Good value but not the best

First two weeks was very hard and hot temp in that apartment because the AC wasn’t working properly, the stuff trying to fix it for three days then it works fine after that. The door lock stuck three times and last time my wife fix it by herself because the leasing office don’t want to send maintenance guy and they keep asking me to call cozy to send their handyman! If you’re looking for rent apartment around 2200 this will be your choice but if you can afford more you can find better than this

We really enjoyed Arizona, and our stay there made it even nicer.

We didn’t have breakfast. I guess I forgot it was there

The parking wasn’t the best. When we got there, there were no empty spots to park. We were told to park in a non numbered spot, put everything was taken. Not sure why? Maybe someone had guests over and they were parked in the other spots.

Pre-fab place with nice but inaccessible amenities.

Location was nice and the apartment is spacious and with new appliances. The furniture and decor are a bit sterile and cheap but decent. Beds were comfortable but not so the couch. The complex has great amenities, but we couldn't enjoy them (see below).

While the customer service staff was very responsive and polite, they were unable to get us a fob to access the gym, jacuzzi and pool in time for us to enjoy. Given the premium we paid for these amenities, we were expecting something more than the mere $75 refund they offered. In addition, there were other irritating issues like lack of parking, which forced us to park in handicapped spots per the representatives instructions (nothing happen thankfully but we were afraid the entire time of being towed). The heater next to the master bedroom was quite noisey at 50 dB, which forced me to use earplugs. We also found damp towels in one of the bathrooms.

False advertisement- WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

It was clean and close to Chandler Medical Center

Rented 2/2 and got 2/1 with NO price adjustment. From Nov. 19 to the Nov. 24th. We NEEDED a second bathroom due to one of us having health issues. There is no internet for 50% of the rental time, and we could not make arrangements for my brother's remains. They locked us out the next day after check-in (Nov 20th). There is no regard for the situation as to why we were in Phoenix Az. My 56yr old brother had a massive stroke and was on life support. They sent a "Handyman" to fix the internet when they should have called the service provider right away. They took hours away from my brother while he waited for a "Handyman" instead of spending the last few hours with my dying brother. This was unacceptable!! I tried to work with them on adjusting the rental cost and they offered $100. back. This was so insulting!!! I don't expect a full refund, but something more $100. would have been better...

The apartment was spacious and in a great location.

The only complaint we have is it was dusty.
