Beautiful place
For the price we paid, I was expecting not to talk to bots (even if they are human).
They had many electric and connection problems l, for more than one day.
They are not flexible in their average approach.

we were a family of 10 traveling from USA we loved everything about the property. There was a unique charm about the property that was relaxing. we were able to tour around the area with our travel guide and use the activities of and around the property. we would definitely stay again.

landscaping was nice and location was good.
not so clean. harsh beds. thin towels. no seating inside the unit.

The beautiful nature around, the atmosphere.
The place in general is amazing but the room was too simple - poor value for money. Wish we knew better. we made the reservation via Booking.com and there wasn't enough details/ rooms options.

The chalet was very nice and spacious, and relatively clean
We arrived late and there weren't too many options for dinner, just the adjacent restaurant which is VERY expensive

The personel. They were very dedicated to making us have a good time and were very responsive to us. They should be getting an award for most hospitable personel :)
The studios and the rest of the resort should be presented as two seperate entities. We took the studio and ended up with a view on the kitchen building of the kibbutz, with kids playing football on our patio, and surrounded by families who were doing barbecues. We couldn't even open our window because of the noise and smell. So we had our first night in the studio, and asked to be moved somewhere else. We explained that to the personel who kindly agreed to move us to the chalet with a supplement. This was day and night. The chalet was in a quiet place, with trees all around, a really inviting patio, a super cosy interior with a kitchenette, sofa and coffee table. Just perfect.
To conclude, there is too much of a gap between what you get in a studio and in a chalet or a suite. The pictures on the booking profile of the hotel let you feel a luxurious stay, which is not the case at all with the studios. So my advice for couples looking to go to the Golan to have a bit of a quiet time is to NOT take the studio, but the other rooms.

it’s beautiful and well kept
the meals r not included and very expensive on the property. breakfast is the same price for three-year-old and a 40-year-old. there is one restaurant ( expensive) and a cute pizza place nearby. great for winter time!!!!!!

Everything Merom Gloan provided was quailty--good service, rooms and breakfast. The restaurant is very good.
The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The staff responds well with a concern for customer service. Peaceful, fun, and a great place for the Golan.
No coffee in regular room
