Superb

Stunning sea view from the room terrace. Very clean and well equipped. Room on the first floor without private patio (the one in the first pictures on Booking), but with nice balcony overlooking the beach (see my picture).

When adding a third bed, the space in the room is very limited.

Awesome location, nice balcony, good kitchen, cosy room, very good cleaning.

Very noisy room, next to the road some noise is normal but this is like sleeping in a tent next to the road. Beds where ok but too short for me.

Great for a quiet getaway.

The location was great as the studios are literally a stones throw away from the beach. I could walk out of the back door and be on the beach in 5 minutes. The area is fairly remote and will suit anyone who wants a quiet getaway. A car is highly recommended as the properties are located at the far end of Kos, and the property will hire you one. The studios are fairly compact, without being cramped, but I found that I had everything that was needed, with a Supermarket across the road from the property. Will suit one or two persons looking for a beach type holiday well. N.B. I found, on my first trip to the islands, that swim shoes are essential to fully enjoy the beaches!

Minor dislikes only, but I found noise transference a problem as I am a light sleeper. The properties are rated as family friendly which may, or may not, suit everyone.

I'd love to go back

Amazingly nice staff, in particular Xenia the cleaning lady, who was incredibly helpful and hilarious. We extended our stay for a whole week and deliberately missed our flight to stay longer. The beach is literally a 15 second walk away, and is one of the nicest I have seen. Super calm, warm water and sandy. There is a watersports centre just 5 minutes away, and an abundance of restaurants/supermarkets. Shower has the best water pressure I have ever seen. Internet, kitchen amenities are all great. The area is full of kittens. Please, if you do book this place, remember to feed Kevin the cat (and let him stay in your room!)

Perfect accomodation in Kefalos

Nikos and his staff are professional, friendly and ready to help everyday. The studio Is quiet, very clean and really cozy, with a beautiful balcony in front of the sea. If you Dream of waking up and go have breakfast watching the Sea on your balcony Irene's Is the right Place for you. Kefalos is a quiet Village, with a few restaurants, Beautiful beaches, some Better than the others. If you look for very traditional greek cousine restaurant try Zefyros; Antonio's is nice but quite tourist-oriented. Ask Nikos for good car rental deals during your stay! I Will surely go back :-)

Great location, lovely people..

The communication was excellent, I was picked up at the airport for a fee, which made it very easy. I got the key right away. It's nice that the owner is so close by, they're super friendly and open to help and questions if you need anything. It's a simple studio, with a small kitchen to make simple food. The bathroom is a bit cramped, but fits it's needs. lovely balcony looking at the beach and the ocean.. and the room is clean and nice. There's a safe to keep your valuables. The Wifi is excellent.
