s front entrance, easy short walk to the Knight’s Hall. The hotel is in a very old building with historical significance. The staff and hotel owner were all nice and knowledgeable. The guest rooms were large and clean with a nice hot shower.
Bed was firm for my personal preference but even so I would still stay at this hotel again when in Akko.

Location was excellent . Easy to find your way from the hotel. Staff were amazing and could not have been more helpful in arranging things . In our case regarding a car rental when there were very few cars available.also with regard to what to do and see. Front desk staff congratulations . Rooms clean also.
One night there was noise outside due to Ramadan festivities at night but not due to hotel.breakfast selection was poor. Buffet was limited. Also this is an old style hotel some people may not like it for that reason .

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Nabil is an excellent host and assisted with dinner reservations and information about the city. The hotel is perfectly situated right in the city walls. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great.
Nothing. It was perfect

Part of the wall of the old city, the hotel lets you experience some of the atmosphere, without compromising on the conveniences of modern amenities
