De grootte en de netheid van de kamer. Het hotel is goed gelocaliseerd in stad om de stad te bezoeken.
Het ontbijt is er lekker en uitgebreid;
Het bed was "slecht" veel veel te hard. Een matras op een plank. Hierdoor heb ik veschillende nachten niet goed geslapen waardoor ik niet was uitgerust én ik had veel rugpijn!

The breakfast was good. There were a variety to choose from. They had a vegetarian option as well.
The hotel location was walkable distance to everything around downtown. The room was comfortable and clean.

Excellent location, in Walkable distance to Republic square, many many restaurants nearby, lively place to walk in evening/late night. Decent Room with good mattress. Good continental breakfast with lot of varieties.
Hotel appearance looks little old from outside, but it doesn't matter. Not used the swimming pool and massage center.

good location, close to city center. good breakfast suitable for all needs
Shower was broken, toilet was not clean properly, carpet was dirty and stained, superficial cleaning service. Poor fitness/gym, it consists in 4 standstill bikes and 1 pressing bench. The sauna is separated, men and women, the pool is open for outsider guests so was crowded. Door soundproofing doesn't exist so you can hear all noises from hallways and other rooms very loudly.

Everything was perfect as expected. Location was ideal.
Nothing to be specific

Almost nothing
1. Reception was asking me 5 times if I’m sure I will pay by card seeing I have Russian passport.
2. Very low ceilings.
3. You can enter a pool only in professional swimming cap that you can buy there (what a surprise).
4. Pool is a joke. 20 meters or so and 3 lines.
5. Breakfast was very limited.

A great hotel with very central location, overlooking the beautiful opera house in 5 min. walk to republic square. They have amazing kind and professional personnel, ready to help in each and every issue.
The cleaning service is just perfect, a separate thanks to the cleaning ladies!!!
Will definitely come back to this Hotel.
Everything was fabulous. No claims

The staff was courteous, polite and very helpful. Location of the hotel was very good.
The air conditioning didn't work as good in the room. Wifi connectivity and speed was very poor. They did give us a small device for wifi but the speed was terrible. Breakfast buffet could have had more variety. It was exorbitantly expensive tarrif, I paid 500 USD for 4 nights which is comparable to New York, London and Paris.

great location, good breakfast, comfortable room.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ani Plaza. The location is perfectly centered in the main area of Kentron - so it's very accessible to local attractions, shops and restaurants. The breakfast was tasty and the facilities were always clean. I can't say enough about the staff. They were very nice and always willing to assist - especially, Lilia and Narine. I would definitely stay here again.

Just the location
The rooms old and the shower as well for the high price , they didn’t give us a crib for our baby , gave us wrong type of room. The breakfast is everyday day the same

Breakfast was alright, but good luck finding a non-disgusting table if you arrive late.
The economy room is surprisingly small, pretty much the only way to comfortably walk past the bed is to side step. The ceiling gets really low throughout the hotel. If you're taller than the average, you'll get used to bowing your head as you walk into the bathroom, near elevators, etc. Flush lights will become your enemy. You also won't be able to stand in the bathtub (which adds to the low ceiling problem).
The WiFI was easily the worst I've ever used in a hotel. Judging by the number of mobile hotspots around me, other people struggled with it as well. My mobile hotspot also didn't help much due to the amount of concrete. TV was awful: just 4-5 international channels, all of the channels had some amount of static, and 16:9 channels seemed to be cut to 4:3 (yes, with black bars, for some reason). There are also not enough wall sockets to charge your devices comfortably.
Room cleanliness seemed okay until I realized that the single-use shoe shine cloth had already been used. I guess it wasn't replaced because whoever used it before me returned it to the shelf used side down :)

Location is excellent. All staff we interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable, and had good English skills. Loved having the small safe in the room. We particularly liked the hotel's "Garden Bar" - quiet shady place to sit in the afternoon with a beer or glass of wine - we visited it every day.
WiFi signal in room either was non-existent or so weak that it was next to useless. Frequently I had to go out into the hall in order to get things done. Hotel needs to put WiFi transmitters in more places - and possibly in rooms themselves - to give customers adequate internet service. Cleaning staff didn't resupply items as expected - I had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper, and on the last day of our stay they took the used washcloths and didn't leave new ones - we just did without. Going to breakfast was usually frustrating, in large part due to the single coffee machine that they have in the room - sometimes the line for the machine was so long I just gave up on having coffee, at other times the machine was broken and several staff members were hovering over it trying to make it work again. One coffee machine for 100 people...???!!! COME ON!!!
